Such a beautiful venue! Absolutely gorgeous!! Bertha the owner is a delight to work with She made sure her staff were on it and took care of us the entire time! If you are looking for the best place to have a wedding this is the place!! Thank you Bertha for being so available and accommodating!!

BEWARE. This place was such a nightmare to work with. I dont even know where to start. Lets start at the biggest issue. This venues staff was drinking my alcoholic beverages while working. The food was MISREPRESENTATION at its finest. The food tasting the food had good seasoning and good presentation. We were served very bland food and the portions were super tiny. (4 oz) portions when I was told by the owner that the portions were (hefty). Also did not let us take the rest of the leftover food. The food was so horrible that people were ordering McDonalds and canes at my wedding! Another issue they did not make the food as agreed. I asked for no sauce on some chicken and they didnt. The result was the children did not eat. From the beginning this place has been a nightmare. The owner is very elderly and couldnt remember a simple conversation we had or even my name or event date. Everything was so unorganized even with a wedding planner because of this place. The owner changed the prices on the plates THREE times since I booked the venue a year ago. The price went from 17$ -$20-$25! For CHICKEN! So ridiculous I had to tell her I had screenshots of the $20 plates and she changed the price after the fact. I paid $21 a plate for 4oz piece of chicken and BLAND food. I called her with all of my concerns and she acted like she was going to resolve it and did nothing! Screenshots below. The venue is beautiful and has so much potential, but the owner, food, and service is horrible! Good luck if u booked this venue!

It was my first time here. The venue it s a little bit tricky to find. It looks like it still under construction because the roads are not finished nor the the parking lot. Once there it looks just like another house of the neighborhood transformed into a wedding venue. The venue has stunning views since it sits on a hill top and that makes it extra special. The ceremony was outside in the garden since it was not planned to host big crowds. Thanks god the heat was not that crazy. After the ceremony we all went inside and everything was smooth. We had open bar, buffet style dinner, ad sweets table. Definitely a place to consider for a wedding but not the size of the one I attended. Good start!

The Villa at Cielo Vista is one of the most beautiful venues in the San Antonio/Hill Country area. It has stunning hillside views of the city, and an elegant interior design that leaves for the wedding of your dreams. The food catering is out of this world, and upon entering you can tell it s a 5-star venue. Bertha (who manages the venue) was exceptional to work with and was always available to work out the details, as well as Eric (bartender) who was the most professional bartender to work with. You won t regret having a wedding here, it s the perfect venue.

We got married here in April 2021. The most amazing views. The most amazing service! Bertha is so easy to work with and more than accommodating! She provided so much included with the price and made planning our wedding, seamless. I will always recommend The Villa at Cielo Vista for weddings, parties, dinners, etc! Hoping to be able to work with Bertha again, in 10 years, for our 10 year wedding anniversary! The venue was everything I ever hoped for. Thank you Bertha for being so amazing!

Nice venue with beautiful views. If the management was different it would be totally worth it. We paid for each individual plate for our guest and at our wedding day the lady decided to serve buffet. She never mentioned this little tiny detail. And when I asked her, she even told me did you pay for plate? Really???? You don t even know what people pay for, you just ask for money??? We had our guest make the line and spend more than 15 min to get their food. After people finished eating the plates were literally sitting in the table pilling up. I ask her to have someone go and clean up the tables and she literally looked at me and turned around. TOTALLY IGNORING ME. This was the worst place I chose for my wedding day. Yes it is a beautiful place, however you need to have someone checking on EVERYTHING! It is a beautiful place but I felt I could ve use that money in other place where they really care. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE KEY. this place has none of that.

I was there on a rainy saturday night so the wedding was moved indoors. the interior of the facility is quaint and elegant. The owners were on site to facilitate the reception and they were attentuve to the wedding party and guests. I would definitely reccomend this place for a private party. The only reason i didnt give it 5 stars is because the parking area needs to be paved. The facility itself is 5 stars.
