Kreig law firm charged us 3400 to handle my dad s estate. It has been over a year and in our opinion the only thing that has been done was file an affidavit of heirs which from I remembered was quoted to us for 2000 maybe a little more. They told us that the affidavit was rejected by lender but we are still unclear of the reason. The other 1400 dollars that was to be used in the case the affidavit was not accepted was legally used for charges such as phone calls, emails, and faxes. Yes that is correct 1400 dollars worth of finger pushing in our opinion . To this day we are in the exact same position as if my dad passed yesterday just with less money and a recorded affidavit.This post was originally removed upon request of law firm to look into our case. I told the lady I spoke with I wasn t saying anything they did was illegal it just did not satisfy our expectations based on what we thought we payed for. We were presented with the option to pay an extra estimated $650 dollar to file more paperwork that may or may not help us get the rights to our dads land.In our opinion we feel like we lost money to this firm and are going to get other legal advice to help with my dad s estate. I am not legally your client cute response but the money used for payment definitely was also mine. I have spoken with my sister as we are close and the things she has to say about your firm are not as nice as I make it seem probably more along the lines of what should be said. Bottom line we paid to have my fathers estate taken care of and it is our opinion that it wasn t now we will be moving on with other legal representation. No slander just our opinion of this experience.

I used Kreig LLC to help settle my fathers estate in Texas via probate court. Shout out to Christina Munoz and Dayana Alas for their promptness, attentiveness and professionalism. What could have been a very difficult situation they made easy. They walked me through the process and helped make a difficult situation much easier. I will definitely use them again for any estate/probate needs that come up.

In a free consultation scheduled on Black Friday afternoon, Mr. Mitchell advised me on how to proceed on my case v. IRS. My case rises from an understated income tax dispute with IRS caused by my previous employer falsely reporting a non-existing income under my name to IRS in 2018. Mr. Mitchell suggested me to go to IRS appeal office for a settlement. Mr. Mitchell also gave fee estimates to different scope of work if I choose to hire his firm. I feel Mr. Mitchell is first a good listener and knowledgeable in his profession. His advice is valuable and helpful. Would recommend Mr. Mitchell and his firm if you need to consult a tax attorney for your matter.

Kreig answered all my questions which were specific in nature to my concerns and he was very professional. He was able to answer most of the questions regarding the fee structure. I intend to inquire him further more on fees related to asset protection, as we had run out of time. If he is agreeable, I would be willing to work with him on a quarter to semi-annual basis as well as when filing taxes.

Even after realizing I likely would not benefit from her services she still provided me helpful information.
