I do not recommend this law firm. When I called over the weekend to discuss my case, the office representative I spoke to appeared indifferent to my situation and uninterested in hearing the details of my story to provide assistance. Today, I received a call informing me that the lawyer wouldn t represent me, but when I inquired about the reasons behind this decision, I received no substantial answer. Interestingly, I was referred to this law firm by an attorney I know. I will be sure to inform the referring attorney not to recommend this firm to their clients.

Similar experience as others. Expect the owner to post a rebuttal that I am just a disgruntled plaintiff without a case and I dont understand it. The fundamental issue is that I never spoke with the attorney and I was not given an explanation as to why I had no case. Rating and reviewing Galo Law so that they are down voted in my search rankings and I dont bother trying to contact them again. We never spoke with the attorney about our case. Instead, their assistant interviewed us - asking questions that seemed irrelevant to what we thought were are damages. After passing our information to the attorney, She called back to tell us the attorney did not see a case. When I asked, why?, she responded, he didnt say. So, never spoke with the attorney and I dont know why I dont have a case. A waste of my time! Dont let them waste yours.

Really they deserve 0 stars. I contacted them for a consultation. Spoke to an assistant twice for two very short conversations. She called back to say Mr Gallo said he doesn t think I have a case. I have 3 other attorneys that have actually spoken to me and all 3 said I have case and will win. I was trying to decide which attorney to go with. The fact that I never got to speak to the attorney and he made a decision without all of the facts is irresponsible. I would recommend that anyone thinking of this firm, save your time and call someone else.

Not professional attorney - does not care about clients. I was told by the Galos legal assistant that he would take my case (a couple of hours for reviewing a severance document), and twice asked me to send my paperwork for his review, after his legal assistant had confirmed that was no conflict. I did send my paperwork but Galo did not respond, and when I followed up with his team, I was told that Galo would not take my case. I asked for what reason, but they refuse to give a reason for his desist and I wasnt provided any referral. I was left at the last minute with no one to help. And that attorney might have sold the information I sent him to a third party. Wow - what an ethic! He didnt even bother to speak with me.

Be careful with this office. I contacted the office with an employment law matter today. The office staff offered to call back, which she did. Took down information concerning the issue, then told me to hold on. Then came back to inform me they couldnt assist me. Which is fine, but upon inquiring as to why she states because I called back in December 2022. I didnt recall contacting their office, because I keep copious notes of all business calls that I make. I suddenly remembered after ending the call why I didnt remember. The same young lady that answered today also answered at that time (12/2022) said she would call me back and I never received a call back. This explains why I didnt remember. Not any office, I would wish to do business with.

I called regarding a very clear case of retaliation. I left my information and never received a call back. When I called to follow up almost a week later, I was told he is unable to take my case. No reasoning given or call back to confirm. If you are to busy thats one thing but regardless its unprofessional to not even inform the potential client. When you review this business they will justify their actions with lies and respond to the audience instead of potential client. I believe they never actually received the information about the case and when called out on the lack of communication they refused to take the case. Many attorneys after this awful experience informed me the right path as far as who to file with. Something this unprofessional company did not. Care to argue more over my review?

I was disappointed with Galo law firm> we gave proof that my husbands boss called him a n- word through text and Mr. Galo said, because it was only 1 incident, we dont have a case. so how many times we have to be called the n- word to have a lawsuit? I saw this place with a regular Google search And I decided to give it a try because it had really good reviews. I spoke with the reception whom was very polite and concerned about the issues I was having in my workplace. I gave a statement about the Discrimination that was going on with me at my job. Not only have I been discriminated against, other people who are of the same ethnicity as me have been discriminated against. It has been over a week and I have not received a call back from this Law Firm. Im starting to think maybe they are prejudiced against me as well. I would not recommend this Law Firm
