Bad lawyer, he tooked money and cannot helping me, I spoke to him day b4 my appointment, he said I would be your lawyer, talk different than you see the person, do not trust him. He doesnt know what is a good case , my case was old but, suing isnt old. Hes not worthy your time and money, do not hire for your site.

Update: I hired another lawyer for $2700 and in less than 3 weeks got my issue resolved as opposed to his law office taking 2 plus months with no results. As for the cookie cutter google review response from his staff any real person concerned with customer service would be professional pickup the phone to discuss the matter rather than asking me to reach out. Overall I had a poor experience.

I was extremely happy with my Last Will and Testament as well as the Powers of Attorney prepared by my lawyer, Mr. L. David Levinson, P.C. He assisted me with great answers to the many questions I had, and took the time to formulate and provide me with a detailed orientation and guidance. Mr. Levinson makes you feel like family while being very professional and displaying full knowledge of the Law. His assistant, Miss Jennifer Loya, was overly friendly and kind as well as fully versed in her paralegal duties. My brother Mel who was with me during my proceedings with Atty. Stop your search now! Youve come across the best divorce and bankruptcy attorney ever! I came into the office nearly in tears, full of stress and anxiety. Mr. Levinson lighten up my spirit by his warm personality and by educating me on the pros and cons. He throughly went over the process and answered any questions I had kindly. He even took his time and gave me a second opinion on my divorce case. Unfortunately I was too close to an end on my divorce that I couldnt transfer it to his firm. Desiree his assistant/office manager puts a new high standard for law offices! She goes above and beyond on customer care. The office always made me feel like I was their only client and this to me was everything especially during a stressful period of my life. A reasonably priced lawyer, a nice guy, and knows his stuff. When I took my husbands will downtown to the courthouse, the lawyer there said that he knew there would be no problem with any will written by David Levinson. And there wasnt, and everything went smoothly and quickly.

This was just such a disappointing and frightening experience. First of all, the office is located behind a catering business, not visible to pedestrians or drivers that are driving through the road. After a call made to reception, she instructed us to park in the back and go through the exit door which was wide open and very easy for ANYONE off the street to walk in and rob the business, vandalize, etc. Upon arrival, the lawyer asked for our ID, which seemed a bit odd but the need to create a client profile somewhat justified the reasoning. This was followed by very personal questions in regards to place of work, permanent residence and so on, until he finally asked for a SSN and a photograph to be taken on site that we finally decided it was time to leave. We hadnt even begun to discuss our issues, cause of visit or any other information that specifically pertained to the actual visit. He did not clearly explain why he was filing such sensitive information, nor did he put our mind at ease, nor did he justify any of his actions, other than oh well the Chinese already have that information, which we found very unprofessional to say considering we were concerned with disclosing something as sensitive and private as a SSN to a place of business, and keep in mind this was a FREE CONSULTATION! I am shocked and appalled and frankly unsure why a lawyer of all people, would behave in such a way. If our information ever gets compromised, I know who did it.

I first met David in 2014 when my husband and I were undergoing financial difficulty. Due to illness and mounting medical bills even with health insurance we fell behind with our bills and saw no way out. We met with him for a brief visit to discuss and I was surprised at how friendly, personable and non-judgmental he was. His counsel and his knowledge in bankruptcy made me feel that he was the lawyer for us and he was and still is reasonably priced considering other attorneys with larger offices and overheads. He made us feel at ease and we knew we made the right choice in selecting him as our attorney. Although we saw him for one issue I will consider him again for any other counsel should the need arise. He does it all from bankruptcy, last wills and testaments to divorce. I highly recommend David Levinson and feel you wont be disappointed with his honesty and commitment to your case.
