Its a great bar small crowds its mixed crowds for the most part the staff are good but this one women Im assuming is pregnant an the bartender shes prejudice Ive told a few people about the bar for them to check it out an they tell me that this same women treated them as if there where in the wrong place . unacceptable. But for the most part bar is good they need more business etiquette bartenders . has potential to be THE SPOT . Free pool on Monday. great drink specials

For the most part the bar is a really good place especially if you dont like big crowds the food is good theres a barbecue man that comes certain days his prices are good the food is good and hes an cool person the staff are pretty cool but theres this one bartender that comes in late shift thats pregnant shes rude and a bit disrespectful of course you have regulars if youre not a regular she ignores u and when u finally get her attention she speaks to you like you owe her something or you done something to her I feel they need to get her home an allow an uplifting charismatic bartender.because she shouldnt be there she a liability. great drink specials

Chill, great music and hot Bartenders! Its a neighborhood bar where you feel welcomed and have a great time! Chanclas are cultural, and I appreciate how they RESPECT people and thier culture! If you like hip hop English music .. that dress down in shorts w.flipflops then this is your bar. Security/door guys were drinking alcohol & place smelt like weed walking in. We came randomly & i swear it was for us being outsiders. I personally would NEVER go back as it was waaayyyy to ghetto for me. Its a FULL BAR. Bartenders are over pouring & drinks are crazy strong. Although, it was perfect to get drunk in the 45 mins we had left before closing... we came only for the liquor&it was mission accomplished.

Nice and quiet. Beer was cold and a great price. Music was good for what was playing on the jukebox. Bartender was nice and friendly; however she wanted to just sit at the end of the bar and be on her phone. She never checked on us, we had to continually go to her and we tipped every time. Next time hopefully she takes the time to make her rounds to the customers.

Great mix of music (hence thet1 stars) but beyond that this is a hole in the wall with bougie top shelf price. If you only want a mixed drink special its ok. My normal drink of choice is a double shot of Apple Crown on ice. Normally this drink cost me $7, here this drink cost me $13. I wont be drinking here ever again. Not worth the prices

Went around 10pm on July 3rd. It was pretty busy but understandably because if the holiday weekend. The DJ was spinning some great music. He really got the crowd to come out and dance. I sat a the bar and Rose immediately got me a cold Modelo on tap. She made some great shots as well to go along with the pints. Theres plenty of tables to sit and a decent size dance floor. The back door leads to a patio for the smokers as well. Billys bar has a reputation because of the location and the type of people it attracts but I had a great time and made some friends too.

Nice bar. Had a good time both times Ive gone. The DJ has a cool voice, didnt expect such a strong dj voice from such a normal looking dude and there is also a great bartender, she placed second in bartenders just recently in S.A. so thats pretty cool.

They no longer allow motorcycle clubs to wear there cuts in to the bar. Of you are a patch holder dont go there with your cut on! And they hosted some of the best chapters events in the past. Very disappointed

We had a good time. Theres an outside patio area w picnic tables in threw back where people who smoke cigarettes can go to smoke; personally I dont smoke. However, I enjoyed this area as many others appeared to be doing as well. This area is great for gathering and talking without the dance music drowning out the conversation. Others seemed to simply be utilizing the area to relax, et. Inside theres darts, pool tables & dancing. On Fridays this bar hosts a band. The drinks were a nice size and relatively in expensive as compared with other bars/lounges Ive visited in San Antonio.

I give it 3 stars bc the music sucked. BUT THE BARTENDERS ARE ON POINT. I GIVE THEM 5 STARS. Prices and Drinks are good. I like the setup. Nice homey chill bar.
