The Amazing Mirror Maze near the Alamo is an absolute blast for the whole family. Getting lost together adds to the fun, and taking turns being the leader makes it even more memorable. The maze constantly shifts between different chambers some with just mirrors and LED lights, others with mirrors on the floors and walls, and some sections enhanced with projectors that create surreal patterns. There are great photo opportunities scattered throughout, featuring mirrors that distort your reflection in all sorts of funny ways. After completing the maze the first time, they offer you prism glasses to try it again in reverse. This amps up the psychedelic effects and visual challenges, making it feel like a completely different experience. We also tried the Laser Vault, which was a thrilling addition. It made us feel like we were robbing a bank straight out of a movie. Overall, its a unique and exciting adventure that both kids and adults can enjoy!

We absolutely loved this place! We went after googling things to do in San antonio as a family and we had SO MUCH FUN! We had a large group of all ages from young teens, to older teens, to young adults, and older adults. They all loved it! We all laughed so much! Def a fun family memory and we will def visit again. Worth every penny! As a side note, we did see younger kids in there as well and they were having just as much so its safe to say its drf fun for the whole family. Located right next to Ripleys. A must go!

The Price is over a 120$ dollars for a family of 4 and thats with one toddler. The access to the whole building and escape rooms did not seem worth it. We enjoyed eachothers company as family but price not worth it. The package deal is a waste but no other option.

The mirror maze is an absolute blast, and my family loves doing it every time we visit. Its always a challenge, no matter how many times weve been through it, because we switch up who makes the choices on where to go. This keeps the experience fresh and exciting for everyone. The Laser Vault is a must-do for the kids they cant get enough of it and usually want to go through it at least three times, which always brings a lot of laughter and fun. My daughter and I particularly enjoy the pitch-black maze, which adds an extra layer of thrill and excitement. The escape rooms are another highlight and are a must-try. They are well-designed and provide a fun, brain-teasing experience for the whole family. The cost is about $40 per person, but its definitely worth it for the 2-3 hours of entertainment you get. It also serves as a perfect day filler, especially when its too hot outside to be walking around downtown. Overall, this place offers a fantastic variety of activities that cater to all ages, making it a great spot for family fun. Highly recommend it!

The young and older kids loved this place. Spent about 3.5 hours in there. The customer service was great! Be careful with the blackhole attraction its pitch black, and all three kids hit something or one another, which resulted in them getting knots/scratches on their heads. They are kids, though, This place was amazing

Eh, not the coolest of places in my opinion. It feels like a tourist trap, with the people really excited to see you the product. The escape room was really simple, with the props somewhat broken. It was my first time experiencing a mirror maze so thats why its 2, I cant really judge it off anything else, but I just found myself kinda bored. The escape rooms however can be judged, with other places doing it much better. It was also very hot, and pricey.

The kids had a blast here going through the mirror maze and trying out the escape rooms. The escape rooms have fun themes. Not too difficult but some of the features are a little glitchy at times. They make up for it in customer service, making sure you have a good experience! They also have a Lazer room experience where you step over lazers like a spy movie and dark room which is like a climbing gym in the dark. These are better for kids under 10.

We loved this place! I have to agree with all the reviews that praise it. We were visiting the city for a few days for some meetings and very last minute suddenly needed to bring our kids with us (ages 5, 3, and 18 months). I kept reading good reviews about this place so we decided to try it. We were there for about 2 hours and definitely could have enjoyed another hour! The mazes were so entertaining. The only hard part was all of the escape rooms with the kids. My husband and I really enjoyed each room, but most were at least a tad scary for our young kids. Luckily they were only ten minute games, but just something to know if you have young children. 100% recommend this place!

The mirror maze was great, and we had a wonderful time. I think it is hard because they have a specific flow of activities and so you have to go in order even if you have activities you prefer instead. We only got to 4 escape rooms. We pressed the button for help in multiple rooms without a response. One of the rooms has a clue that is wrong/no longer relevant. We were looking for a sign that was no longer there. We didnt find out until we left the room. They definitely are understaffed with manning the escape rooms. We could here them providing help in the other rooms. We ended up leaving early due to not getting help and the wrong clues. The young lady was unfortunately frazzled and stressed which came off rude. We did end up getting a refund after discussing our concerns. I think on a less busy day would be great!

I thought it was pretty cool, but I took my 3 kids. 2 of them have autism and adhd and they didnt handle the maze very well. They were very overestimated which led to being scared. They are 15 and 8. My 12 year old, on the other hand, absolutely loved it and would have spent all day if he could. I guess just research and know your kids before going. It was a spontaneous decision and that was my mistake.

In my opinion, well worth it. Great place to see at least once. If you re physically able to crawl through a jungle gym made for adults, enjoy mazes, dodge lasers, and escape a variety of escape rooms, this place is for you. In all seriousness, I know it sounds extreme, but this place does a great job making their facility safe for children and adults. Everything I found to be hard to see was well padded. They make you use gloves in the mirror maze, so that it preserves the mirrors to where it makes it extremely difficult, and fun for all.

It was our first time doing an escape room and he was so very helpful and patient with us, we appreciated it very much. I wish we wouldve asked his name to mention him, seriously he is the reason we had so much fun and will visit sometime again. Fun tourist spot right across from the Alamo. The mirror maze was disorienting but fun, definitely might want to use caution if you are claustrophobic. But we all had a really good time in there. Then upstairs, you have all of the escape rooms. Each of these had about a 10 .I use wait but were all worth it. They were challenging but not impossible to figure out and if you get stuck, theyll give you a clue. Then you go upstairs again for a darkroom maze and a few more things to explore. Overall fun touristy experience for kiddos.

Kinda lame for adults, IMO, but my 12yr old daughter had a good time. She loved the mirror maze, but I couldnt tolerate it, made me extremely uncomfortable and disoriented, but thats not the mazes fault, that is my own head. It is very hot in the whole building. And the bathroom situation leaves a lot to be desired. The candy bar is awesome though

Three of us went here for a birthday adventure and had a great time. There are 3 stories, the first had the different mazes that we wandered around. You have to find your way out, then you get some trippy glasses and go back in to get out the first door. The second level had multiple escape rooms. They are all 10 minute timers so youll never wait too long to do the one you pick. Finally, the third floor had a black hole maze. You have to crawl, climb and find your way through pitch black - highly suggest you put everything in your pockets in a bag so you dont drop things in there. They had a cool memory game that you could play in a room too. The place is right across the street from the alamo and only a block from the rivercenter mall, so it was really easy to make an entire day trip.

Not worth it. The black hole was pretty much a McDonalds play place with the lights out.

I recommend this attraction! It was fun trying to find my way through the maze in the dark. They have a challenge of not touching the mirrors trying to find your way out. I definitely failed. I made it through fairly quickly, but going back through the maze with 3D glasses on was difficult. I also did the alien escape room. I didn t make it out of room 1.

I only did the mirror maze because there was a wait for the escape rooms but I really liked the maze. Once you make it through once you can go back in with psychedelic glasses. I was so confused but it made it really fun. I found another group so we found our way out as a team.

Escape rooms were so fun. There were some that didn t work the way they were supposed to. That way we sometimes weren t able to get out in time. I also think 10 min is quite short to read the hints and figure everything out. We loved the dark maze and memory games upstairs. The mirror maze downstairs is kinda hard but still fun to give a try! Very much recommend!

***MILITARY DISCOUNT*** Our kids begged to come here, and we thought for sure it would be a waste of money! Boy, were we wrong! Its worth every cent, and we will be doing again next year! They said it was a highlight of our Staycation! We laughed so much watching people run into the mirrors. We ran into the mirrors and nearly fell over with laughing. When you walk through the first time, its pretty easy if you go slow and reach your hands out in front of you. When you make it to the other side, they give you 3D glasses, and your whole world changes inside the mirror maze. Take your time! Make videos and enjoy the laughter produced by watching others slam into the mirrors. Ee bought all 4 experiences for $25 a person, and it was worth it. We spent 2 hours here.

This place used to be better. While it has expanded with other attractions, the main attraction, the mirror maze itself, is a major letdown now. When this place first opened the mirror maze was an actual maze you could get lost in. Now, not only has the maze shrunk in size to make space for the other attractions, it is literally just one winding path where any potential dead end, with one exception, went five feet off of the main path at max. Its sadly devolved from a tourist trap with an actual fun challenge that took me an some time to finish into a tourist trap with a cheep, boring path that I finished in under 10 minutes taking my time. As for the other attractions, the dark maze was interesting. I can understand this maze not having any diverging paths since its in complete darkness, but I do wish it was longer. The miniature escape rooms are interesting, and are a nice thing if you want to try out an escape room, but dont have a group to do one with, or dont wish to spend an hour in one. The rest of the attractions just didnt grab my interest at all.

The mirror maze is pretty neat. Everything else is almost no fun at all. The carpet in the bank vault/spy challenge on the 1st floor smells like it has not been cleaned since the place opened. The escape rooms are all in the dark - not pitch black, but enough that visibility is minimal - and this is not necessary. The themes do not seem to be ones that warrant darkness, especially the wild west saloon one. The time limit of 10 minutes is not reasonable, especially when trying them with young kids. I myself have played over 2,000 escape room challenges and beat them all, many in less than 10 minutes. So it aint me. Its just the setup.

This place was pretty fun the only thing we didnt like much was the laser maze. The mirror maze was super fun the first time we got through super fast and the second not so much, the wait for the escape room was the longest but that was fun only 15 minutes for it which I feel wasnt long enough but understood with the wait and how many people were waiting. The top floor was good the black outage was entertaining and the small puzzle room was a memory game with each other. Then a simple play area with a ball maze and giant lite bright board and pipe maze that you can create. We spent a good amount of the day here but its right above the river walk so there is more to do if you need.

The mirror maze was pretty fun. So were the games on the 3rd floor. 2nd floor escape rooms are a wreck. No putting your name on more than one. Unless you use different initials. The wait in line is a mess. An hour for 4 people ahead. While one was in there. So 40 minutes tops. Nope. An hour. If they get their act together then maybe four stars but not how it is.
