Great place to shop for retro video games. Prices are very reasonable they have a pretty big selection & If you have any issues with something you buy they swap it out or give you store credit. They play fun game music in the background. Definitely would recommend checking this place out.

i noticed someone above listed a review that said great customer service and i find that laughable, Ill admit as far as the store itself goes, minus pricing, its a good place but every single time i have gone in there those guy have been rude, arrogant and just full of themselves because.. what they work at a game store??!! i know some people will probably try to tear me up for this review but i dont give a ****, i felt SOMEONE needed to do a review reflecting the truth about some of these people that work there... i gave it a 3 just because of the great selection

This location has a great selection of games, consoles, merch and accessories. They have lots of games and are generally not super pact. The location is small but the selection is still great. They have a huge variety of consoles and controllers. Generally the staff is friendly but they do not generally leave the counter, therefore, wait times for any questions tends to be longer than anticipated. My husband loves to stop in each time we are in town to check out anything new they may have. Recommend this location for sure.

Cool place, you can get just about anything here. Staff is really nice and knowledgeable, and very helpful. Prices are good on some stuff, decent on most and a tad outrageous on others. Also, you can rent a game system and game and TV for $10/hour! Which is so awesome. Only 4 stars because of high prices on SOME stuff.

I was visiting from Iowa and I thought it was a cool store till I bought a wii game and it ended up not working then I went back they cleaned it it still didnt work I was fine getting instore credit but what upset me is watching the guy put the game right back on the shelf for the same price. Game exchange has a variety of records, old new games, toys , magic and Pokemon cards even Warhammer and d&d stuff. Ive tried a lot of stuff in here for credit which is a pretty good deal. What they can give you in cash is pretty lacking sometimes. A lot of their games are priced reasonably but alot are priced a bit high for what you can get them other places. Overall fun grade place.

I was ordering food next-door and the lighting from the store itself was eye-catching. While I was waiting for my meal to be prepped, I decided to walk over and take a look. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately amazed by the concept of the store and how brilliantly well put together it was. This plaza was once a legendary and people would walk down all the stores fronts. This is exactly what San Angelo needs, something completely different they can t be reinvented in such a nostalgic manner. I felt like I was 12 years old again as I walked through the store, such a special feeling. The employees were very kind and talkative, you could tell that they actually love this place as much as the actual customers inside the store. I absolutely can t wait to come back and I recommend the store to any one who is in love with pop culture and the nostalgic game world!!

First the man working there told me to hold on and went on to count cash for 5 minutes straight, absolutely insulting prices for selling and trade in, came in with 10+ fairly new blu ray movies and all they offered was $3 cash $5 trade in. While waiting on the guy to count his money I was looking at prices of games and movies, they were all too expensive. You re better off going to try to trade in at GameStop and buying from Best Buy or somewhere else.

Good customer service. Went to buy a retro console and when I brought it home the console had trouble reading discs. Went back the next day and they switched it out no questions asked.
