Had the worst customer experience with Ezra. He couldnt even apologize when I was checking out with the dogs aspirin that I was having a hard time finding. I went to him for help and he just left me there in the health and wellness section while he disappeared. Wouldnt have even bothered coming here but petsmart was out.

SHAYLA was so helpful she deserves a raise or higher position, however Troy you need to work on A LOT you should not spend 2 hours with one customer especially when they were behind us in line. Almost left but awesome Shayla saved the day and helped us learn more! Loved that the treats were at the entrance, having 4 dogs is crazy. I made them wait in the truck, so i was happy when i walked in and what i needed was at the door. Hardly anyone shopping so fast easy check out. The cashier was very nice and friendly. We made small talk before i left and he was kind.

There is an employee named Jr. that was so awesome. He pulled out animals to let my kids experience them. He let us look at everything and my 6&8 year olds were so happy and excited. They have lots of pets they want to add now. That man needs a raise. He loves his job.

Went in today to grab what I needed. Great variety. Just wasn t happy with the service. I needed some snails and another African dwarf frog. I stood by the fish for several minutes and even made eye contact with the two guys at the front. They helped another couple get a rodent but still didn t help me. I ended up leaving with just mealworms, which I almost put back, but I needed feed some reptiles. I ll just wait until Petsmart gets more snails in.

I have taken my dog for grooming 4 or 5 times now and am very satisfied. I now make the next appointment when I pic my dog up. My dog, Dolly, is very excited when she gets there and still loves them when we leave. They do a great job and the price is right. I recommend them.

I get there couple minutes before closing, cashier is turning off the automatic doors so they won t open. I stand outside until about 3 min after their closing time and the customer he is chatting with finally comes out so I walk in. I ask if I can grab a bag of cat food, our cats are on a blend that s sold there. Cashier says no, you can t. Meanwhile, there is another associate, helping another customer that is in the store trying to catch fish out of an aquarium. He said that that this the last customer they are checking out, since you weren t in the store, you cannot make a purchase. I said I know exactly which bag I need. I can grab it in 30 seconds and be back to the register, he still said no, that I would have to come back tomorrow. Cashier was basically just standing there. Our conversation took longer than it would ve taken me to walk back there and grab the bag and him check me out. He just flat didn t want to do it, then blamed it on company policy. Poor service for sure!

I took my red border collie in for a bath as she had just finished meds for a yeast infection in her ear, and her fur was very greasy. Jason did an amazing job. He explained to me that they had no degreasers, but he shampood the area 3 times. Apparently, Dawn dish soap is not allowed at Petco. Overall, my girl was taken very good care of and the price was very reasonable.

We called on a Friday and they got us in on Monday. And since it s close to the holiday season I was actually surprised that we can get in at all. Especially since we re only gonna be here for a couple days. Barbara is the lady that cut my Gracies hair And she did an excellent job. I m kind of picky because I wanna make sure her ears don t get cut too short and she doesn t have a tail so I kind of want a fake tail put in place. And Barb did all of that for us. We couldn t be happier with how Gracie looks. The pictures I m attaching Are more than 24 hours later and my two little bullies kind of messed her up a little bit. But I still think she looks great and she smells fantastic. Thank you Barbara for doing such a wonderful job.

Theres quite a variety of animals here. I tend to like coming here to see the different creatures available. The selection seems to be better than the local Petsmart on that front, however the actual products Im looking for (food, toys etc) arent always as easy to find as they are at Petsmart. So, in short, if I dont need something specific, Ill come here. If I do, I might visit Petsmart instead.

Shopping For Something Simple is what brought me into PETCO. My grand-kids found a spider (Black Widow) & decided to put it in a critter cage that we had. After a few days my wife said we were not very good host because we had not provided any food for (Spidie). As a result , we decided to venture to PETCO and pick up some crickets. Update 11/24/21 People/Staff members may come and go as we all know, ultimately its still up to my dog, Willie. His personality becomes so silly as soon as we hit the pavement. Its so obvious that hes very content with being at the store that is his home base. Its worth it to me knowing my buddy feels happy! Special thanks to Tori and staff in grooming dept. Scheduled a Haircut and bath for my dog. Was charged $60+ , and the dog looked the same way. Barely trimmed anything. I spoke with the person, was told I would have to reschedule and pay again for another appointment to get more hair cut off the dog. Ridiculous. If I scheduled a haircut, I expected a haircut, not a trim.

We have had mixed experiences with Petco. In Salem Oregon the groomers can be arrogant, rude and lazy. We gave up on Petco years ago. We took our 13 year old dog to the Petco in San Angelo, TX. The experience was a total reverse. The groomer was the only one working at the time, she was very courteous and helpful. Their was a gentleman that handled the bathing and clipping. In Oregon we would get charged for services that were not done like clipping the dog claws. I was skeptical may have even had a bit of an attitude because of the mistrust and opinion Petco had given me in the past. We are new to the area and finding a groomer has been difficult we didnt want to but we gave Petco a try. People make the difference. I feel rude not knowing the young ladies name now. She was exceptional, friendly, courteous. When we picked our dog up she was not only bathed and clipped but air brushed. She looked like she had been cut. An outstanding job. We will be scheduling our dog for regular grooming at Petco now. I cant say enough how good people make all the difference. I will gladly tip when service is like this, good customer service like this should be rewarded and appreciation should be shown. San Angelo Petco will handle our dog grooming needs from now on.
