Clerk answering the phone was very rude. I was told they were busy and good luck fining someone else. Click We found much better svc. With law office of Jana Johnson. I would advise dont waste time with Hawkins.

I had a case with Kirk he s very professional and his team are all awesome and the receptionist was very professional and courteous would definitely recommend him to anyone

I don t believe I have ever given a one star review, that being said I am in utter shock at how rude the receptionist was upon calling. Calling to seek any form of legal is not typically attached to fun times so some common courtesy and professionalism would certainly be helpful. Within less than a five minute call with only the front desk clerk/receptionist it was clear this is not a good choice. The one hour consultation fee seems reasonable but to have a less than five minute call with anyone other than this rude clerical worker was out of the question, which came with a longer unnecessary lashing as to why this is not provided. (mind you there was no request for free legal advice, just a request for a very brief call to see if they sounded like a person I would be willing to pay money in order to sit down with them for an hour). I truly am astonished at how rude she was over the call and how abruptly the receptionist hung up the phone and with added snark to close the deal.

Very kind, personable staff. Mr. Hawkins is knowledgeable about family law and willing to work with you and non biased. Hard to find a fair, honest attorney but Kirk is one of the last of his kind around. Great job all around!

My adult child had a misdemeanor case, should have been easy money for an attorney with his experience, but he said he doesn t want to get involved ! Really? So unprofessional!

Kirk represented me a year ago and did very well. Hes a very caring person his staff and he kept us informed of upcoming courts. He is definitely not there for a paycheck. He will fight for you every step of the way! He is now helping my son and we have alot of faith in him . One top notch lawyer

Was super helpful with my divorce. The only problems I had were when I once DIDNT take his advice. Fellow veteran. He got me a very important concession I didnt even know Id need. Helped get me through a tough time where the stress wouldnt allow me to think rationally all the time.
