It is Wednesday 8:30pm nothing going on in the world no games no fights its a work/school night and I have called twice only to be told to hold as soon they answer. The first time I waited on hold for 5 minutes and thought maybe they forgot about me. So I called again and the second time was the same thing. I dont know if they are under staffed or under trained regardless it is not my problem but they made it my problem.

This place has gone bad. I placed an order they told me 45 mins. I understand due to the high volume of orders since it s a Thursday night football game. Once 45 mins hits went to pick up and told me that it s gonna take another 45 mins . No one has offered even though they forgot my order or lost it somehow to make it for me less than 10-15 mins but willing to let me just walk. I m sure this ain t gonna go anywhere. So advice to corp or owner of this store. Coach them out and find better reliable people bc this crew just ain t it.

I had called to advise I was late for my pick up my order(20 min late), I asked if I could still get it even if it was old, they said yes, when I arrived a gentleman named Lupe greeted me letting me know they made my meal fresh, I was astonished and so grateful! We never order wingstop because there are usually issues. We wanted to try some new flavors so we ordered it to give it another chance. I m giving two stars because my fiancés wings tasted good (aside from the fact that one of his 5 he received was entirely a breaded chunk with no chicken.) I ordered 2 different types of the new Cajun combo. I first ordered the tenders, and also ordered the sandwich. All of the items had Cajun seasoning, yet none had the ranch and cheese sauce. When there is literally an image on the window of exactly how they are supposed to make it, they just guess and completely mess it up. They gave my food to someone else. I ordered online and came to pick it up. They had no idea where it was. They do not ask for a receipt when picking up. They asked for mine after they had given my food away. I had to wait an additional 30+ minutes or I could ve gotten a refund that would ve taken 3 business days. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Tried ordering ahead on the app, and it errored at the very end. But the staff got my order taken once I got there and had my food out within 10-15 minutes. The seating area is a bit cramped, but the food was great and the soda fountain had a ton of options. Parking: Parking is located directly in front of the building, which is located just off the highway. Ive had two bad experiences with this location. The first time the wings were too hard, but I decided to give them another try. Paid & ordered wings through Door Dash and after almost an hour, Wingstop cancelled my order. The delivery driver stated Wingstop said they didnt have an order for me, even though I had confirmation. Called the restaurant, one young lady said they didnt see the order. After I provided the confirmation, she was able to locate it. She then placed me on hold for about 20 minutes, then phone hung up. I called back, wasnt greeted, but placed back on hold. Phone hangs up AGAIN, I called back and asked to speak with a manager. That person gets on the phone and stated the delivery driver took the food. Wait, now Im wondering whos telling the truth. What happened to my order? Which one is it, you didnt have an order for me OR did the delivery driver take the food? Nevertheless, I was fully refunded, but I do not plan to visit this location again. Poor customer service...

Every time I come here to pick up a order for Doordash, I notice two specific employees that works at this location at cashier always try their hardest to ignore me when I come in for pickup. My boyfriend comes with me on my deliveries and he noticed it too.. They stand right there until I have to wait for another employee for the back to assist me and I do not understand what s the reason for poor customer service. Food is average for wingstop. The big complaint I have is more than half the tables are always dirty. Floors are sticky. Also the music they play seems to be the family unfriendly version. Not only did my driver get changed at the last minute and when I contacted the new driver she told me that Wingstop told her my order was already gone with the wrong driver. It s become quite the norm for them to leave items out of our order when ordering delivery. When contacted they basically say you are out of luck. They all the sudden lose capabilities of delivering the forgotten order or even reimbursing you for the forgotten items or the hassle that you now have with mouths not being fed. We came in to pick up a 24 piece order on 12/2/21 at 8:30, they shorted us four wings and we didn t realize it until we got home with the order. When I was there I asked how many ranches we had and the lady told me she didn t know, I figured it was a I m not sure let me check but it was left at I don t know. When we placed our order online it was because we weren t able to get through on the phone. While picking up our order the phone was ringing in the back ground but the three ladies working the counter were to busy dancing, on their phone and talking to each other to answer the wing stop phone. They looked extremely over staffed to be messing up orders and shorting people on wings. It s sad that post Covid employers are so desperate to hire anyone with a pulse that believes they deserve a $15 an hour wage because they can fog a mirror.

My husband and I come here a lot. We have had positive experiences until tonight. I ordered our food online 20 minutes before my husband got home so that way dinner would be done when he gets home. We get to the restaurant and got told it was still be done. No problem. We waited and hour while the employees looked at us and said it ll be five more minutes I get being busy (I work in a restaurant here in Royse city) but this is ridiculous. And to top it off, nobody apologized or even seemed to care.

I placed a 50 piece family pack. 3x 3 piece combo meals on the side. When I received my order they only made me 3 tenders each tender being a different flavor. (each combo was a different flavor). I was told, I had to wait at that point for the other combos to be remade. Once I got home the food was cold from having to wait. A hair was found in the Voodoo Frys. I call back up there and was told by the assistant manager, there was nothing he could do. I needed to take the survey on my Reciept if I wanted to give any sort of feedback. That response was absolutely ridiculous. I have now not been back to this location. I order wingstop 2-3 times a week. I will be making the drive to Rockwall going forward.

We got here and they were busy but we decided to stay anyway. About 10 minutes later a big family arrived and they placed their order. Their order came out before us. Not ok if we were here before them how does that mean sense. I will not dine here again. They treated us as second class citizens. Not okay.!!!

Wings were more soggy then crispy, Garlic Parmesan Wings barely had any parmesan on them. Called my order in 45 minutes before I arrived and still had to wait, meaning the wings were right out the fryer and still were soggy.

Not that impressed with service. Greeting fe.e was dry, not friendly in the least. Had to ask for a cup to get my drink that was included with the meal. Took 23 minutes to cook some fries and 6 prices of wingettes/drumettes. Only 4 customers during the time I was there. 3 were pre-ordered pick up. VERY SLOW.

Im going summarize all my visits here. Firstly the service here is fantastic, but the wings are very inconsistent. Sometimes is cooked well, sometimes over cooked. They definitely over sauce, which isnt a bad thing unless its the Louisiana rub. Service 5/5 Food 3/5 Cleanliness 3/5

Ordered online and when I got there it was completed. The staff was really friendly and the store was pretty clean. Cashier was nice and got the door for me leaving (I had full hands) Food was nice and hot still when I got home. The Spicy Korean wings are sooooo good. I like to make quesadillas with them haha. Thanks for being awesome. Definitely will order again!!

Google says curbside pick up available. This was not the case. Not greeted by anyone. The cook had to send someone else to the counter. Meh not impressed by customer service.
