Hello all! Just wanted to drop a few kind words on Mr. Perches here. Unfortunately i got caught up with a felony charge, being reckless. I got referred to Gerard from a fellow friend, and i can say it was the best decision ive made. Throughout the whole process Mr. Perches was very consistent on the case. Even took his own third party resources and made the process even more smooth. After a year of fighting, he got all charges dropped and dismissed! Thankful to have been reffered to someone as consistent as him!

ive never been in trouble in texas before until my incident. By far the worse attorney I have paid for. He seemed like a cool and nice confident guy at first. However, I felt like he didn t once try to defend me. When it came down to it. I received no positive outcomes from this law firm. Your probably better off getting a public defender then paying Mr.Perches. He made unprofessional comments when I had a false positive reading on my breathalyzer. Calling me mouth wash man . When i told him I accidentally forgot to rinse my mouth with water when using mouth wash. In addition, to telling him I cleared every test after those readings. He began telling me I didn t clear them. Which got me upset when i was telling the truth so I ended the call. He then called me back. To try and apologize after actually doing his homework. I did clear every test after those readings. I do forgive, but I don t forget. He seems to be against you. Just like everyone else in the court room. This whole experience with him didn t seem right. People shouldn t waste their money on this law firm. Unless, you want to be disrespected, made fun of, or not took seriously. I had to put another team on my case, because I didn t feel confident or comfortable with this guy representing me anymore. Which is costing me more money in the long run. Please do better.
