Cousins baby shower event, very nice place with plenty area inside and good shade from the trees (it was hot). They had a blow up for the kids and corn hole for the adults (both in shade). Parking was a little sparse but not terrible

The Owen House is a hidden gem in Round Rock! It was absolutely perfect for my 80 person wedding. I couldn t have asked for things to go any better than they did. Isabella and my day of coordinator, Sandra, were wonderful to work with. Communication with both ladies was easy and things just seemed to fall into place. The reception hall is just beautiful with the chandeliers and lighting on the walls. There is a lovely fountain outside and a huge tree for shade for the ceremony. Everything was well kept and clean. I would suggest this place to anyone!

Our May wedding at the Owen House went perfectly- I wish I could do it again! The venue is well maintained and is decorated beautifully, it has an upscale backyard/garden feel to it that allowed us to be simple with our decoration and have gorgeous pictures. The outdoor ceremony area is shaded by a huge tree, for our 4pm spring wedding we had the majority of our guests in the shade. The tree was also a beautiful background for photos. The indoor reception area is elegant and classy with excellent dimmed mood lighting for the evening, and great AC. With all the Owen House has in terms of ambiance, I saved so much money on decoration and other expenses. There is also the historic house on site that was an excellent home base for everyone involved with the wedding, as an anxious bride it was very relaxing to be able to use a private bathroom, have all my stuff out, and have a place to catch my breath. My wedding felt like it was in the movies, I couldnt have picked a better place in the Austin area to have it!

My husband and I recently tied the knot on 5/05/24 at the Owen House. We toured several venues but ultimately fell in love with the intimate and boutique style this venue offers. Isabella was INCREDIBLE from start to finish. I was so worried about the weather the week leading up to the wedding and she really took all the stress away. The venue grounds are beautiful and well kept. I would 100% recommend the Owen House to any family or friends that are looking to host an event! Thank you for everything!

Owen House was everything we wanted and needed in a venue for our wedding. It was beautiful and had plenty of space for all of our guests. We loved having the outside ceremony under the big tree in the backyard. The historic house where we got ready had plenty of space and everything we needed, and the reception hall was set-up so nicely. Isabella the venue owner was very accommodating and helpful, making sure we always had what we needed. She is also very experienced with events and weddings and gave us great advice about how to set everything up while allowing us to have our own autonomy. Along with all these amazing things is Isabella does what she can to give you the best experience while keeping her prices as low as she can to best help you prepare. Its warm and very cozy and everything you will need. The grounds are immaculate and there is a story to go with each building. Owen house was such an amazing venue! It was a great price for such a historic beautiful place, Isabella was amazingly helpful throughout our event planning. She helped us with vendors and set up, gave us some great tips and tricks for her area. 1000% couldnt recommend anymore. We held a vow renewal here, so the multiple buildings, and beautiful outdoor area was so great for the ceremony and getting ready. Absolutely loved it!

While researching an event space for my birthday party, I stumbled upon the cutest venue, The Owen House in Round Rock. The photos and pricing on the website seemed reasonable. I contacted the venue and spoke to the owner, Isabella, about hosting a sip n paint birthday party. We agreed to meet the following day at the venue. There are two meeting rooms and a beautiful outdoor courtyard. I opted for the smaller room as my guest list (at the time) was 25 people. As weeks passed, I visited the venue several times, and Isabella was gracious enough to meet with me with no hesitation. About two weeks before my event, I realized my guest list had risen to roughly 30 people. I immediately informed her, and we brainstormed about different ways to accommodate my guests, a bartender, a buffet food display, and a DJ within the space. We decided to utilize the indoor space as well as the outdoor courtyard space. A week before my event, I sent her a list of all the tables/chairs needed for the event, the final headcount, the vendor list, etc. My event was scheduled to take place on Saturday, November 11th. On Wednesday, November 8th, Isabella contacted me. She stated that she had been monitoring the weather and was a bit concerned for my guests as the weather was forecasted to be cold and rainy. She noted that no one was renting the bigger space and offered me use of it. I was SPEECHLESS!!! I accepted her offer, which was the best decision ever because I could now host my event in an even more beautiful space, as there would be plenty of room for my bartender, guests, buffet table, and DJ. I m not sure what I have done (in life) to have received such favor from someone that I ve never met before. As I write this, tears roll down my face as I am so grateful. Isabella, thank you so much for making this birthday one of the most memorable birthdays I ve ever had! You are a great person with a big heart! I pray for continued success in your business! I wish I could leave 10+ stars!!! My husband and I booked the Owen House for our wedding ceremony and reception, and cannot stress enough how beautiful and memorable the day was. The property is absolutely stunning. Isabella, the owner of the Owen House, was amazing to work with during this process as well and made our big day incredibly special. Brandon and I had such a wonderful experience. Our family booked our baby shower in November with the Owen house! We are excited to celebrate another memorable milestone at this fantastic property. It has been a pleasure working with Isabella at the Owen House for several weddings. She is kind and makes sure the entire experience is amazing for bride, groom, invitees, and vendors. I have been to many wedding venues in the area, and the Owen House is the best. Isabella creates a classy and welcoming environment, and is always very professional. As a photographer, the Owen House offers a diversity of backgrounds for wedding photography, and one that is great for creating a wedding photo album heirloom. Isabella was welcoming with open arms and she was guiding us to our first venue. We are young couple soon to get married and we didn t know what to do or what to start with. Isabella was very helpful and truthful and she answered all her questions in timely, fashionable manner, we finally found our venue for our wedding and we cannot wait to start planning it as soon as you step on the property you feel intimacy and joy. My husband and I found the gem of a venue very last minute and the owner Isabel was very accommodating for our wedding reception. She is detail-oriented and has vendor recommendations that made our day so special for our friends and family. The food was great, the music was loud, and there was plenty of space for seated dinner and dancing. The grounds are beautifully kept and the inside of the venue is very clean and has A/C (must have!!!). I m so glad we found this reception venue and we were able to get everything planned in less than a month. She has all the linens, table decor, silverware, decorative serving trays and little things that you don t have to buy for your event - a huge help! My favorite part was the history of the property mixed with the modern accommodations.

My husband James and I had our wedding at the Owen House and our day was absolutely wonderful! The venue had accommodations to get ready onsite in the Owen House with many great photo ops in this beautiful historic property. There were beautiful gardens for outdoor photos and to have our ceremony outside under an oak tree and an elegant reception hall that was perfect for a dinner/dancing reception! The venue is beautiful just as it is and required very little decorating. The owners Isabella and Rob were so easy to work with and had so many great ideas and recommendations to help make sure our day was extra special! We would definitely recommend having an event at the Owen House!

If you need a venue for an event go to The Owen House! The property is gorgeous and Isabella is awesome. I just had my son s rehearsal dinner at this historic location. It couldn t have been more perfect. Isabella is extremely accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about the fabulous venue. Im a traveling musican and so I come across venues of all sorts. August 12th I got to visit Owen House and meet its Owner Isabella during a conference for a future wedding. The Venue has just be remodeled and no expense was spared. Its a perfect small to midsized venue that offered both indoor and outdoor ceremony options. Im looking forward to returning in november.

Just had a party there for about 60 people. We loved it!!! This place is great. I looked all over Georgetown and surrounding area before I stumbled on this place. It is so cute. It has everything you need! The owner was so easy to get a hold of for questions. She answers texts, let me come see the place before booking and gave me the history of the land. So cool. If I have another party, I am going to book the Owen House!!!!

Unique and historic venue thats perfect for private events, dinners, and social gatherings. The Owen house is beautifully restored mid-1800s house and dining/dance hall (formerly the first Round Rock post office). The ambiance and character from the architecture and little details adds that special something to each space when your there. The location, only a hundred or so yards from the Round Rock, is perfectly close while still feeling like your not just a stones through from I35 and Sam Bass. The owners are easy to work with and have great recommendations and contacts to help pull everything together on-time and on-budget. They are also expanding the venue (summer 2021) to include a large hall out back that will make hosting large gatherings possible.

I cohosted a private mini-prom on June 12th at the Owen House. It was truly a night to remember! We utilized the space in the house itself as well as the former post office (now perfectly renovated into a dinner/dancing area) next door. The house is beautiful and charming and the exterior balcony and lushly landscaped courtyard provided the perfect backdrop for photos. I liked that I was able to use my choice of caterer and photographer, usually you are forced to select from their options. The Owen House is truly one of a kind!

I held a mini-prom at this venue & it went very well! Isabella was so accommodating & gracious with all the changes in flux while trying to put this together - I couldnt have asked for someone more patient. The decor was tastefully done and the size of the property was just right for what I wanted. The architecture of old-world charm cannot easily be replicated and gave the site a cozy yet historical feeling. It is an absolutely beautiful location for anyone wanting a smaller gathering for any celebration! I highly recommend the Owen House.

We held our twin daughter s graduation party at the Owen House complex and we can t recommend it enough. It is a fantastic venue for a graduation party. Every aspect of the complex, including the Oatts Building and the Owen House, is simply beautiful. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Isabella Linssen was the most amazing coordinator and was so helpful through the entire process. Thank you to the Giesen Linssen family for the venue and the hospitality.
