Good walk in ER that s open late. The bedside manners of the nurse who handled me and my dog was terrible. When you bring your dog to the ER you are already stressed and worried, and then the nurse showed no care, rude, spoke in a loud belittling voice to me. I felt like crying because I was already in a vulnerable spot. Please teach your staff to be kind during this distressing time.

I will give them one star just because I loved the tech. My dog has a hole the size of a quarter now from them draining a bite mark and they want me to pay them to retreat him. Mind you the whole diarrhea vomiting came 12 hours after I left their hospital. All he does is sleep and cry and snap at me. Just like that cheap ass cone snapped around his neck. They want me to pay for another one of those also like make it make sense.

My dog was cared for, however I m disappointed that a 5 minute grace period was imposed without being communicated at booking, in email or in text. I was required to go to urgent care ($58) or reschedule (which I was not going to do to my dog) after driving 20miles in traffic to get there. I pay monthly for subscription and frequently feel that a genuine lack of caring for the plight of the customer is present. My dog feels better and at the end of the day I ll take that.

Winston was re-homed 5 yrs ago. The previous owner used Thrive so we just followed suit since we were unhappy with our previous vet experience for our other two dogs. In the time we have been taking Winston to Thrive, everyone we have encountered has been great and dedicated to taking care of our dogs needs. Even during the Covid years, Thrive was organized in getting you and your pet in for treatment. They also have an annual plan that can reduce cost of visits and services in the long run if your pet needs more vet visits. The Round Rock staff is friendly, helpful and dedicated to providing quality care for your pet.

DO NOT take your pet to thrive for any surgeries or major operations. Their shoddy work with my dogs mass removal ultimately led to his death after many long weeks of pain. The doctors at thrive assured me that my dogs botched stitching was fine and that he did not have an infection, however after taking him to an emergency vet I was told he had a major infection which ultimately led do his death. If thrive personnel had been more observant and truthful I belive his death could have been prevented. DO NOT USE THIS VET! Firehouse vet next door is a much better facility right next door and they made sure he was comfortable till the end.

Thrive has been my go to for professional, yet less expensive, services for my dog. The people there are very courteous, kind and loving to my pet. And very thorough in their testing and diagnosis. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is even though I m on time for my appointment, I may be kept waiting at the check-in desk and/or for the vet or assistant once shown to an exam room. The last trip, no one was at the front desk for 5 minutes after I arrived, or showed up in the exam room for another 15 minutes. And I needed to get back to work . Though this seems to be an issue with most medical services places I frequent nowadays.

Failed to inform before visit that physical copies of rabies vaccination required for the vet to touch my dog. Her valid rabies tag present on her collar was insufficient for reasons not explained. The vet charged me for the appointment nonetheless & patronized me about being misinformed about what I base my dogs diet upon to boot. Poor experience all around

I had called and had spoken to Hope. She was super helpful and kind. I was seen the same day and everyone there was so friendly and took my dog in as soon as they could (I went around the busy hour but waited no more then 10-15 mins to be seen). I didn t get her name but it started with a G I believe and she has these beautiful pale hazel eyes and she took amazing care of my dog (mind you he s a Covid baby and gets scared of people). They are amazing all around and will recommend everyone to see them for any issues or concerns with pets.

I went there to just get a vaccine for my dog before boarding him. My dog is EXTREMELY lovable and wouldnt hurt anyone. The tech said he tried to bite her and kicked her in the chest so they wanted to sedate him and give him a shot in the morning and refused to do anything today. This place just tries to take advantage of you and upsell. I went to Sam Bass Veterinary Wellness and they got him the shot and had absolutely NO problems with him. Horrible place.

I have loved coming to Thrive with my dog so much! We re about to move to NYC and had our final appointment, they fit me in same-day and made accommodations for us. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Tried to schedule an appt online, and their system was not working. Called to schedule an appt and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. Called back and someone else got my appt scheduled in less than 2 minutes??? I show up for my appt 5 minutes early, and 15 minutes past my appt time I still had not been seen. These people do not want to work. They just want to put you on hold or leave you in the waiting room until they are done with their conversations between coworkers. Do yourself and your pets a favor and go to someone who cares.

I liked the vet, he was super kind to my puppies. What I didnt like is that they didnt tell me about the thrive insurance or that you can start it the day of the visit but that it must be before they take you back. That was disappointing because I would have started the application before the visit if I knew that. Instead when I asked they said no and werent willing to redo anything but could but didnt like to because then theyd have to reenter everything, which they already did wrong anyways. They also spelt my name and my email wrong and listed my un-neudered male puppy as a girl and neutered and the wrong type of dog. Again, I liked the vet. He isnt the one misguiding clients on the thrive insurance messing up the paper work. We did have to ask for things to be reprinted and respelled. That can be an issue for shot records and rabies records and dog licensing. If my dogs listed wrong and my name is wrong and my email is wrong and the intact or not is wrong and they didnt properly inform me abt the insurance, thats a problem. Also, even though I gave them the previous shot records which listed everything correctly about the dogs, they also didnt enter their chip numbers and entered both puppies as having no chips. I also asked them to correct that. Their data entry and lack of detail was just careless. But, I will still give them 3 stars because I liked the vet.

I had to take my three legged kitty in for urgent care cause she suddenly started limping on her only front arm. Dr. Miller and staff took such great care of her and she was able to have x-rays done to rule out any broken bones or scary masses. I m very grateful to have such a caring urgent care facility close by that helped me ease my panic, especially since I would have waited much longer at an emergency facility.

My shy stubborn fat girl gets very nervous at any place that smells like the place her first family abandon her at but she is finally warming up to this location after years of their patience, love, and their kind hearts. They always are excited to see her and care for her. They are so good at working with me in my budget. This location is sooo kind and warm and I m so happy we found this place to make our regular veterinarian friends. They never fat shame her and always remind us of healthy options. They have helped us from ear infections to X-rays, glands, nails and gut issues. Angie up front always makes things enjoyable. Wish I remembered more names right now!! Im so thankful The thrive membership and this location make it so easy to take care of my beagle baby. Highly recommend this location!!!

My family and I took our small dog to this place the other night because he had basically screamed while in the back yard and when we checked on him he was limping. Anyway we took him to see if he was ok. When we got there they literally weighed him and sat us in a exam room for 45 minutes before any tech came in. Tiny hadnt made a peep the whole time we were there he just laid there shaking because he was anxious. So a lady finally comes in and asks what happened, after we explained she tried to say it sounded like he got bit by a mosquito and he should take heart worm meds and they need to give him pain meds so they can do x-rays and suggested radiology all with out even looking at him or touching him. She quoted us nearly $700 dollars in less than 5min of her asking us what had happened. To top it off we told her we would just see how the night goes and explore other options if he didnt seem to improve in the morning because you just quoted us almost $700 without even looking at him, and she had attitude about that. All and all we went home slept and when we woke up guesss what $0 dollars later he was back to normal. This place is a major rip off. As much as we love our pets I am glad we decided to wait and not fall for their schemes. WE DO NOT AND WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THRIVE!!!

They do not seem to genuinely care for the animals, they are over priced, the staff has horrible attitude, the doctor was extremely unpleasant, and all my dog and I feel when we enter that building is nothing but negative vibes. I came in for my dog s annual shots and came out with something completely different, they weren t even able to perform the annual shots after I had been sitting there for 3 HOURS!!!! I absolutely do NOT recommend this place whatsoever! Most horrible experience ever.

Thrive Round Rock is just amazing. I have a very anxious deaf and protective dog. They helped clear the waiting room so I could get my pup into a room without a problem. I waiting for 45 min and therefore was in a super big hurry once I was seen, they very happily accommodated and had me out of there just in time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I scheduled an appointment and was there 5 minutes early. I have a big dog and he gets nervous going to the vet. It took me a few minutes to get him inside the clinic. The front desk secretary said I was 2 minutes late and canceled my appointment. I was parked right in front of the store where it was visible I was there. I have never had an issue like this at any other vet. Most vets give a 5 or 10 minute window. ***Edited*** I called 30 mins before to make sure I had the appointment time ( I had not received a text confirmation). The receptionist said 10:30am. I assumed maybe she moved me down.

From check in, to the technician who listened to all my concerns and the vet who came to go over my concerns with me and to explain what was wrong with Jack and the game plan we were gonna do to make her all better. I had to report my cards stolen a while back and I havent updated my payment information on here- but somehow they manage to pull their monthly payment when It has been declining without my authorization for the new card. Scheduled appointment at 10 for my dog,second time i took her there , prior visit I updated all my information for my dog, they never inputted it. On my next visit they said I had to get authorization from my daughter in houston , they never put in the updated information. Totally upset by now. After that they stuck me and my dog in a room for 40 minutes when a tech came in and said the vet still had one more exam to go , and what was strange there were others there scheduled at 10 as well and they went right in to see the vet? Overall a bad experience, alot of anxiety for a dog having to wait that long, and if your appointment is at 10, sticking someone in a room for 40 minutes only to tell you one more to go, then it is time to definitely find another vet.

I had to make the decision to let my Bevo go and from the time we got there and until I received his remains the entire staff was so caring and patient. Bevo was my first pet and I can t tell you how much it meant to me. Within two weeks of that day I received a sympathy card signed by the staff and my heart melted all over again. When the time comes for me to get another fur baby I have no hesitation in using Thrive again. I took my baby there yesterday for his checkup and shots and it was a great experience! Super affordable, definitely will continue to use them as a vet for Bevo!

Deleted my old review just so I could update the store about their terrible customer service. My dog, which has been seeing vet care from thrive for years, is suffering from a terrible ear infection. SUFFERING terribly. After countless visits w Thrive and their terrible customer service, I was offered a free consultation on my next vet visit. When I called today due to a concerning status of THEIR PATIENT aka my dog, and let her know all of the information, she went on a completely script driven, unemotional and robotic rant about Care Credit, which I told her was not an option for me and I was hoping she could give a note to the dr or something to cash in the free visit they offered due to their last lack of professionalism. I told her if I couldnt receive help I would have to do what I could at Tractor Supply and a self diagnosis and she was just speaking over me and told me good luck and I was on my own. Thrive continues to disappoint when it comes to professional staff.

Has a decent atmosphere, but I came to get our cat looked at for a UTI. Both the assistant and doctor were scared of our cat, so he really didnt get any kind of exam, except his belly briefly touched, but we were charged for a full exam. No urine was taken, because again, they were scared to touch him. He was docile the entire time, hes just a big cat. I had to go home and collect a urine sample myself. Overall, I guess its an okay place. Reasonable prices. Good follow up.

Cat parents beware Didn t have the best experience here with my cat. Wish I had read the reviews first- a lot of dog owners rate 5 stars, but most cat owners have rated 1-2. It seems there s a common theme of the vet here not wanting to give cats the care they need without pushing anxiety meds/sedation first. My cat needed an anal gland expression and I usually take her to Vetco but they had no openings so I brought her here. $140 for them to tell me they couldn t express her because she didn t want to . Took her to Vetco a few days later, they expressed her no problem. I get it, cats are scary, but if they have some policy against treating cats without giving them medication/sedating them first, they should really say that.

Thrive will not provide any spay cost without an exam. Considering they are suppose to be low cost, I thought it would be worth stressing my kitten out to bring her in to get a quote. I was wrong. $559 for the spay! I opted to go elsewhere as even my regular vet is cheaper than that.

Teddys mom is here. Every time I heard that I felt so cared for and like they knew how much my baby means to me and that they were going to do everything possible to help him. My sweet heart had HGE and this place went above and beyond to help my baby and me with the finances. Hospitalizing sick dog for nearly 2 days is not cheap but it was more than worth it and months after Im so beyond grateful. My baby is happy and healthy and his hair they had to shave off for his IV is finally grown back!

I do not recommend going to that place, they do not fix anything, I went alone to get a pill for parasites and they did not even do that, they demanded an examination first, anyway, I just went to sit on a chair and paid. $59 for nothing.

When we took our cat in they took her to the back when they brought her back up we received a medication to give her 12 hours before they could do a scan apparently they have someone to come to the clinic to do the scans we have waited quite awhile to have the scan done they said they would call me when they could do it in the meantime there has been nobody called and now I am not sure I want to give my cat any med prescribed by this place( to relax her) I feel after paying over300.00 I should of gotten more results I still do not know what to expect from these people I mean will they kill my cat! They do not follow thru with what they say!!! My cat still has the same problem I did find out from another vet she does not have cancer and only has 2 months to live as they told me! really!!! Think twice before you take your loved pet to these people plus they will not refund the money for the medication that was never used they are expensive and with no consideration for the pet owners and their feelings telling a pet owner their animal may have cancer probably only has 2 months to live does a number on the owner!!

Thrive please give my money back and any damage that will cause to my pet due to your negligence and lack of being a VET!!!! UNACCEPTABLE AND NO IDEA ABOUT YOUR JOB! I sent my cat with my husband for something rashy and bleeding on the edge of his ear, they barely checked him and said it is just a scab and probably another cat scratched him! Not knowing what medical condition it could be called it a scratch took the money and let him go. I wish I went there to get him checked. DO NOT GO TO THRIVE I WONDER HOW THEY BECAME VETS! Round Rock urgent care is not a friendly location. Receptionist was hardly at front counter. Had a family waiting n waiting while they took other customers coming in after family, not sure why they were being ignored. It as after 5:00 pm they look doors n had to ring bell to let customers inside. People sitting in waiting room would open doors, again, no one at front counter.

A total rip-off, Thrive used to be affordable but not anymore, I was charged almost $60 dollars for a non existent check up, the vet wasnt even able to check my cats teeth. My cat had a cyst that can be removed easily with a syringe (had it removed twice with another vet with no charge), but here was an extra. Ended up paying $89 ,and my cat still has the cyst

Took my puppy to urgent care when she was breath weird and they were great! They calmed my fears, diagnosed my pup and got her started on medication to help her. Their hours have changed now that urgent care is located here. They are open from 8am to 10pm.

NOT AFFORDABLE! Do not take your pets here thinking they are more affordable!!! They overcharge for medicines (on purpose, according to them), like cytopoint injections even though the Zoetis website has the correct dosing and MSRP prices. Why would you charge a customer purposely for 2x 10mg vials at $58.60 each instead of the correct dosage according to the manufacturer, which is 1x 20mg vial at a cost of $66.90 each. Its the difference of $117.20 for the 10mg vials VS $66.90 for the 20mg vial. You would think they should be shut down going against the manufacturers dosing guides as well!!! Well see what Zoetis says.

Took my cat in for an a allergy screening. I was told multiple times that it would be done, i was here for 2+ hours and cost me $200 for them to tell me days after the appointment that they didnt even test him for what i asked, and that they dont even offer a food allergy test. My first visit to Thrive today was phenomenal. I read a few reviews and was skeptical because they were all nice reviews. Well after my visit today, Im a believer. The nurse was a sweet as can be with my little buddy and the doctor was even more graceful. I expected a bill out of this word, and even the bill threw me back and left me with a smile on my face. Thank goodness for places like Thirve. Cant wait to go in for a follow up.

My dog has anxiety when having to go to a vet or a groomer or any place shes not familiar with. It gives me a great deal of anxiety when those days come that I have to take her to those places. When I brought her to Thrive, naturally she was full of anxiety and fearful to the point of nipping at a Vet Tech. She didnt even come in to contact with her yet the tech completely overreacted. If you are going to work with animals, things like that come with the territory and if you cant handle a fearful animal, then you should probably find another career path. Instead of trying to make the experience a better one, she just reinforced the anxiety in both myself and my dog.

Seems like everyone has a hit or miss experience and mine is always a hit with the vet. The tech however, was very passive aggressive and came off hostile. I don t think he meant to but it s how it was interpreted. Fabian was his name. The vet and the other woman who I think was in training, were awesome. Spoke in normal words, had no judgment and took care of my dog. Fabian do better!

Thrive USED TO BE affordable Healthcare, but not any longer! My wife took her boxer yesterday and paid over $412.00 for the vaccines and I took my Aussie today and for the first time ever, I was told she needs to be sedated and brought back, vs offering to put a muzzle on her in order to get the job done. I got home today and realized I paid for 2 different sedation meds that shes never taken ever. Every vet prior to Thrive RR always took care of my high energy dog .....AND it was less in cost. Ill be going back to Premier Animal Hospital as they charge less and provide a better quality service. Not going back here!

I have been taking my pets to Thrive now for about 9 months. I have 1 elderly dog (nearly 17) who we found a large lump on and took to the vet with the mindset of keeping his quality of life positive. Upon biopsy nothing was found however with blood work we found he had some liver issues. We started him on Denamarin vitamins and arthritis meds. Since then I have brought him in to review blood work and his liver issues have increasing shown better blood results. The staff could not be more friendly and down to earth with telling us our options, very upfront about the costs and avoiding unnecessary treatments. We love our old gramps doggy and the care he has recieved while with Thrive.

Thank you, Thrive Veterinarian Round Rock Clinic, for taking Samaleigh in so quickly and treating her as if she were your own. The staff and doctors were so sweet, great attitude, and were very professional. My baby had multiple teeth extracted and a dental cleaning. Updates were provided throughout her surgery. The clinic is affordable, especially if you have more than one pet. The entire staff care for your baby, more so than the cost. Rarely find services like this anymore. Triple Thank you. Never had an issue until today. The receptionist, that Ive never seen before, was rude, had no knowledge of an appointment the Dr set herself for my pet, told me well youll have to wait 30 minutes to an hour. I have to give my dog medication for anxiety before coming in, and have other appointments. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I didnt make this appointment, the Dr did, and at short notice. Please respect other peoples time. I understand waiting 15 minutes, however, an hour AFTER, our appointment, we still hadnt been seen.

Let me preface this by stating Ive never had any issue with any employee in specific. Everyone has always been nice and courteous. The reason for my low rating is because Ive been cancelled on multiple times this year. I understand covid and the new world we live in, but it has happened way too many times. On top of that, after my most recent cancellation, I was supposed to receive a call from management to discuss the issue, but never did. All I received was a text asking to explain. To me, thats unacceptable. I hate that I have to look for a new vet, because the service here was always good.

Thrive located in Round Rock for me is the overall best vet I like to take my dogs to. The experience for the pet owners and pets are met with quality genuine care. In my opinion I would say their prices are fair due to the quality of service they provide. I perfer scheduling appointments online because of the easiness and if I ever need to reschedule a quick call to their office takes care of everything. Ive always interacted with friendly staff even on days when theyre short staffed and behind on visits. The only con I could make aware to others would be wait time. When you do go here just be aware you might be there for an extra 30-40 minutes. I always schedule an appointment on my free days so I do not mind the wait to get my doggie seen. This wait time is due to a short staff presence which is understandable on the holidays. Theyre NOT ALWAYS slow on schedules but when in doubt I make sure Im free for a few hours. Other than that Round Rock Thrive is a dependable vet I trust to take my pets.

Took my puppy in for a consultation to discuss getting her spayed. After sitting at the office for almost 2 hours, the vet finally came in for all of 10 minutes. This place was recommended to us as a great alternative to other vet offices because they offer more affordable pricing. We were told we would receive a price estimate by email for the cost of getting our puppy spayed. Just received the email and they are wanting to charge over $700! That s as much as the normal vet quoted us. So now we re out $75 for this consult fee, not to mention the time wasted sitting at the office due to lack of respect for the customer, and this option is not any more affordable than any other vet office. Extremely disappointed and will not recommend this place on the lack of consideration for my time alone.

Came out to the front and was told they are a little behind and there is no time estimation when a vet is coming in. They asked if i wanted to leave or wait until theres a vet. If the option of no stars was available that would be the selection. We were informed we would receive a confirmation of the appointment. We did not. My son had to call to confirm, then was left on hold for almost an hour before giving up and disconnecting the call.Then 1 hour prior to the appointment we received a call because previous records could not be located. Arrived at the clinic, with the pet waiting in the car due to her severe anxiety and behavioral issues (non-stop barking). At the front desk, was again pressed for previous records even though the appointment today had nothing to do with previous visits. The pet in reference, was taken to that location as an 8 week old puppy and received all puppy care including vaccinations there. The last visit was in March of 2021. It was extremely frustrating that we were being asked for her history at the same location she has always gone to. When that frustration was expressed (without any expletives or raising of my voice) that we were being delayed and possibly not going to be seen due to lack of history. I had to login into the Thrive Petcare app and find her records, again, a task the clinic staff should have been able to accomplish. When we were finally able to be taken to an exam room, where we were made to wait for a considerable amount of time, we received a phone call from someone (presume it was the Dr.) wanting to do pre-visit questions. I asked why we were doing this over the phone when we were waiting in an exam room. The person (again presume the Dr.) stated you are in a room right now and responded yes and was told they would be there in a minute. At this time, the poor dog was so stressed she couldnt be calmed and to stop barking (not growling, not being aggressive, just barking). Then, can only assume it was a team lead, came to the room and berated my son stating they wouldnt see the animal until we apologized for cussing at her staff. That was the absolute last straw - and he collected his dog and left. As I was leaving, I was confronted by the same staff member repeating the same statements. I told her I never cursed or even raised my voice to the staff but simply inquired as to why we were expected to do their job for them. I do not appreciate any of the events from making the appointment to the moment we exited the clinic. If you read reviews for that location it is a running theme that the staff is unconcerned, do not assist, and in general are incompetent in completing their duties.

We had an appointment setup at the round rock location for an allergy shot for our dog for over a month. We get to the location and its locked, under construction! We were never notified the round rock location was under construction and even received a confirmation text message the day before the appointment! When we called thrive, they said we could reschedule in a few weeks in cedar park, which is over 30 minutes away.

I took my girlfriends cat, Scout, here for a checkup and vaccines. Their text verification and confirmation call an hour before the appointment put me at ease, as they looked busy when I made the appointment. The front desk, vet tech and vet were all very friendly and attentive. The entire process was easy and transparent. They took great care of Scout and gave me great advice for preventative care for him moving forward. I d highly recommend them to anybody in the area looking for a Feline Vet!

I had taken my 4 dogs and cat to this vet office years ago and raved about the prices and the staff. About 2 months ago I called for a teeth cleaning knowing the prices had changed. I was told the process again, and booked my initial exam for the estimate. Upon arriving I waited a good 40 mintues to be given a room at which point they said they would not see my dog until I emailed them the vaccine records. The email took forever to send as their building got poor signal. No clue why they didnt ask this in the days or even 40 minutes prior since they have my info. I was peeved but it is understandable. The initial vet tech then seemed excessively snippy about the new prices and reiterated to me multiple times the pricing starts around 500 and up(depending on if teeth would be pulled). I agreed-multiple times to the point it was a little awkward? The actual vet was amazing with my nervous elder dachshund and I was ready to commit to the surgery prior to knowing the estimate. Another vet tech informed me the estimate would be sent through email and I paid and went on my way. Days went and no email. I called and was told it was resent and to check my spam. I called again and was told basically tough luck we used the email you emailed us the vaccine info from. I let them know ultimately ny dog was in pain and I still want the surgery please just tell me the estimate over the phone or if I can get a printed one so i would have a ball park. Was told to wai, then told no we sent it again. Seriously, they refused to see my dog until I sent all my documents but they did not care if I ever got the estimate. So I basically wasted a whole exam fee and appointment lead time and never got the estimate. I gave up and went to my other vet who ended up charging the minimum that Thrive said it would START at. Wont be going back.

I don t often like to post negative ratings, as everything has its positive side, though I do have to be honest. The personnel was amazingly nice, I have to mention that beforehand. Though, I am not satisfied with the experienced I had due to the following: I made an appointment for a specific time, and arrived on time. After having arrived and after having settled in with my dog, we had to wait for approximately 30 minutes on a hot room before anyone came in. After the veterinarian came in and saw my dog being nervous, she stated that we would have to come in a different day and after we have given my dog a pill to make him a bit less conscious. The reason why I am giving a 2 star review is because the veterinarian did not attempt to grab my dog by any means, and told us that he would not be given any vaccine in less than 30 seconds after having entered the room. With all due respect for your job, it would be amazing if you were to attempt and do something about the problem that is causing the dog to be scared, specially after someone has waited for you for more than 30 minutes with an already scheduled appointment, as I do consider it would be nice to dedicate a bit of time back. Overall, the personnel was polite, but I did dislike this small action. You may face a different scenario, so I wouldn t suggest not visiting this facility.

Anyone notice that the removed the word affordable from the name? I started going there because the exam fees were $10 (about 7 years ago). Then $25 now $50. I have multiple pets so the lower fees were very helpful. The staff is nice but as I m talking to the doctor about my pet she s inching towards to door putting her hand on the handle. I felt like she didn t have time to listen to me. When I left, I requested the medical records to my other pets I was taking there. I will be going back to the vet i used before. They are great and their costs are now lower that what Thrive (not so affordable pet care) is now charging.

Dr. Braun is awesome and great! I think they need improvement on the customer service skills with their front desk staff and their text system. Front desk claimed I didn t confirm our appointment through text yet I did. Front desk showed me her computer which did not show my response and I showed her my phone which proved I did respond and confirm. They told me I should have called them but if their system is flawed, would I know? That is an internal issue. They didn t put me in the schedule because I didn t confirm the appointment . Good thing there was an available slot the day I brought my cat which they were able to squeeze me in. Something is up with their phone system which also they are unable to reach me through call.
