The vibe of this place is unmatched and the decor is very cool. The bowling is really fun as well, but we frequently had errors with the bowling. The staff is always really helpful and sorts it out right away. Theres also a little arcade and bar that we didnt really check out, but they seem fun.

A lot of the games were not working, the bowling was ok but some of the lanes would light up but not all. We also did not like that even though there was plenty of space in the place, we had to share seatings with another family. With all ot that being said, the kids had fun and the decorations are nice. We did not taste the food since we already had dinner plans elsewhere.

Fun and impressively decorated family or dating experience. The under-sea fish theme is taken to the furthest degree with all the decorations, design, sculptures, and murals. They have about a dozen bowling lanes, an arcade, an elevated bar, and a couple dining rooms. They share an entrance and parking lot with Bass Pro Shop.

It is a very cool place. The aquatic theme is unique. However, we kept having issues with the equipment breaking every 5 minutes. First it was the pin retrieval arm stopped operating, which it did twice before I had them switch us lanes. Then it didn t return our balls and we had to get new ones. Besides mechanical failures, we called the service button and no one ever came and there frequently wasn t people at the front desk. We have never had these problems at Pinstack or other bowling places. I will say, when we were able to get ahold of staff, they were friendly and responsive and helpful at fixing the issues quickly. I hope to see this place upgrade its equipment or at least charge lower prices to match the old mechanics.

We went on a Wednesday late afternoon, wasn t too long of a wait. Unfortunately the young man working the desk was the only working in the bowling alley taking care of customers and doing all he could( good guy, great guy) an older gentleman was up at the desk and walked away from him to take a call in the office. We experienced two times when our lane was not working and mind you, you pay by the hour. Our time was immensely cut into bc of the issues we experienced on our lane.

My family of 10 came and ate here for lunch and we were very disappointed. Our drinks never even came so my mother in law and aunt had to go and get them along with refill them. (we were the only table in the restaurant) They were out of two of the main dishes ( hamburger & shrimp )and when the order was changed to what they did have one of the meals never even made it to the table. We got double charged for an appetizer and what was written on the menu to get with our meals never came. after two hours of waiting for everything to get done right we spent over $200 to eat there and were very disappointed with everything. Nothing was done to try to make up for the chaos.

Do not go here. The only good part was the decor, the food was overpriced and disgusting. My chicken tenders were so rubbery, fried shrimp taste like it came from a fast a drive through restaurant but costed $18 ! The lane areas are extremely small I had to ask to move because my family of 4 ended up by a family of 7 or 8 and the ball thing was overfilling, the kept taking out balls I felt suffocated ! I will never go back. If you can go to spare time it s way better and way more worth the money, I spent $200 for a terrible time and rubber tenders smh

We have gathered here with friends to play bowling. There was some wait time because of the few available bowling spots. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn t have any specific complaints, this place is setup with mermaid and aquatic theme, if someone s looking to try out this experience to have fun with the aquatic feel, can try it out. It is also attached to the outdoor sports equipment store where you can find things that you d want for outdoors while having fun at the bowling and arcade for the kids.

Ive come here twice with friends visiting from out of town, and its always a hit! The staff is super friendly, the food from the bar is great, and the atmosphere is incredible - the way they have the place dressed up is seriously so cool. The bowling underwater atmosphere was cool, there was no service at the lanes so if you needed something a party member had to run off to the bar to place the order and you have to bring all the drinks yourself. The food orders were delivered to the lane. We ordered an appetizer sampler that was fairly bad from seemed like home made chips that were mostly in editable, cold mozzarella. We were going to eat here but appetizer were such a disaster that we all decided to go somewhere else to eat. Word of advice, go out to eat first or plan to afterwards but still come here for an interesting bowling adventure, that atmosphere is fun, we had to wait a bit but it was easy to kill time in the bass pro shop which is attached to the bowling alley. When you come in there is a giant ship above the bar.

Had family in town and we decided to come to Uncle Bucks. We ate at their restaurant, but it was really just a room (looks like a dining room) with just 8 tables. It didn t look like a restaurant at all. We were a party of 7 and the only party that was dining in the restaurant room and the food took well about an 1+ hour to come out. Came in with my family (5 adults & 1 child) for a fun night of bowling. Within 10 minutes of arriving we got our lane set up & had ordered drinks. Unfortunately the bartender had a sour attitude and it was noticed by everyone in my party. I had set up our lane so that the bumpers would pop up when the child in our group was up to bowl. The first time she went, they worked. But then stayed up for every other person for the rest of that round. Then when they finally went down they never popped back up. The fact we spent over $100 within 10 minutes of being here for some overpriced drinks that were served with attitude & less than desirable bowling lanes was a little disappointing. But you live & learn right? From now on I ll be taking my business elsewhere where I know I won t be served with attitude and the lanes actually function properly.

The people were nice. The food took a while to get, which is fine since we figured the quality would be worth it. The food was not good at all. The chicken Caesar salad came out basically dry, with the tinniest sprinkle of Caesar dressing on it. The chicken on it was ICE COLD, despite it having grill marks on it. My husband s chicken bacon Swiss sandwich had zero seasoning in the chicken and was lukewarm. The loaded potato soup was lukewarm My child s fries were lukewarm/cold. The bowling alley was well organized and clean. Its set to be under the sea which gives it a fun spin and there is a connected arcade. The bowling machines are digital and seemed to work well. There are plenty of ramps for kids. While I was hesitant to get the pizza, my little sister wanted it, and as I was anticipating it being the quality of Chuckie Cheese, I was pleasantly surprised. One pizza can feed two to three adults. The ranch is good! It will cost you about $44 to bowl for two for an hour which I think is fairly standard as bowling is not inexpensive. I did see a Groupon after so def worth checking before paying full price.

Food came out one at a time. My friend was left sitting waiting on a burger. Im pretty sure it was from frozen. It was like $17.75. Had a Dried out chicken filet on the $17 Cesar salad, ate the lettuce dry, and had very little dressing. Ordered a kids pizza, and it came out burnt. Kinda forced our kid to eat and didnt realize it was actually gross. I think they are doing the best they can because they hardly had customers. I feel bad for the staff. Good luck, guys. So we were seated in a back room. It was lunch time on a saturday. We had to walk up to the bar to place our orders since we were not given a server. (Not sure if they even have actual servers here) We ordered an appetizer and all the meals. The entire menu can be boiled down to a few options: fried food, pizza, and salad. The sodas originally came out wrong but we caught it and the bartender ( who was our server)quickly fixed it. The fried pickles we ordered were 11 (taxes made it more) dollars but came with about half a pickle worth of chips. They did taste excellent though. The fried chicken we got was burned and tasted bitter from it but the fried cod, shrimp and salads were great. The French fries are excellent. Overall it was a decent place to eat as long as youre not on a diet.

Marty and his team FAR EXCEEDED my expectations when I contacted them to request their help with arranging a teacher retreat for my high school SPED team of 30. This was a last minute request and Marty called me from his personal cell phone when he was out of the office to help plan it for me. He gave us an incredible deal, the event was a blast and the food was amazing - definitely not your typical event venue fare. The pizza was dilicious and the salads super fresh. Marty and his staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and the service was impeccable. The bowling and arcade games were awesome too! The decor is super cool and our overall experience was a perfect 10. Thanks so much for going above and beyond for us!

Wow, what a wonderful experience. The waitlist in insane though. When we first called it was 20 mins, then 30. But when we arrived it was an hour wait. Marty the manager allowed us to use our arcade card (Groupon offer) first so we could play before our lane was available and it made it so much worth it! We were visiting from out of state and my nephew has a curfew so we were able to have fun then more fun afterwards. The staff is very friendly. But take note that the waitlist is only in person so plain accordingly but there it s inside bass pro so there s a lot to do while you wait. Will come back next time I visit

The restaurant was empty at lunch time. The dining room is situated between 2 sets of bowling lanes. The name has fish in it but the menu has more pizza items than fish. I ordered a bacon burger which seemed a bit dry, especially the bun. It isnt full table service although it looks like it should be. Place was clean and food came out in a reasonable amount of time. A bacon burger with fries was $18. Not awful but there are better places to get a better burger.

Disappointed in the customer service. Understand being busy and short handed but rude is unacceptable. Also watched a glass be broken behind the bar and the bartender didn t make an effort to wash off the glass it shattered on. Manager and busboys were great!

The food is overpriced and disappointing. There were no servers, and the bartender was never present when you went to order. They dont have the cool bowling balls as advertised, and the pictures online look NOTHING like what it does in person. Its very dark. We drove from Dallas, but the website and Instagram made it appear much cooler than it is. Even the Bass Pro side was smaller and not as neat as others weve been to.

Good place for a younger kids birthday. They dont have a lot of lanes so be preparedto wait. .The lanes dont seem to have any oil..im guessing so the kids can throw a straight ball. If youre a bowler definitely not the place for you lol. Next time we go Ill let the wife bowl with the kids while I spend the time at the Bass pro shop.

I do not suggest bringing people to this location. Here is why I want to point out how rude Jordan was. We had rented two lanes for two hours while celebrating my sister s birthday. Our ticket was over $400 for food, drinks and games and while my sister was opening her gifts Jordan walked into the group and announced we needed to leave for the next group. So, I hate to make this reviewbut it needs to be said. Coming was a first, right next to a Bass Pro Shop is really nice. Other than that, the games at Uncle Bucks Fish bowl are out of order or not being operated correctly. Service is on par but other than the bowling. Receive else was enjoying their time. I recommend management to get their head wrap around this so that they can continue operating in a manner where families continue to come here.

Great atmosphere! The only thing they were sold out for the night for bowling. I was still able to enjoy a famous drink the Fish bowl they have that was 10/10 . If youre there to bowl, its a great time but if you go to grab lunch its horrible. This was my mistake. The service is non existent, we were told to sit anywhere & had to order at the bar. No one checked on us & had to keep going back to the bar where 4 employees were just standing around chatting. The food wasnt great and the drinks were horrible. I wont be going back to eat there. Maybe to bowl but thats it.

Long wait times for lanes, 3-4 people working the front, 4 people working the kitchen and they restricted the menue to only pizza, no wait staff for the dinning room, only 1 bartender, seems to be a huge management crisis going on. Used to have great chicken wings, was the place to go for wing night. Now Id recommend going else were. Until they fix their management issues. Come on, no waitstaff and 1 bartender for the whole night. No one working in the really nice dining room, that space was a total waste.

I absolutely loved the atmosphere of this place. However I can not give a 5 star review on anything else. My family and I went to this establishment to celebrate a late Fathers Day and spent close to $500. My husband became violently ill after eating the fish and chips meal he ate. He spent a majority of time in the restroom throwing up. The manager then kicked us out claiming he was drunk and didnt want him to come back. He did order 2 drinks but did not drink either of them. Instead of asking if he was OK, the manager kicked us out. Customer service is a part of the job sir do better!!

We had our father day celebration here. Spent about $500 at this place. They kicked out my Dad claiming he was drunk. My dad barely had anything to drink. The FOOD made him sick. The right thing to do would be to check if he needed medical attention. Instead we were told to leave. Absolutely disgusting service.
