Hilary and her team went above and beyond. I moved from out of state and the first step was to find a rental. While I was over 2,000 miles away, Hilary went to work finding a short term rental to move in to and buy time to find a permanent home. Step one completed within the short time period and a ton of weight lifted off my shoulders. She treated me like family when I first arrived and continued to check in on me while my house out of state sold so we could start the house hunt in the area. A few months later we hit the ground running and after about a month, we found the perfect place. I was looking for something pretty specific and she found a place that checked all the boxes. With her experience and industry connections, she set me up with the right people in the lending, insurance and home inspection. Where to even start! We worked with Amy VenHorst as our realtor for buying our first home and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone buying or selling. She takes her time to carefully educate her clients to make sure they understand the process and there are no surprises. As first time homebuyers this was crucial for us because we quite literally had no idea what we were doing! By closing, we felt so confident in the process and with the home we found. Amy not only empowered us with knowledge of the homebuying process, but she was amazing at all of the home tours we went on. She had her eye out for things we wouldnt have known to look for. In the past, we engaged with a high-end realtor who promised a premium service, justifying their steeper fees. They pledged more investment, dedication, and support for their clients. Unfortunately, they failed to meet our expectations. We found ourselves grappling with unfulfilled promises, coupled with weak communication. After several frustrating months, we decided it was time for a change. Enter Kaylie. Living out of state and needing to sell our house remotely presented unique challenges. But Kaylie was a beacon of support. She not only acted as our local representative but went above and beyond. She managed the sale of every item in our house (which we had been renting out as an AirBnB) and played a pivotal role in preparing the house for sale. Tanya Kerr has been very patient waiting on us to be ready to sell. In the meantime, I just watched a wonderful cooking video they invited me to watch and learned how to cook a delicious Braised Short Rib and Veggie dinner. Thanks you guys are wonderful UPDATE: Just closed on our house and Tanya met with us about 6 months before we listed our house. She described in detail our options and best course of action. We knew we were going to sell the house, but were unsure of the timing. Tanya assured us that she would do whatever we needed her to do. As we approach our actual listing time, Tanya continued to provide us with updates and information to help us decide. After we listed, other Realtors that we have used in the past, pretty much left us alone until a contract was signed. Not so with Tanya. Her and her team gave us almost daily updates on what was going on, best steps to handle and hurdles and never failed to respond to any questions or concerns within minutes it seemed. After getting a contract, she was there to navigate the back and forth and was great help in getting a few repairs made as we had already moved and werent available to do so. I could go on, but I must say Tanya was the best weve ever had and this is the 8th house weve sold. You cant go wrong with a true professional like Tanya!!

Wally helped us find a fantastic house, in the perfect location, at the exact right time! He is very easy to communicate with, incredibly knowledgable about the real estate process, home maintenance, and the Austin area, was available whenever we needed, and went above and beyond with every detail of the process. Communication- so easy and comfortable to reach out with little or big questions. He kept us up to date and clearly led us along the process so we knew what to expect Knowledge- Wally knew so much about what to look at when we viewed homes. His past experience working on houses made it easy for him to tell us how expensive, easy/difficult, quick/long it d be to fix something up. He also knew so much about the value of houses which made us confident when putting in an offer. He has great connections in the Austin area like a maintenance man and electrician who got us quotes during our option period and worked on the house for us after closing. Availability- always answers back quickly. When the house we bought popped up on Zillow while we were on vacation he was there to see it and video commentate it for us in less than 24 hours. It was easy to find times to do viewings with him. Highly recommend working with Wally- if you re buying a house you definitely want him on your team!

Wally did an exceptional job of helping me, a first-time homebuyer, with the buying/building process. We are from the UK and the property buying process in US was a complete mystery. Tanya patiently explained clearly how it all worked and provided invaluable advice on how to approach a purchase. When we found a property we liked the look of, Tanya got us a viewing immediately and then advised how to pitch our offer with best chance of success. After offer was accepted Tanya guided us painstakingly through each step of the purchase including organizing the inspection and ensuring vendor carried out the moment repairs that were identified. She also advised on getting utilities lined up and negotiated including appliances in the purchase. Tanya was there at closing to answer any last minute questions. Even since closing she has readily answered any further questions as we move in. I hired Mo Duran with Jorgenson Group as my realtor and she did an excellent job in helping me to sell my house! Even though I already had plans to move and expected my house to be on this tough market long after I was gone, she managed to sell my house in only 11 days!!! And over asking price!! Her sharp negotiating skills resulted in more profit than I even expected. This was my first time selling a house. She communicated very effectively and explained the process in great detail, and in a way that was easy to understand. She initially helped me with setting up the staging, both inside and out, which made my house look brighter and more open, and gave it some excellent curb appeal. Once the house was on the market she got the word out, posted some big bold signs for the open house, and passed out some flyers, which all drew an amazing number of people. Nearly 50 showings in 10 days. She showed such drive and determination to help me sell my house quickly... and she succeeded!! Not only did she help me with selling my house, but she also went above and beyond to help me get all packed up and off onto my next journey in perfect timing. You can stop looking for a Realtor right now - youre not going to find anyone better than Tanya and her team. We were not easy clients - our situation was very complex and involved communication across 5 different time zones over the course of our home purchasing journey. My experience with Crystal was great. She guided me well as a first time home buyer and I also was new to the state. Crystal took time out of her busy schedule to make sure I was able to see homes all over the Austin area which can be pretty far to go from end to end around the compass. She was very knowledgeable not only in homes, but soil, plumbing, irrigation, landscape and every component of a property. She was very well versed with local laws and requirements for every county and for properties both in HOA and those that were not. I did not feel pressured to buy a home at any point in the process and she encouraged and persevered through the crazy market both in 2021 & 2022. We have been working with Wally to buy our new house and sell our old house at the same time. He has been stellar throughout the process. He is highly responsive to questions and concerns and knows his stuff. On the rare occasion that we presented him with something he didnt immediately know, he found us the answer within a day or less. He kept us informed of what was happening, what we should expect next, and how to handle all the minutia that came up while we were getting ready for closing. Most importantly, he listened. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and what we hoped would be possible and worked with that. After interviewing a handful of realtors, Tanya was our #1 pick because she was the cream of the crop. She struck a perfect balance of responsiveness, charisma, likability, detail attentiveness, professionalism, and assertiveness. Those traits carried through until the very end of our house closing, so for that reason wed be thrilled to recommend Tanya to anyone else selling or buying a house. Everything went like clockwork and exactly as we drew out on paper in our first meeting. We took 2-3 weeks to prep the listing, listed on a Thursday, showed the house over the weekend, had 6 offers (5 above asking), and chose from 2 offers that were > 10% over asking. Jackee (our transaction coordinator) was also a rock star and really helped out. Wally is the man!!! We were wanting to sell our house and I put some feelers out online for a list of the best realtors in the Austin area, 3 minutes later, its Wally calling to introduce himself. Wow, that was fast! The NEXT day, Wally came by our house with a book he put together all about Keller Williams and himself. It showed us listings around our neighborhood, estimates on anything & everything. Wally was very hands on with us. He gave us recommendations on ways to improve our house worth. Impressive !! My wife and I met Jorgenson Group agent Crystal Long several years ago when moving to the Austin area from Los Angeles. We were excited to have such a friendly and experienced agent willing to work with us from afar! We had made a scouting trip to the area months prior and knew we wanted to rent while we built, but we only had 3-5 days while my wife was in town to figure everything out. Crystal was a rockstar, she set up all our appointments with the builder and expedited the process. She had also lined up several potential rentals in the area for my wife to tour. With Crystals help we were able to navigate the new home building process without issue, and negotiate a lease term that ended just as our new home was finished. Several years later, we decided to return to California. Wally was fantastic! Not only did he recommend houses with our needs in mind but he video toured every single house we were interested in with knowledgeable commentary and a personal touch. Wally was super useful when selling our home. He was able to sell for 5% above listing price and we had 8 offers in the first weekend! He was also able to handle communications with the buyers realtor and buyer extremely effectively and was excellent in negotiating concessions with them. There were also a few snags along the way that he was able to effectively navigate quickly. We closed on time and his responsiveness was great. This review is long overdue, but we wanted to make sure that anyone who is looking for a realtor knows of Tanya Kerr and her knowledge and expertise. We purchased our home in the fall of 2019. First, Tanya was the third realtor we had worked with in a one-year period! In this market, it seemed that finding a realtor that would listen and not laugh at your needs was hard to do! Time after time we were told that what we wanted was unrealistic in our price range or in the area we wanted, often forcing us to look at homes over an hour away! This was absurd. We knew what we wanted and we were going to find a realtor that would help us get there. Thankfully we found Tanya. From the moment we spoke to her we knew we were in great hands. Tanya listened to our entire back story, she listened to what we wanted in a home and a neighborhood, and not once became impatient as we wrangled our toddlers in the process. Tanya heard what we wanted and never once said it wasn t possible. She was knowledgeable of the local area and responsive to all our texts and emails about homes. She was so easy to work with, so much so our often-timid son looked forward to seeing her and often followed her around during home visits. She taught him what took look for as she inspected the homes and not once complained as he slowly became her shadow. She listened to our kids so much, she knew their likes and dislikes and even bought them books to help them process their jitters about the first day of school. Her ease and comfort with our kids allowed us to trust her even more in the process. After only a few months, we found the home we wanted and were so excited it met all of our unrealistic expectations. We were thankful to have Tanya by our side, negotiating terms, intervening when building schedules weren t being met, and getting us everything that had been promised. Although the process with the builder was not seamless, Tanya s knowledge, tenacity, and professionalism got us through the process and into our new home! Tanya s help didn t stop on closing day. She continued to be a wealth of knowledge regarding local businesses to help us move, install a water softener, and secure the best rates for home owners insurance. She continues to email us with information regarding taxes and other useful information in this first year of home ownership. We highly recommended Tanya. She is a wealth of knowledge and a strong negotiator. She is responsive to all your needs, compassionate, honest, and patient. Where do I start? Wally may have started off as just my realtor but in the end became a friend. I started working with Wally back in mid 2018. I got the VA Home Loan and was deployed and even with the time difference and communication issues that come with deployment, Wally was on top of it! We did a ton of tours! He would go to the house and take a lot of videos of the walk through and send it to me each and every time, with commentary! I had a lot of prerequisites for my perfect home and Wally was always up to the challenge. We found a home but it ended up falling through due to the Sellers ignorance. Wally didnt give up though! We continue the search even when I got deployed again! He stuck by my side and in the end we found the perfect house (through many video chats and video tours later) almost a year later and was able to close on it just a few weeks ago! Wally was always available to answer any and all my questions, he knows the Austin Area and surrounding area like the back of his hand, he walked me through the VA Home Loan process step by step and explained everything to me, and his at the end was always able to negotiate the terms and conditions that I felt was fair and I wanted. Wally is the best and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, rent a place or rent their place out. He can do it all and if he cant he will get with someone to help you that can.

Where do I begin! We moved to Texas 3 years ago. We initially wanted to buy. Long story short--we went through 3 realtors. All of them let us down. No one took us seriously. We flew out twice with expectations to see several homes and BOTH TIMES ,two separate realtors forgot we where coming and could only show us a few homes! Sadly, we ended up having to rent a home in an area we knew nothing about because my husband had to start at his new job. We didnt feel like we wanted to buy a home in the town we rented so we moved North to Round Rock. We fell in love with the city and kids thrived at the schools. In that time I met Kasey through some local networking I was doing for my job. I knew he was the right fit for us but he needed to Pass the test with my husband. I asked Kasey if he wouldnt mind meeting my husband and letting my husband ask him any and all questions. My husband was pretty stressed at the thought of working with another Texas realtor--rightly so! Kasey, without a skipping a beat said SURE! He came to our home at a time that would work best for my husband and sat with us for over an hour and just had a great conversation with us. My husband was at ease with working with him and felt ready to try again! That meeting was some time in March of 2019. We started looking for a home at the end of April 2019. Hands-down, Tanya is the best agent in the area. We bought and sold with several other realtors, but Tanya is just different. She has a special way of asking the right questions to find the perfect home for her clients. When we found our dream home, it was priced higher than we were wanting to pay, and Tanya worked us a STEAL of a deal. Then, as we were waiting for our new home to finish construction, the brick layers messed up on the fancy brickwork pattern, and Tanya jumped in to get the problem corrected. Kasey helped us in selling our home in Kyle, while also assisting with the building/buying process of our new home in Round Rock. He came highly recommended to us by a friend and I can see why! He knows the market and how to price your home to sell - we had an offer on our home in less than 2 weeks! During a stressful time of selling and building/buying, Kasey has been a breath of fresh air and is always there to answer any questions we have and put us at ease. When we decided to sell our house, we interviewed several realtors and chose Kasey. He seemed to have the best plan - from the marketing to the staging and beyond. Kasey and his group were very professional and accessible throughout the selling process. He was a positive force through some speed bumps along the way and always on board with creative ways to make things work. Kasey validated every reason we chose him as our realtor and put our faith in his abilities. On the recommendation of a friend, we chose The Jorgenson Group to both sell our house in Central Austin and to purchase our next house. Their hard work and professionalism helped get our house under contract in less than a day. When it came time to begin the house hunt for our new home, Kasey was able to work around our schedule and was able meet the demands we put on him. He listened to our requirements, found a number of houses for us to see in our price range and helped us narrow our selections based on his expertise. Kasey was also a tremendous help in dealing with the seller during the negotiation process. For both homes we closed ahead of schedule with no issues.
