This is my favorite place it has everything a theater food arcade not everything but the stuff I like. The games are fun especially the bumper cars. I love watching movies in the theater. And the food is delish I recommend this place if you ever need a fun place to go

The food is ok, salad bar has lots of choices but the ranch was watery, the pizza needs more cheese and less time in the oven. The Mac n cheese is delicious though. Place needs more lighting. Its kinda dark in there. I probably would not go back.

Gotta love the pizza, ranch and salad bar, but that is not the reason for this review. My son had been wanting to eat here for a minute, but with my busy work schedule, it is rare. We finally had time and as soon as we paid for our buffets and sat down, I got a call and had to leave immediately for an emergency. I called later and spoke with the manager, Jose. He was very understanding and had no problems helping us out. So, great pizza and all, the real winner is the customer service and management here. Thank you, Jose, for making this a little easier.

Im not sure why every time Ive been to this location is smells really bad up front in the lobby. It has a bad odor of BO and its a huge nauseating feeling coming into a establishment where you are going to eat food. The Ranch supply was low in all compartments there is never enough Pepperoni Pizza and the Mozzerela sticks took over 20 minutes to come out. Tables were dirty and the floor was sticky. A smell of marijuana was in the movie room. Wish they would invest in cleaning up the place more.

We travel from waco to go eat here and weve always had great experiences here. We went to eat here yesterday and we sat were We always sit over in the t.v. area that shows sports and there was a young man that was bussing the tables there name jason. This young man is a great asset to this company he kept my table clear of dirty plates the whole time I was there here was very attentive to the customers in his area he was very polite and friendly and him keeping our table clean definitely made our experience there so much better. I also want to say that I spilled a drink on myself and the floor and I swear he was there as soon as that drink hit the floor to clean it up. Im not sure if this young man is going to make Mr gattis his career but wherever he ends up someone is going to be lucky to have him. He takes alot of pride in his job I can tell he has an excellent work ethic and a great personality. Great job Jason thank you again for cleaning up my spilled drink I appreciate you so much for doing that and being so quick about it so I didnt have to go looking for someone to help me.... 5 stars

First time visiting here, since we were on a Hurricane Beryl unplanned vacation! The atmosphere was like any arcade venue, however the food was okay- definitely sent everyone to the restroom. The movie eating area was nice where the kids would watch a particular movie, while eating. (Movie theatre style, but with dining tables)

had a great first time here with a family of six . got the family deal along with a couple extra kid buffets. kids had a lot of fun playing in the arcade, and the emploees even let them play on the bumper cards when they were just a little shy on their pay cards. I went in as a single senior to eat for $11 dollars its a Deal. The stocked salad bar,pizza, and dessert never disappoints. Very clean tables,booths, and chairs keep me returning. The only good thing about this place is that it is clean. And thats were it Stops. The pizza quality is bad and thats if they have any up at the buffet. It was a hr after they opened and I felt like they were running behind on keeping pizza out on the buffet. Shocked how much this place has held up. Friendly cashiers check you in. Pizza, salad bar, and pasta all surprisingly above expectations. Games all worked and felt clean. Staff well trained and attentive. Tables cleared quickly. This is a place that could easily become bad due to how busy it is, but they are doing a fantastic job. The largest Mr. Gattis in the area. This full Buffet playland offers video games, movies, sports tv and quiet seating. No need for a reservation, as Ive seen 300+ kids arrive without a moments notice. The salad bar changes daily depending on what is fresh said the Manager who is very friendly. If you have a picky kiddo no problem. They got Mac n cheese, spaghetti and plenty of goldfish and other snacks. The pizza bar is great because they keep out all the staples. Supreme, pepperoni,chess,beef. Its all there. But you can request a pizza. They have a slip and pen with a build you own options. Did you know they had anchovies! This is how you can ask for them. Once you have your food choose any of the theme rooms. Sports T.V., movie of the week room, or the traditional room with no distractions. The best part is the large game room. Wall to wall games set up on a digital system makes paying for games and getting tickets a breeze. Rides, mini bowling, basketball and other fun games keep the kiddos busy and hopefully tired. HUMILIATED. I came to Gattis with my pregnant friend and her newborn and was scolded and harassed by the manager there. Neither of us are from this city, so we have never been to this restaurant before. The guy that was supposed to let us through ignored us upon entry for a minute. so we walk through expecting we have to pay when we leave. Soon to be mocked and ridiculed by the manager at the store. We tried to have a conversation but he proceeded to say he would call the police, throwing threats around within 20 seconds of conversation. I go to pay for the food and my friend tries to go talk to him, and he continues to judge her and question her intelligence. None of this is for dramatics. the Food is not good enough to endure this type of negative business.

We had a very nostalgic time visiting gattitown (formerly gattiland) today for lunch. Pricing: $11 each for adults + $3 for drinks each. Employee shoutouts: Allen was super helpful in ringing us up and putting in our special request orders (chocolate pizza and buffalo chicken pizza). Daniel made the pizza fast and delicious- tasted just like it did when we were kids! Lots of staff helping to clean, make food, and help customers. Food and drink: buffet includes pizza, pasta, desert, and salads. There was a big selection of fresh salad toppings as well as hot, fresh pizza, speghetti, Mac and cheese, and deserts. Large variety of sodas (Coke products) and juice on the soda machine as well as coffee and tea stations. Dining rooms: We ate in the movie room where they were playing Migration (kids movie) on a double screen. The booths need updating (hollow/flat) but the tables and chairs were very comfortable. Since we went on a weekday afternoon it wasn t super busy, only a few other families enjoying buffet with us. There was also a choice of an adult-ish room playing fox news and sports or a quiet-ish room with no entertainment but large windows. Plenty of seating in each area. Arcade: We didn t end up playing in the arcade but it looked fun for kids with all the lights and fun games. Parking: large free parking lot, plenty of parking.

If youre a fan, this is a great place. Lots of space, lots of food, and (when SO and I went), clean! I have always loved Gattis pizza. Starting from my highschool days back in the 80s, we had one a block away, and, whenever we all had the $2.99 for it, it was the spot to go to. While the old place is long gone, this place here brought back those memories. And not the physical place but THE FOOD! Pizza was warm and crispy and flavorful, the had pepperoni, ham, beef, with and without jalapenos, supreme, in both their trademark dough and deep dish. The deep dish pepperoni was AWESOME. Salad bar was on point. Lettuce and spinach and carrots and broccoli and onions.... everything was crisp and fresh. Dressings were full and creamy and the add-ons were delicious. The only bad thing I can say is that it was unusually COLD in there! Had to get our jackets to enjoy the food. And before I forget, clean bathrooms. Kudos to the staff. SO and I have promised to come by each time we go to the area. Thank you!!!!

Pretty fun and affordable place to visit. Much better than Chuck E Cheese, in my opinion. The buffet offers a good variety of pizza and salads. I enjoy how the ambience is a sort of western feel, but I think it needs a renovation at this point. The rides and games at the arcade are pretty fun, they sure know how to take your money. Overall, visit with your family and friends at a time were people dont usually go because it can get full.

Gattis pizza is great for what it is. My kids love it here, and it is very nostalgic for us. The bumper cars, kids bowling and games all make it a complete experience. They are always accommodating and make the pizzas that we request fresh. Their pizza & ranch combination is definitely a blast from the past that brings back great memories. Gattis ranch is one of the BEST!!! The buffet and play packages during the week are always great and the kids movie room or the news/sports room is always a welcome option. Kids loved it! As grandma it was okay. Several games would not work but still take your money, add to that the noise. On a good note: Food was surprisingly pretty good. Even the desserts were wonderful. Dont get the potato salad however. Line coming in at lunch time was pretty backed up shame they dont have a better system. I was amazed at how quickly employees were able to pickup and clean the dining areas. But no one seemed happy to be there. Not that I blame them . Oh and on the money stealing machines they were aware and prepared to refund you the money. Overall kids had fun and we all were worn out at end of the day. The buffet is typical in comparison to any other Gattis or Cicis. Its not great or fresh. We went for the play time and it was our first visit. There are three huge dining areas. The game cost average about $1.50, and there are some cool games that I havent seen anywhere else, even in the Dallas area. Such as the mini bowling area and the fun ice hockey game that shoots out a large amount of mini disks during the game to add to the excitement of whos gonna win! Cleanliness was not terrible, and because we went during the week, it wasnt too packed or loud. Kid-friendliness: The games are ideal for ages four and up.

Its a bit over priced for whats offered there, the pizza is your average buffet pizza place pizza. Some of the staff seem overwhelmed. As for the atmosphere people let there kids run around and act kinda crazy. If you have small children keep an eye on them because they might get ran over by the older kids. Parking: The place is fairly easy to find but parking can become quite hectic. Kid-friendliness: You can take young children here my son is 4 and he enjoyed himself, he did find the amount of games a bit lacking compared to dave and busters but I would recommend this place over chuck e cheese any and every day possible.

This place was so accommodating to my group of 35 that came in. They gave us a private room and were super nice. The kids had a great time. Prices are affordable and the pizza is excellent.

Pizza was good, except they only put out 5 selections. I got there right after they opened. I was there for a good hour and a half, and they kept making the same pizzas. I got a drink with my pizza so it came out to almost 15.00. So I figured you would have to eat 12 slices, and it would be a 1.00 a slice. I tried getting my sided. worth but only had 11 slices with no sides. Im sure you could have them make a pizza for you. Price has gone up too much, not worth having the buffet again.

Terrific place to meet with friends and family! Very entertaining for children with the gaming area. Great for having a meeting also. The personnel could have been more helpful, and more attentive to cleaning tables. Muchas Gracias, have a great day! Sincerely, Dove Dietary restrictions: Diabetic, gluten free, nuts, dairy products. Especially for those with allergies. Wheelchair accessibility: Please have CPR classes for people who are interested. Red Cross may be able to assist with them? Heimlich maneuver etc. Once every 3 or 4 months. Am a retired nurse, remain concerned regarding the health of those persons who are present. Also no charges of participating people. Thank you.
