I photographed a wedding here two months ago and gosh i was stunned. this place is so beautiful! it has so so much greenery throughout, the cocktail hour area is spacious, the lighting here is divine and the river is so private and serene. highly recommend this gem in the middle of texas.

The venue was beautiful! I was the person who coordinated vendors the day of for my sisters wedding. There were a few hiccups: 1. A tour was given DURING THE RENTED TIME of the event. When the employee and touring couple were asked to leave, they stayed looking at decor, touching plating on the tables, and talking in the lobby. They were asked multiple times to leave. They were onsite while the bride and her party were taking photos outside. The employee and touring couple had to be edited out of photos. When we brought the incident up to the venue, they said the couple was pushy and wanted to tour. Regardless of how pushy they were, they should have been told to come back when the venue was not being used for a private event. 2. Cocktail tables were supposed to be set up in a covered space but were not.This setup was even verified the week of the event. We were given the excuse of rain but the tables would have been in a completely covered space, not outside. 3. We were accused of not having a bartender, which was completely false. This was an unverified claim made against the wedding couple without any kind of confirmation. There was a random bartender who claimed to be employed by the venue who showed up around 2pm the day of to ask if his services were needed. He was told they were not. The venue staff did not reach out to the bride or groom to see if this claim had any standing. We did not receive an apology after this claim was proven false. It really is a beautiful venue, but make sure all your bases are covered just in case.

Not only was the venue absolutely beautiful but my wedding wouldn t have gone as perfectly as it did without their lead coordinator Kristin and her assistant. I can not say enough about how much I appreciated her going above and beyond for me on our wedding day. Each time Ive photographed weddings at Casa Blanca Ive been amazed at what the venue has to offer. The creek behind the venue offers lovely backgrounds for portraits and both the indoor and outdoor ceremony areas photograph beautifully. The indoor reception space has lots of natural light as well as a balcony for overhead group shots. I always enjoy shooting at Casa Blanca on Brushy Creek!

Seems like for whatever reason they only cater to specific people or events. We attended their open house and wanted to rent this place for a baby shower event.. they made it sound like this place would be out of reach for us.. and even when we expressed that we were willing to spend and would like to know the availability and pricing they gave us a lame reason that they ran out of printed copies for pricing and would reach us via email guess what the email never came! No follow up phone call or anything.. While the place looked beautiful our experience with them was awful!

This was a wonderful venue for a wedding. It is next to Brushy Creek. It has many tall trees covering the property which provides some shade and breeze when it is really warm. The inside is gorgeous and the air conditioning works really well. There are two semi open areas on each side.

We loved having our wedding here! I will say that Kristin was 100% what made our day great. We did hire Casa Blanca s full service with a wedding coordinator- definitely recommend Kristin as your point of contact! She knows exactly what she is doing. Another great thing about the venue that we really loved is that they are constantly ensuring the place is updated and taken care of- which I felt like a lot of other venues didn t do.

I attended an Indian wedding reception here in the evening and it was beautiful. The outdoor areas to stroll. The pretty and immaculate interior had with tables and lovely place settings enough for large guest list. And, it seemed open despite all of the aforementioned guests with windows showing out to the courtyard. The lighting and music and staff were on point. And, I had a great time- thanks to the location, food, and dancing.

We were quests not paying customers. It very nice and exceptionaly clean. Beautiful settings. Not very professional service as there wasnt one employee that was fluent in English so that created un needed problems. But every employee was very courteous in the not understanding. My daughter had her wedding there, it wasnt worth anything near the $5k that we paid. A lot of maintenance needed especially the paint is old and flakey and the carpet is ratty. The dressing rooms have zero class! Drapes for doors, bathrooms resemble gas stations.

This is one of my absolute favorite wedding venues to photograph! Both the indoor and outdoor areas are stunning, the rooms have tons of natural light, and the gardens make for gorgeous portraits. I also love the bride/groom suites because they are very spacious and the bathrooms are large enough for several people to get ready (very important when you have lots of people trying to prepare for the ceremony!). The staff is very attentive and helpful, too!

I worked a Wedding at this venue in Late April 2019. Wonderful off the beaten path venue. Great shade coverage by the trees all around this property with a running creek very nearby. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this venue for a small to medium (40-150 people) sized wedding.

WOW is all I can say about this venue. It is the most photogenic venue around Austin! The staff were very nice and respectful and would definitely recommend any one who is planning any kind of party to do it here. They truly make you feel like you can ask for anything to make your big day special and they will find a way to accommodate it. Besides the beauty of Casa Blanca ,the layout space made for a lovely and comfortable time for our guests and the evening flowed from one space to the next as we had different areas for the cocktails and appetizers, the formal dinner, and dancing. Very nice, especially if it had been 10 degrees cooler outside. It was over 100 outside, and tho the a/c was working flawlessly, we had too many doors opening for it to keep up. We really enjoyed our experience of getting married at Casa Blanca. Many of our guests told us how beautiful is was and all had a great time. There were a few minor hiccups, but nothing is ever perfect. My only request would be that they give a packet of all of the information that you need to know including FAQs, etc. to all couples. We had lots of questions during the planning process that might have been able to be answered by something like this. Highly recommend hiring Kristin as a day of coordinator. She was great and definitely assisted in ensuring things went smoothly. Overall, we had one of the best nights of our lives, and we would recommend getting married here!

We had our wedding here 11/11/16, and it was a blast/amazing/beautiful/fun/etcetcetc.. The venue is amazing, and we ended up keeping our decorations and flowers on the cheaper side, because we didnt feel like we needed that with what we were getting from the site (as far as how beautiful things were). We also had a LOT going on in our lives, so the idea of a venue that had packages, was very ideal to us. We ended up using a LOT that CBBC had to offer, like several of their preferred vendors on their list that they were used to working with. They also took care of a lot of the little stuff (sparklers, DJ, linens, etc.) We only had to get 2 other outside vendors, which was really helpful if youre crunched for time. *NOTE*: THIS PLACE BOOKS UP FAST, SO IF YOU WANT A SATURDAY WEDDING, YOU SHOULD BOOK AT LEAST 9+ MONTHS IN ADVANCE. Cynthia and Daniel are very nice and helpful. Everything went very smoothly on the day of, and in my mind it was worth paying the extra $$ to have a wedding coordinator from Cynthia. We would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone getting married in the Round Rock area. We felt it was a BEAUTIFUL venue, our guests had a GREAT time, and we felt it was a great value for our money!!!

We loved having our wedding reception at Casablanca! All of the staff were wonderful to work with and our Wedding Coordinator did an excellent job the day of the wedding. It was wonderful to have the coordinator organize all of the details and coordinate with all of the vendors so that we didnt have to stress out about it. The grounds at Casablanca are beautiful, well-maintained, and taken care of. All of our guests thought it was such a beautiful space.
