I went to a meeting and the person I was meeting with picked up the tab. I had the Cobb salad and asked the server to remove the meat. It arrived with the meat, and I asked to explain to the person that I had asked for no meat in the salad. He was very apologetic and immediately corrected the issue. Very friendly environment. I would dine there again.

Top notch service. I am visiting the area and had 30 mins to grab breakfast. They have a high top bar table where the server immediately greeted me and took my order. The food came out quickly, was tasty, and despite them goofing on the specifics, they caught it without me complaining and made it right. Highly recommend!

Very dog friendly outside on the patio for johnny. This is primarily a breakfast place that has hours through lunchtime. Food is better than any direct competitor whether local one-off or large chain restaurant. This is a moderate size chain that I had never heard of before. However the Quality and feel of this place was like an excellent private restaurant for serving breakfast. They seem to be open until 2:00 p.m. from what I remember Vegetarian options: Im a carnivore and paid no attention to the vegetarian options, with there were explicit mentions of this on the restaurant website and sure on the menu Dietary restrictions: I got the feeling they would make me just about anything I wanted but we ordered their Supreme omelette Parking: On the outer margins of a modern size Shopping Center so there is more close up parking than will almost ever be needed Wheelchair accessibility: Saw at least one person who was using a chair and my wife and I dont walk that well anymore but encountered no restrictions that would likely have affected any of us

Food was great. We did have about a 45 minute wait on a Sunday at 1130. Note to self get in line on-line. Only complaint was that we had to wait for our drinks. Waitress offered coffee and only 1 person at out table accepted the coffee. The other 2 people ordered a special coffee and an iced tea. Then waitress came back to take our order a few minutes later. And we still hadnt received our drinks. When asked she said they would be right out. Finally someone else brought our drinks to us. May be their way but seemed a little redundant.

My 81-year-old mother, my Dad, GF, and I all had brunch there on Saturday when one of your runners spilled a drink full of beet juice and turmeric all over my mothers white outfit. She was very cool about the situation even though she was covered. The apology was shallow if there was one at all. After our meal, the mgr on duty vanished, and no one mentioned the incident. The manager did not offer to comp her meal, much less her drink. They didnt even offer to clean her outfit. We had to ask the cashier to find the manager and wait another 10 minutes for her to arrive. She told my mom they would replace it if she couldnt clean it. She gave us the contact info of the store manager we contacted last week, but there has still been no response. It is pretty poor service all the way around. She. She couldve raised hell and made a scene like many people do these days, but she was incredibly graceful about the situation. We will not eat there again.

I really hate to make a complaint but here I am coming from being in the service industry for 10 plus years I understand what good service is and I am very understanding and forgiving person. today my son and I came in and sat down in I believe Jacob s section. We waited for over 10 minutes to be spoken to after we sat down I watch two other tables be sat before I got up to speak to somebody. I understand it s not appealing to servicing mom with her three-year-old child but I tip exceptionally well when given appropriate service. I have to say Aubrey helped me out and if it wasn t for her generosity and understanding, I probably would ve just left.

Great first time experience. Sam was an attentive server. Waffles were great so we ordered more but this time they were burnt...too crispy for my son who has a wobbly tooth. Waffle was replaced. Blueberry compote is delicious. Pricey but expected since healthy ingredients are supposedly used . Ketchup bottle relabeled with first watch but I think to keep the healthy theme, sugar free can be used! Looking forward to visiting again. Really enjoyed the kale tonic!

We went there on 30th June to have breakfast. I ordered a traditional breakfast consisting of two over easy eggs, 2 chicken sausage patties, potatoes and a gluten free toast. The breakfast came with sour cream and a jam. My wife ordered a Tri Fecta that contained two over easy eggs, one waffle, and three chicken sausage patties. She ordered the potatoes separately. We enjoyed every bit of it. The eggs were nicely done, loved the sausage patties, waffle was super good, potatoes felt like it was made at home. Our server was a very nice person. The environment and the ambience were good. They didn t take much time to get you the food after you order. Because it is very reputed breakfast/brunch destination we couldn t just go and sit. We had to be in the waitlist and after around 20 minutes we got to sit. But the wait was worth it.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at First Watch, and I cant say enough about the fantastic experience. Our waitress, Mariana, made our visit exceptional with her attentive service and warm hospitality. We started with the Million Dollar Bacon, which was absolutely phenomenal. The perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors left us wanting more. The cheese grits were creamy and delicious, a delightful comfort food that didnt disappoint. The Morning Meditation drink was a refreshing blend of flavors, the perfect way to start the day on a healthy note. As for the traditional breakfast, it was everything we hoped for and more. The eggs were cooked to perfection, the bacon was crisp, and the toast was just right. Overall, our visit to First Watch was made memorable by the delicious food and Marianas excellent service. We cant wait to return!

First of all the host and the waitress were the best part of the experience, they were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, thats the only good thing I have to say. ordered the classic eggs Benedict, let me just say it was bad. The hollandaise sauce was not good. They also used regular ham instead of Canadian bacon??? They also didn t use an English muffin just a piece of bread. It also comes with tomato which is just weird. The only good part of the dish were the potato s that came on the side. Then to make things worse I went to use the restroom one time and there was a guy throwing up because of something he ate. NOT something you want to see in a restaurant. Overall I waited 30min to an hour just to get seated. The food was very disappointing and the atmosphere was chaotic. But thank you to our waitress and host who were again very kind.

To put this into context, we literally pulled in off of a 19-hour drive from Miami. Needless to say, I was a little exhausted! That being said, the service was a little better than decent. Our server was polite, but he wasnt in much of a hurry in the beginning. Eventually, he seemed to loosen up. One thing I noticed is that the staff wasnt very kid friendly. My two-year-old tossed her crayon on the floor just as a server was walking by, and she snatched it up and kept walking; she didnt even try to give it back to her! Other than that, the food was fantastic.

I seriously hate this place when it comes to take out. We frequently come here all the time, and although it s great inside, their take out process needs a lot of work. It s been my 3rd time with take out and each time has came out HORRIBLY! Traditional breakfast was just thrown in the box, potatoes all over the place like it was tossed in the bag or at some point fell over. I had over easy eggs, so naturally they broke and got EVERYWHERE. I couldn t even eat half of the meal! $50 for 2 meals and 2 drinks. Stop the nonsense already and focus on cooking the food and packaging it correctly!

The waitress got us a Chicken dish when we requested without the chicken. The manager promptly apologized, refunded the money for the item and gave us a free side of fruit. Mistakes happen but what matters was how you respond to such mistakes. I am glad that FW could promptly fix and ensure customer satisfaction despite a mistake. Thank you FW!!

Eggs were way undercooked in my husbands hacienda hash and my elevated egg sandwich we ordered to go so when we got home we had to recook our food which defeats the purpose of ordering to go .It s not an enjoyable experience when you think what your eating could get you sick or having gelatinous snot look up at you and says, eat me ,it was disgusting. My husband and I were super excited to try a new breakfast spot, everything on the menu looked top tier. Upon arrival the greetings, and the initial service was fantastic. Very very friendly opening staff when you walk in. Once we were seated, we were completely forgotten about. We were sat in the small back room smack dab in the middle so you couldnt miss us. 3-5min After we were seated a party of 4-5people were seated behind us. After another 5 min or so the table sat after us were greeted by their server and had drink orders put in and delivered. Another 5 min and they are putting in their order. In this time we just sat their twiddling our thumbs at least 3-4 separate servers walked passed us blatantly looked at us and our table to see if we had drinks and said nothing, and continues walking. No one acknowledged that someone would be right with us. Nothing. We sat there for a good 15-20min just to be blatantly ignored and treated like we were invisible. But why? We were no different than anyone else in that restaurant, just wanted to enjoy a good breakfast and maybe have a new place to eat!

I had breakfast here on a busy Saturday morning. I was by myself, and I was promptly seated at the community table by my server Aimie , so no long wait. Aimie was very friendly with a smile and a cheerful presence. The food was excellent, an omelet and blueberry pancake. I enjoyed both the good food and Aimies excellent service. Its always good to have hard-working and capable servers like her, who you know deserve the tip you leave for them. I will definitely return for breakfast and hope to see Aimies smiling face when I do.

I absolutely love first watch, and have been a return customer for a long time. This location however, at least in my experience, has left out some ingredients within the food where other locations do not. We had a lovely waitress and experience overall, but came with less of a portion than usual and came without the goat cheese listed and no tomatoes. Food was still very delicious, and I believe that it was just due to it being so busy. Vegetarian options: Can substitute nearly anything or take out meat on many items.

I have eaten at this place several times since it is close to me, the food is delicious, but I have always had the same problem with my food, they always bring it cold, the last time I ordered a chimichanga and when I cut it in the middle, it was cold , the same with my parents. The same thing happened to my companions food.

Originally got the hacienda hash, the eggs were nearly raw and also I did not realize it had straight ketchup drowning out everything else. I sent it back. I decided to go with the farmhouse hash. Again, my medium well eggs came out VERY undercooked. The cook put in 12 pieces of tomato and I had 2 maybe 3 tiny tiny tiny pieces of bacon, like penny sized. Potatoes were under seasoned and undercooked. The cooks should also realize that customers dont like seeing fingernail marks in their avocados... I was extremely underwhelmed by the food, which is disappointing because I remembered this place being much much better.

We have eaten at several First Watch restaurants in the greater Austin area. The food is always excellent and has a fresh, made-to-order, homemade taste. Its much better than what gets cranked out in mass quantities at a lot of places that serve breakfast. A popular place, for sure, so be prepared to wait to be seated. Its worth it, so wait! My wife got the Tri-Fecta, which included two eggs scrambled, a Belgian waffle, and bacon. The waffle is light and airy (as advertised), and the syrup is brought to the table warm in a glass bottle. I got the biscuit and gravy with over medium eggs. It had a large biscuit, cut in half, and loaded with turkey sausage gravy. The eggs were cooked perfectly to order, and the potatoes were nicely seasoned. We both enjoyed our meals. At a previous visit, we had ordered the Million Dollar Bacon as an appetizer to share. Its pricey at $6 for four pieces of bacon, but it is very good and worth trying at least once. Overall, we really like First Watch and have had good experiences at each location we have tried. Be prepared to wait to be seated and higher prices, but in my opinion, you need to give it a try.

I LOVE the food and coffee... when I get it. Twice now, I have ordered the marshmallow treat and it didnt get to me. The first time, it was completely missing. Today, I got a cookie instead, which I can not eat :( Other than this, I have always had great food and service. Dietary restrictions: I love that I dont get charged extra to sub GF toast. So many places charge an extra dollar or more. I understand that GF is a more expensive, but it sucks when we get upcharged over a buck for one piece of bread. Thank you for thinking of us!

I m a huge fan of the First Watch chain. This location lived up the name. Brought a picky eater with me and she actually enjoyed her food. The vibes were great. The host was lovely and the atmosphere was outstanding. I got the bacado, which was perfection, and she got the French toast. I d recommend this location to anyone visiting the Austin area as we both were for SXSW. Next time I m in Austin I will be stopping by for brunch again.
