I always enjoy Firebowl. Super consistent and good portions. I alternate between the Fire bowl fried rice and General Tsos. They are both solid. UPDATE: wanted to give an update on Firebowl. The food is the same but its basically shifted to solely to go focused. Nothing is available to customers eating in. Very annoying. Had to ask for siriacha, limes, utensils, napkins even. Nothing is available

The last 2 times we ve ordered from this location, we have not received the sweet and sour sauce for the sweet and sour dishes. We ordered 5 egg rolls and got 4 cups of sweet and sour sauce that was enough for 1/2 egg roll each. Hard to pay this much money and have 2 dishes with no sauce.

I love this place. I literally eat here once to twice a week. I just moved to the area in January, 2024 and I have to say that this is my favorite location by far. Everyone that works here is so nice and professional. I was able to sign up for a rewards program that the manager helped me with, so he s awesome. If you haven t been here, you should definitely stop in! The food is delicious! PS, The Firebowl Fried Rice w/chicken and their pork egg rolls are my favorite. Get you some!

We have eaten at another Fire Bowl Cafe with a good experience and thought we might have a similar experience here. Even the reviews made it seem that would be the case, but it was not. The service was fine, but there is a definite difference at places going cashless when it comes to overall service. As for the food, it was not bad, but it wasnt at the level of our previous experience to the point of it being almost sub-par. Given the prices currently being charged, that poor level of meal quality it was a waste of money for us. Despite the location being clean and well maintained along with the decent service, it is highly unlikely we will patronize this location again.

The food here is a hit or miss. I always go for stir fry my way with soft tofu. Sometimes the soft tofu is off with the smell and taste. Sometime, my veggie are not fully cooked. It s somewhat raw. I don t enjoy raw broccoli. Learned the lesson, next time has to specify to have it cook/steam longer.

Many have been warning about the new wave of frankenfood in the post Covid(Recovery) era. I used to love this place. It s been a couple of years since I ve been here and like so many places in the post Covid new world quality has really really suffered. I love Chinese food and there is a level of not so good that is acceptable but this experience was really really bad. I got two dishes of chicken (stir fry dish and general tso) and the chicken was unacceptably disgusting. The pork egg roll I received was the worst I had ever eaten. Ended up throwing 75% of the food out is was so gross. Vegetables were okay but as for the meat, it s like something I ve had in a third world country. You ve been warned.

My family stopped here for dinner from out-of-town. We had Pad Thai, General TSOs Chicken and (I think it was)Kung Pao beef(?). I love the potion as they were filling. But the taste was a little bit off for all three dishes. They tasted all slightly saltier than need to be and drenched in too much sauce(fish sauce?). I guess it would have been ok if there was carb to balance it out. But the noodles and rice were already drenched. However, meats were very tender and tasty.

We are used to another FBC so maybe this one feels fresh and different to us, but we particularly like the spatiousness of it and the fact that it doesnt feel empty and that there are always people eating at the tables. Theres nothing worst than eating in an empty restaurant room. They have a good customer flow. Its also fast and the food tastes good.

Very Americanized Thai food, very disappointing if you are seeking authentic Thai food. Having been to Thailand a few times in the navy, I can safely say that this is NOT authentic. It was fairly bland unless ordered hot and is not flavor it is simply hot. Wont be back. Vegetarian options: All dishes offered meatless, not a guarantee of vegetarian. Parking: Parking directly in front is hard to get in and out, park farther away and walk, its easier. Guy with the ponytail is a huge jerk and he appears to be a manager also. Right away when we waited and walked up to order he rudely interrupts us and asks if we are ordering for here or to go. After we tell him he asks FOUR TIMES what my name is wanting me to practically shout it at him. After we finished our order and paid we sat and waited, the entire time he glared at us from across the room. Someone else them walks up to our table with a bag and asks Sean? I thought she was saying Jon so I said yes. I ordered 2 sesame chicken with lo mein. Well the few pieces of chicken was ok, but the lo mein doesnt look like lo mein. It looks like plain cooked spaghetti noodles, no sauce. The noodles are PLAIN. My sons meal was the same way , pain spaghetti noodles! I paid $100 for 5 meals and got shafted. Be nice if some one from the rewound make it right . This was our first dining experience with Fire Bowl Cafe and the staff when out of their way to make sure that it exceeded exceptions. We were met with friendly smiles and the willingness to help us however they could. They allowed us to try various sauces and it was clear they truly wanted to make sure we bought exactly what we were looking for. The food was delicious and there was something for everyone. My wife and I have been wanting to try this place seeing its next to our favorite ice cream spot. (So hint hint go next door for dessert after eating here, it will make a good dinner even better with a really good dessert.) Anywhere, came in and the service was very pleasant and upbeat. I will say the first thing I noticed was how spotless this place was. Real nice setting overall. Washed my hands before eating and even the bathroom was spotless. Interesting fact... you can actually order your meal from your table because their is a barcode there at your table and each table is naked with its own number. So on to the meal... My wife got us an appetizer which as edamame which was pretty good. Lol she asked me howd it taste compared to her making it at home.... Im that honest type of husband and told her Id eat this over ant of her vegetable she makes. My wife got coconut curry chicken and she really like it. She said it had a sweet taste and shes definitely recommending you try it. I had the sesame chicken and that was pretty good too. Seeing that we are new to Texas this is only the third spot Ive tried Chinese food at and so far their sesame chicken is the best. The fried rice was pretty decent. Im a saucy guy so had I had more sauce from the chicken on my rice that would have made it better for me, but its not enough of a issue for me to complain or knock the meal at all. For us big guys I must say it was enough food for me to be full at the end of my meal. Id definitely recommend anyone to come here based off my experience.

Great meal here. Got the Stir Fry Your Way Teriyaki Beef with Spring Veggies and Ramen noodles. Really tasty, great noodle texture, seasoning perfect, great Teriyaki flavor without being too sweet. Large portion. Price $10-$13 range per bowl, Kids Meal $5 range. Hot Tea was $3. Also have to compliment their Two Leaf Organic Black Tea also great, rich flavor. Might be the best cup of hot tea I ever had. Service was quick for lunch on an early Sunday afternoon, cashier was very pleasant. Restaurant was clean, well maintained, everything well stocked. Restroom also very clean. The only downside was they don t have a noodle & fried rice combo option would have had to buy an extra side..but that would have been way too much food with an extra side portions were already very generous. Also tried a bite of my wife s crunchy chicken (orange chicken) really good. My son tried one of their Thai combos, felt seasoning was not as hot as he would have liked it, he had to add a couple of sauces to spice it up. But overall good choice for Chinese Cafe dining. Cudo s to the Cashier who had on bunny ears and glitter just to brighten everyone s day. Will definitely be by for another lunch.

I love dinning in at the Firebowl cafe! They have A+ Service and seem very friendly and caring towards thier customers. The food was great as well and I have never had issues with this establishment, I am very happy that they survived the Pandemic and that whole mess! I am OBSESSED with this place! I had it for the first time a week and a half ago and have had it two more times since then! The ingredients are so fresh and the food is delish! I would 100% recommend this place.

1 star because customer service was not friendly! Cashier watched our every move when we got up to get utensils The lady at the cash register did not speak when we walked in. I should of turned back at this point but didnt because I was hungry and didnt want to keep driving around. When running a business you need to show your customers that they are welcomed and smile. Not just take an order like a robot. Even when we walked past her she didnt say Thank You, have a nice day! Food was basic and nothing to run back to. And the entire staff appears to have panties in a bunch

I had my first visit this afternoon and ordered the pineapple fried rice. It was delicious and the portion size was large. The menu is nicely displayed and easy to read. The restaurant was extremely clean inside and tables were being bused and wiped down immediately when guests left the restaurant.

My first time ever going to a Fire Bowl... I asked what vegan options they had. The woman at the counter said anything with a green leaf on it. It clearly says Vegetarian and their dishes contain egg. I informed her that vegan and vegetarian are two different things and asked if there was someone there who might be able to help me order. She said the manager was not in at the moment. I walked out disappointed.

Great portion sizes, and this is coming from someone who likes to eat a lot! Im a fan of the chicken, noodle and spring mix in coconut curry sauce, although sometimes the tastyness of the dish can fluctuate from a 4/5 to a 3/5. The lower rating is still good, however, so I continue to visit when I get the craving. The portions are also just enough to sate my appetite so thats also a plus.

Always good. I ate in for todays meal and I really missed bring able to eat on real dishes with actual utensils. I dislike eating with plastic utensils but oh well. I didnt know everything was served in to-go containers with plasticware due to the pandemic. It is what it is right now, right? Outstanding service. Went in ordered my food to go because I was shopping in the area. Was in and out under 10 minutes with hot delicious food. Will be back again. Food was good as always, but they dont know how to brew tea. You should not be able to see the bottom of a full glass. I told them about it and eventually brewed another batch, my food was already ready. Almost done with my meal it was ready. Even worst than before. Guys, you have to use hot water. Manager didnt offer me anything to make up for it. Waste of money. A/C clearly not working. Sweat was literally pouring off me. So uncomfortable. At least they had a fan, dont worry about your customers. Going to be awhile before I go to this location again.

My husband and I loved the Singapore vermicelli and always come by about once a month for our cravings. Their other dishes are pretty mediocre. Since covid, we ordered to go but the online ordering on the website is buggy, frustrating and a pain to order. You are better off calling in.

The Side of Fried Rice that comes with the meal tastes like rice boiled in water that was over seasoned with salt and pepper. It s also incredibly oily (I guess that s why they call it fried rice ).. The Fire Bowl Fried Rice is basically regular fried rice served as an entree. Then they give no option to substitute. Definitely don t see a need to return.
