Best attorney that Ive ever had for custody and child support, unlike alot of other attorneys who just want your money and dont care about you or your case, she will fight for everything that she can possibly get for you . I had a great experience with Sudeepta Singla. Although COVID happened and things moved even slower, she made sure to keep me updated and also kept me in the loop about what to expect at each hearing. She was prepared at each hearing and that is what separated her from the opposing attorney. She s passionate about her job and has compassion for her client. The fees were competitive when compared to the other attorneys that I consulted with. I also liked the free consultation, which is something that other attorneys did not offer. Sudeepta wanted to make sure that she was a good fit for me and I was a good fit for her.

I used them for my divorce, at first it was great, afterwards towards the end, no communication. I would leave messages just to have and idea of how long e t, no responses no reply not even a courtesy call. Kinda not a Texan attitude of friendliness or courtesy much here. The secretary is nice but doesn t know anything nor does anyone else. Months went by w/o knowing what was happening. Don t recommend if communication is important to you. No not a gross misrepresentation. No she did not communicate weekly, often I would call and ask a question just trying to figure out what is going on and would maybe get a question answered a week later. My final decision tree came for me to sign with zero explanation of what everything meant even though I called and asked for some clarification.. no reply.. no explanation just a blind request for a signature with a lot of legal terminology i didn t understand. When I try to ask what it all meant several times and had to practically beg for a phone call which I never got unless it was the secretary who really didn t know anything or could explain more I would ask what I needed to do next, there is usually no reply, or an update, just one day a form will appear in my email requesting a signature or for me to notarize and return to an address a P.O. Box without a zip code. I felt very confused about the entire process and felt strongly like my case really wasn t important to them. I had a friend I was gonna refer but I don t want them to be stressed out like I was through this process. If someone goes on maternity leave, and I understand life happens, then they should appoint someone capable to be able to answer questions. At the end I blindly signed, had no choice, just wanted it over with

Save your time and your money I was overcharged for my services with sudeepta And after firing her as my attorney today I was able to walk into the courtroom by myself and negotiate a better deal then she initially got me for temporary orders. I actually pay less child support now and I negotiated more time with my child then she ever tried to get. I walked in by myself without her representation and talked to the judge and got a better deal then she would have ever got me. So again if there was Zero Stars I would give zero Stars she was very disrespectful and rude. And could not answer simple questions she was just after my money.. Update Zero stars mean zero Stars she didnt help me at all she had me paying almost twice the amount of child support and almost zero time with my kid Im not sure what was so confusing about the above statement. 3 back to back one star reviews from three completely separate people will tell you all you need to know about this place LMAO and now you guys want to respond and try to save face treat your people right you guys are attorneys we pay you we trust you with our money we trust you with our freedoms sometimes. In this case it was with my child.

Sudeepta Singla was my attorney and it was an awful experience. She does the minimum she can, and that is where she stands. I needed to draft a custody agreement for 50/50 and many times she mentioned you can customize it to what you would like, when it came down to my asks, she would mention to not deviate from what is standard, that that is what was best. Many times she was rude and simply did not care.

I had to fire them due to no update. Called last week and was told I d have an update. I personally think the attorney might be good and I got a great vibe, but the office staff ghosted me for days. Then once I sent an email to fire them, they finally contacted me with an update and an invoice for the money they re charging me. The only time I ever spoke with my attorney in the past two weeks was during the consultation when she took the retainer. I hope the office staff responds to messages and gives better updates.

She is an extremely talented attorney, I was blessed to have found her and her firm. My court case is still ongoing but our first day in court she kept opposing counsel on his back foot. So much so that after constantly being objected to and having every one be sustained when the time came one was not he carried on as of it was. Truly amazing! She is well prepared in court, she came with everything needed digitally and hard copies in case the judge wanted paper in hand or there happened to be some technical hiccup. She concentrated on what was important to the case now and saved anything that could wait for later. So far Ive been able to get what Ive asked for and managed to keep custody of my 4 children, which were most important to me. She truly is a wolf among sheep, if you need a family law attorney 5 stars does not do Sudeepta Singla justice.

I can t begin to explain the difference Amber has made in my life. Not only did she afford me legal protection for my divorce at a beyond affordable rate but she stepped in when CPS got involved and has even made herself available to me well after my divorce was finalized. She didn t stack in attorney fees and bury me in legal debt. When my ex filed for divorce, I was so devastated. I was confident he would get everything he pursued because he always won. I had an old case from 2014 for my first misdemeanor DWI. The first time I went to court by myself, the judge told me that I had already signed for a year state jail and that I had a month to seek out representation. I came across Sudeepta, gave her a call and she spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me while she was on her way home to spend Thanksgiving with her family in Houston. She made me feel like she cared and walked me through the whole retaining process etc. Her fee was flat, and she offered a payment plan which helped a lot. She kept her word as far as the price we discussed and no extra charges came up ever! On my following court date, Sudeepta was in the courtroom speaking with the prosecutor before I arrived, and she told me what was previously offered was 30 days county jail. She and I both went in front of the judge to have the date reset again and the judge totally changed her attitude towards me and decided to tell the truth about what I had previously signed for since now I obviously couldnt be railroaded. After that was done, she took the time to talk with me outside for a bit because I had obviously felt taken advantage of and was upset, and even gave me a hug. A few times Sudeepta was not able to appear at my court dates because she has many cases, but she contacted me prior, and let me know that one of her esteemed colleagues would be there with me and that she would be in the same building and if I felt uncomfortable with them and wanted her there that she was only a phone call away. With each court date, my sentence got less and less. I only ended up doing 5 days in county jail and I can not thank Sudeepta and her team enough. The best part is that I felt safe and like she cared. She never rushed me, and every time I called or text she responded or answered. I have never written a review for ANYTHING, but she totally deserves it. Do yourself the favor and retain her NOW!

OVERPRICED & RUDE!!! I do not recommend Sudeepta at all. She was very rude and unprofessional. My divorce was I uncontested and so simple I should have filed it myself. Sudeepta STILL asked me for an additional $1,000 after my divorce was filed with the courts! Additionally I paid $1,500 (for an uncontested divorce) and was told that once that amount was depleted I would be notified. Once I was finally notified I was in negative. I will be finalizing my divorce on my own and I suggest you do the same. Very insensitive and money hungry is all I will say. Not worth the money spent, I ve learnt my lesson on Craigslist attorneys!!!

I recently retained Amber during a very high conflict child custody case (modification). We are up against a very well-known and very expensive Austin attorney. I rarely write reviews but I felt compelled to after the absolute best experience I have had in such an emotional and difficult time. Amber and Jacob (paralegal there) are absolutely just good human beings. I can t explain how stellar their communication, organization, and demeanor was. Amber was always in constant communication with me and I never felt like I wasn t in the loop. I can t thank her office enough for what they did for myself and my family. I cannot say enough great things about this attorney. She got me an incredible deal with the prosecutor, she was around half the cost of other attorneys I spoke with, she allowed me to pay in monthly payments and the entire office staff is knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. I recently went through a divorce with a very difficult man who did everything in his power to delay the process. Our house, debit and children were all over the place and we could not come to an agreement. Amber was able to step in and give me great advice on how get him to agree to reasonable terms, she quickly drew up all the paperwork and I was divorced within the next three days (I had filed for divorce months earlier so was past the 60 waiting period).
