Hadnt an electrical issue that gave us a late start at our presentation, in which my boss and I called it the day prior. Most places have the electrical done the day before(setup), but they did theirs the morning of(3hrs prior to start time). The facilities and amenities are fabulous!!

A little bit of a surprise. Its a big venue with decent, clean restrooms and plenty of parking. Be sure to have an app on your phone to find your car. They controlled cars leaving the parking lot. So everyone was using one exit. So it took a little bit longer to exit the parking lot. So be patient.

Fort Bend Epicenter was horrible. We had to pay $20 for parking and the place is in the middle of nowhere with lots of open space. Parking should be free. Concession lines were very long for the amount of people at the event. We waited 20 minutes in line for drinks and the servers seemed new and were super slow. It was hot outside of the main arena. There are no lights on the stairs, so you have to hold your phone up to get to your seats. When we were trying to leave, the gates were shut so we all just sat there in the line of cars. I finally called Ft. Bend county Sherriffs dispatch so they would come let us out and help with traffic because people in trucks were driving on the grass over the ditch to get out! Not returning to this venue.

Offered a contest to win a free ticket to Tucker Carlson Live. We actually won 1 ticket. They asked if we wanted electronic or physical ticket, we took electronic. 9 days before the event they canceled the ticket because it was unclaimed. The event hasnt happened yet and we asked for an electronic ticket. They dont answer their phones. I was going to buy another ticket, but they can @@@@ themselves. I will never go there EVER. I am sure they sold the ticket, because it is all about making them money.

I read the previous reviews about people who struggled with full events and parking situation. We paid $7 for parking so maybe the price has gone up now. The people at the entry were very arbitrary about what was allowed to enter or not. They did not want me to bring my laptop in and leave it in the car unless it was officially associated with one of the teams. I had the team captain come out and vouch for me being part of the team but that was not good enough for the security person. Ended up calling a manager who said it was totally fine. However, Im basing my rating on the building and accessibility. Great seating everywhere, And lots of space for programs and food and booths. And anything else you can imagine. Lots of restrooms and they were clean throughout the entire day. It was tough finding the elevators initially, but they were all so fast and efficient. Love the location right off of 59. If they can figure out the security and parking situation, I think this will be a highly sought out event location not only for Fort Bend County but for Houston and local areas.

No purses, no cameras, no diaper bags, no strollers, no mens pocketknives(this one makes sense). 14 entries/exits, but they only allow you to use 2. No clear signage as to which way to go for the sections until you are at the entrance to the section. Had this not been my grandchild graduation, I would have requested money back and left. I will not attend any event here unless its graduation for family. I will be voicing my experience to LCISD.

This was my 1st visit and it was terrible! I attended my daughters friends graduation from Ridgepoint High School. The parking was $5, I didnt understand this fee. We werent in downtown or at a venue with covered parking! Just surface lots! The traffic was unbearable and we saw multiple parents and graduates running from the freeway to the facility to make it on time, which was EXTREMELY dangerous. Poor parents and students, running in heels and dress shoes sweating profusely to make it on time to a very special date for them! The door staff was allowing people with flowers to bring the flowers indoors, however you could not bring in a purse nor graduation gift. There was confusion from people having to return to their cars to bring everything back to their vehicles. It was extremely warm in the facility and the chairs were so tiny! Im not a large person and felt like only kids could fit in those seats. Just an overall bad experience. I hope they move graduation to ANY venue BUT this one! I would drive downtown and pay more in gas/toll and parking TO NEVER HAVE TO RETURN HERE! I sure hope they do better in the future!

My granddaughter graduated this weekend. I know they had issues with parking, with other graduations, but I did not have any. This is a big one for me because I am handicapped. My husband was able to drive me up front, and I walked in. Staff was very friendly, I was directed to the elevator. There was seating not far from the elevator. It was relatively easy. Now leaving was another issue. My other kids said it was hell getting out. You guys definitely need to up your game as far as parking, in organizing large crowds. But nice staff, clean venue and handicap accessible, might add a few extra spaces, though.

I know this place is still knew, but the entire process of parking will make me try to avoid attending any events here anytime in the near future. It is very disorganized! It took us over an hour to get in the gate because of the slow payment process of getting into the parking lot. We were late to the our event, even though we had arrived at the property over an hour before it was supposed to start. Get faster credit card processing equipment! This will expedite the process of getting in tremendously! The venue itself is aesthetically beautiful, but the sound system is horrendous! I think they must have run out of money for audio equipment. They had tiny speakers for such a large venue. We literally could not hear or understand anything that was being said. Another gripe I had was at the event we went to they only had one concession stand open and the line was slow and long. Myself and many others I witnessed passed on purchasing concessions due to the length of the line. I did not want to have to wait in line for another extended period of time, especially after already having to wait over an hour just to get to the parking lot. What? While we were I did notice an upcoming MMA event that I would have usually shown great interest in attending, but due to the whole parking debacle I wouldn t even consider going. Please fix these issues! Time is money and you all are going to lose a lot of money if they are not resolved. I really do want this to work. This venue has a lot of potential. I will try again in several months and hopefully the kinks will be worked out

We came for the Lamar graduation and I double checked online to make sure strollers were allowed for our 9 month old. We had to park all the way at the back side area and pay $5 for parking, mind you, it s 90+ degrees that day. We took our baby out and put him in the stroller and walked to the front. When we got to the front, a woman stopped up and said there are no strollers allowed. I stated, I checked the website and it states that there is stroller parking. She then informed me that that is not true and they have changed it to where no strollers are allowed since someone s stroller was damaged. Our options were, walk back to the car and put the stroller up then walk all the way back with the baby and hopefully make it on time to see our nephew. They had already started calling names and he is within the first group. We ended up missing him walk trying to put up a stroller that their website says is allowed! We then left after missing him walk so we paid $5 for nothing! Completely disappointed with their outdated policy! This needs to be updated ASAP! Will not be returning here. Way too much of a hassle and mis information.

Terrible experience for a facility of this magnitude! Parking: Very disorganized and time consuming to get into the parking lot. Traffic flow coming from all directions not controlled at all! Epicenter Entry: Attendants were poorly trained and rude. Do NOT bring a bag smaller than a tiny clutch or you will have to leave the line and secure it back in your vehicle. Epicenter carry in restrictions are great for security! Facility: -New so all areas appeared to be clean. -Seating was semi-comfy hard plastic with moderate knee space in aisles. -A/C temp was nice and cool -Concession Stand was was poorly organized with only one station open so the line was long and slow. Overall, Epicenter needs to work on organizing their entire operation! Despite the poor experiences we encountered during this first visit to a newer venue, we are willing to give them some time to iron out the issues. Glad to have a new large venue in the area that will be able to host many events.

Then there was a cash only policy for the entrance into the show that stretch over 100 yards in direct sunlight. Then they charged you for both days, $20, even if you were only coming for 1 day. In total, $27 just to get in the door. Humble Civic Center has their gun show the same day, $10 to get in the door.

Seating and steps are too steep for me. Good views, so its a sacrifice.

The venue has a very open feel to it, from the concourses to the seating. As someone who prefers this to the tight spaces with a lot of people, I certainly appreciate the design. The seating is also well designed, as there doesn t appear to be a bad seat in the house . Concessions were limited, but that could be related to the event/expected turnout. Parking was easily accessible off of the 59/69 feeder road. Exiting the venue lot was well coordinated with parking lot attendants/officers directing traffic. I took my son to a Hot Wheels Monster Truck event (12/01/2023) and enjoyed the experience.
