Dee is fantastic! I took my fiancé for a Diamond Glow Facial and we were both ecstatic with how it went. At Derm Revival the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. Dee made sure to walk us through the process and ensured my fiancé was comfortable before she began. Dee is knowledgeable and wise when it comes to all things skin care, truly caring for her clients. As we left we could feel the care and overall investment Dee had in taking care of my fiancés skin. We will certainly be returning clients!

I give Dee five stars she is awesome I get laser hair removal treatments and I can t believe how amazing it looks and feels. I went from shaving my chin hair every day and by my third treatment I didn t have to shave until my next treatment which was 1 month. I love it She is great so worth my almost 1hour drive to Rockwall

I brought my son to see Dee because he has been suffering with acne on his back in desperate need of help!! This was our 5th treatment and his back looks so much better, simply remarkable!! Dee has performed Laser Genesis on me, laser hair reduction and the Diamond Glow treatment for the face. Her facility is very clean and she has invested a great deal of time in her ongoing training and compliance. Her laser hair machine is one of the best on the market. She explains everything in detail and makes sure you re comfortable and have a positive experience and outcome. I highly recommend her.

Derm Revival is a retreat. A place of rest. Dee is genuinely concerned for her clients and they become her dear friends. I spent many years wishing I could get rid of some of the sun damage on my skin. I decided to give this place a try and after one session, the damage is barely noticeable. I have two more sessions to go and cannot wait but even if I stopped after 1 I would be thrilled with the results.

If you want your face to glow and feel amazing, please do yourself a favor and go see Dee at Derm Revival Spa in Rockwall--shes amazing!! Her spa is so clean and inviting. And Dee herself is such a warm and down to earth person. She makes you feel so comfortable. She is also super knowledgeable about different types of treatments and what works best on different skin types. I got the Diamond Glow facial and it was worth every penny. My skin was soft and glowy when she was finished. I loved it so much, I even bought one for my mother in law and my future sister in law!! Everyone should choose Dee with Derm Revival for their laser hair removal, cosmetic laser treatments, facial and skincare needs. You wont be disappointed. There aren t enough words to express how happy I am with my experience so far! I scheduled appointments for 2 of my cousins and I for the Diamond Glow Facials. Dee, the esthetician, asked about my skin health and overall health. She explained the entire process she would be doing before starting and while she doing the facial. It was relaxing. Our faces were so smooth and bright at the end of the facial. We all absolutely loved the results as mature women! The facility is clinically clean and professional. Definitely will be back!

I have done both laser and Diamond Glow facial. I highly recommend both. Dee is great and she explains what she is doing and makes you feel very comfortable. I have also bought products from her and will continue to do so. I have seen an improvement in the dryness of my skin and the fine lines around my lip area in particular.

I wanted share this post to help anyone out there that s struggling with acne and has tried everything and nothing is working. I started struggling with adult acne about a year ago. I d tried everything from the dermatologist to every acne product on the market. It would get a little better with some products but never go away and I never knew what to expect when I woke up the next morning. I stopped wearing razor backs and tank tops to workout because I was so embarrassed at the amount of acne on my back and shoulders. I m a personal trainer and I have a wonderful client named Dee Heinz who owns Derm Revival Med Spa here in Rockwall. She s an incredible esthetician and Licensed professional laser technician. I asked her for help and she suggested the AviClear acne laser treatment. I d had other laser treatments from her in the past and had amazing results so I tried it out. I wanted to share because I d tried everything else and I wish I d know about it a year ago. I ve never had perfect skin but it was just getting worse. I had her do my back and the acne is gone. No more ugly painful acne. It s honestly changed my life. I loved it so much I also had her do my face and I haven t had one breakout! Not one!Hope this post can help someone who is in the same boat I was in. The before and after pictures below of my back are 6 weeks apart. I know Dee is the only one that does AviClear in the area and it s FDA approved for acne treatment. She has also done laser hair removal on me. We aren t done yet but I m getting amazing results and will write another review when that is finished! Something else that s really made a difference in my skin is the laser genesis treatment she s been doing on my face, neck, scars, and stretch marks I have on my body. I have a pretty large surgery scar and stretch marks that I ve seen an incredible amount of improvement. I ve used every scar cream, scar tape, peels, oils, and everything else I was told would help. I am told daily I have beautiful skin and people can t believe I don t have makeup on. Again something else I will post when I m done with my sessions. I ve never been so impressed by any type of service I ve received. Also Dee is one of the kindest and most caring individuals I ve ever had the blessing of meeting. I will always be thankful to her for making me feel comfortable in my skin again. The picture of my face has no filters. I have on lipstick, blush, and I have eyelash extensions. I forgot to add I have really oily skin and since my AviClear treatments my skin isn t just constantly overproducing. I could go on and on! If you are considering do it!!!!! Best decision I ever made!

Dee at Derm Revival is AMAZING!!! I have been going to her for over a year now and she has me hooked!! Any treatment you get with Dee, you won t go wrong!!! I have had multiple treatments done by Dee like the DiamondGlow (which is AMAZING) and even had her work on my dark spots on my face!! My face has never looked this good until Dee put her magic hands on my face!!;) Dee always make sure she understands your wants and needs. Dee is very clean, thorough and takes her time at each appointment. When you walk out after seeing Dee, you feel like a new person!! I came to see Dee because my skin had been so dull from the cold weather and she recommended the DiamondGlow Facial for me with the brightening serum. It was so relaxing and she is so professional and knowledgeable. She s really steady with her hands and always made sure I was okay and her facial massage was amazing. I left there glowing. The next day I began noticing the effects immediately and I ve gotten a lot of compliments about my skin. I feel much more confident. I cannot wait to come back when it s time for my next one. I will be back for her other services too as she s come highly recommended by many.
