Super stoked with my experience at Low T rockwall, the M.P Angela and Ariel at the place actually took time to listen to how I felt and what I thought. Helped take me from a low 2 to a high 6, feeling better then I have in a long time. Looking forward to seeing what else we can do. The techs that do the injection are cool as the are professional Irma, Jenner, Kaci, Amber...Over all its rock and roll.

This place is horrible. . Theyre constantly late on script so you have to come in the office and charge you another $70 for an injection. Nothing but problems. Im constantly calling for them to email me labs or something. They rarely answer the phone. I had to call 3 different times to get my labs sent after they told me twice it was emailed and it wasnt. I would go anywhere but here and would pay double if you had to. They change processes to make it easier but it ends up making it more complicated

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE! I was a client at this location for over two years. During this time they screwed up my shipments and my billing several times. The staff was always turning over and was always unorganized. They also screwed up my dosage and I was always having to donate blood. After talking to another doctor outside of the Low T Center I was informed that I was on the wrong dosage and the wrong type of hormones. When I told the Low T Center that I was going to stop being a client they quickly stopped returning my calls.

Stopped by this Rockwall location (I usually go to Tyler) to do a blood dump at 4pm on Friday, because my hematocrit level came back dangerously high, increasing chance of stroke. There were no other patients in the building that I could see. After she spoke with the doctor, the lady at the desk told me they only do it on certain days by appointment (which is not corporate policy, as I drop in the Tyler location frequently for unscheduled blood draws). They said they could schedule for next Tuesday. I said no, Ill go to the Tyler location on Saturday morning, so I dont stroke out over Christmas. That location doesnt need an appointment, and they dont turn away clients with potentially life threatening conditions because the staff is lazy.

4 months in a row they couldnt deliver medications on time. Causing massive spikes and drops in my levels, the last month before canceling they charged me and never sent any medications. I have contacted billing 4 times and received no response back. Im now having to call my bank to deny charges. Worst company Ive ever dealt with.

I recomend whole heartedly TRT to any man considering it. It has 100% changed my life for the better giving it back to me in so many more ways than I would have expected. I had no idea how much in our lives testosterone is responsible for. I WOULD NOT recomend THIS PLACE. It is all the worst parts of both the corporate world and the medical field wrapped into one. Some of the worst service and attention you can get anywhere. They take that money like clock work even in months they never sent me anything! They are in their 3rd ownership and restructuring since Ive come there, everytine I have to go in which is fortunately not as often as it used to be, they have almost all different people, a sure sign they treat their employees as bad as their customers. Helping to create bad attitudes and low motivation to actually care about the job they do. The hours of operation were awesome 8 or 9 yrs ago, now its cut down to you better call before driving sn hour there cause their schedule is so rediculous you how a 50% shot of landing there when theyre open, and a 25% shot of that being during a lunch break. So good luck with that. On top of every girl there telling me something different and being turned away after driving 40mins then to find out later that it should have been no problem to take my labs. I dont want to badmouth ALL the employees theres been a few shining stars along the way and I always try to tell those people that I appreciate them. I really hate this company, and Im searching for a doctor to see instead. Or at least a better clinic.

This place is terrible. I have left 4 to 5 voicemail messages with in 2 weeks Every time I call I can never get someone to answer the phone so eager to take your money but they have not sent me my shots so I am self inject patient I would not go here I would not go to a Low T Center clinic anywhere. I would find some other place to go. Still waiting for my injections money we ll lost. So after I left a review I was finally contacted about address verification I already did that at their facility when I went there last time. I have had issues with the app like I said go else where they no offer meds for thyroid or cholesterol .

Wife took time to validate insurance (blue cross blue shield) 3 weeks before appointment only to have them tell me they do not except my insurance, but will gladly take me as a cash patient after filling out paperwork the day of office visit. Did not receive services from them, so cannot speak on that but with the way the process started, I would definitely recommend validating all information before proceeding and possibly finding a different location that has a little more professionalism.

Avoid the Rockwall location!! I set up an initial appointment by phone and was told to come in on Monday morning. I sat in the waiting area for two hours because their computer system could not verify my social. I was told I would need to come back another day. The woman upfront was extremely rude and dismissive. They would not work to waive any fees for me driving back another day or provide me with a corporate contact after I asked. If there s a long wait to verify a social with their computer system why didn t they do that before my appointment? I offered to pay cash up front or anything else I could do to speed the process, but was told there s no other option. ++++ In reply to the owner. I called the number you posted three times the day I was there and left a voice message but never received a call back from you. I asked the receptionist for your contact by email and she refused to provide me one. She stated she would leave you my information for a call back. It would be interesting to know if that ever actually happened.

The front office does not know how to bill insurance correctly. They directed me to the billing office and they told me it would take about 3 weeks to fix the billing. It s been 6 months now. I finally stopped going there. Very disappointing because the treatments seem to be working for me. I originally started going there 3-4 years ago. Since they changed doctors and staff, the office went downhill!

I have been going to this facility for over a year now and I couldn t be happier with my results! When I started, my testosterone level was somewhere around 350, but with weekly shots and apx. Quarterly bloodwork, they have managed to get my testosterone where it needs to be. Consistently! My Energy, libido and overall quality of life has improved by leaps and bounds. I will continue to visit this clinic for the rest of my life. Thank you for all you have done for me!! Truly appreciated.

This is a great facility quick and easy. The staff is friendly. Read below for why, long Before your first visit, research TRT treatment. Understand what it means and what youll have to do. You shouldnt go into this without understanding it. At the minimum expect to give blood and wait for results. Whether or not you use this clinic TRT is weekly or biweekly for life.. let that sink in. Results are not gonna happen in a week. I talked with my PCP, then Urologist and endocrinologist. I am familiar with TRT. If you want to come in get a cofee and be out in 5 to 10 minutes then this is the place for you. I cant do shots myself and PCP doc only gives me cream which sucks. If you expect long appointments and discussions like your have with your PCP doc then you may be dissapointed. If you do your research, understand what this is, then this is worth it. This place is quick an convienant.

This place was a complete scam. Refused to give me any other information than a sales pitch. When asked about their recommended treatment, I was told to check with my general doctor. I asked why they wouldn t treat me and the answer was because I can just tell you are not the type that would come in weekly for treatment . Probably true. I m no sucker
