The facility was dirty, out of stock of simple items and the staff besides being unfriendly were not able to make salads on their own menu correctly. All that for $30 for two salads and 1 soda. Never again!

I love crisp and green. Their salads are yummy! Im a fan of their greek salad, but there are many great options. I love that they have so many veggies, plus quinoa and brown rice. You can see them prepping veggies while you order. Everything is always fresh. Id also say dont miss out on the date night smoothie. Its delish!

If youre ordering delivery, dont order through their app! Use a 3rd party like door dash or something with actual support when the order is wrong, because it almost certainly will be. They almost always forget at least one ingredient, and theres no way to get follow up support through the app. I keep trying this place off and on because I like the food. I keep hoping itll get better, but its so very consistent that they leave something out of the order. Ive had more orders missing things than orders made correctly. Orders have been wrong so consistently for about a year now, that it comes down to a management/process/training issue v. just being one or two careless employees. Its so disappointing, because it has soooo much potential.

Someone named Lou just made my salad. Lou made my salad as if she herself were going to eat it which it to say with more care and attention than you usually see food made in front of you. I silently watch on and I see Lou pick out the wilty salad leaves that I myself would pick out at home when making a salad. Unhurried, she made the perfect salad. So fresh, so excellent. I hope this place is full of employees like Lou.

Wow! Lou is an absolute *Rockstar Salad Maker*. Every time I go to places like this, I go wild and add all kinds of things I get excited about, but they don t always work out perfectly. And often, I overlook great combos. I came in, and Lou was friendly and helpful. I could tell she was passionate about salads. I asked her what her favorite salad was, and her eyes lit up. I let her make it her way, and wow!! One of the best salads I ve had. Do yourself a favor and ask for Lou the Rockstar. You won t be let down! The place was spotless, and even the general manager came to check on us afterward and gave my kids a cookie.

Went in after ordering online and crisp and green charged my credit card but the order never went through. The manager made my meal anyways and was very nice! The staff is great. None of our order was right. The staff was very rude. Very disrespectful. Acted like because our order was wrong. It was our fault. They left out our açai bowel. They left the chicken off the sunny honey salad, and then when we came in, they acted like we were lying about about the chicken being left out, like we went and ate the chicken in less than a minute that we went into the car in front of them I will never order from here again

When making my salad the young lady was not knowledgeable about the ingredients. The counter service is extremely slow. The poor girl working had just started, and no one else was helping her. 5 of the 6 customers in the building were literally waiting for food. This is counter service, and should take less than a minute to build your food order. The taste was ok, or even a little bit good, but not great. Many of the ingredients seem to be low. My wife literally got 2 slices of cucumber. Most of the ingredients were literally be scraped out of the bottom to get enough . $38 for 2 people (2 bowls and 2 drinks) is too much for very slow service and mediocre food. I went in for the first time yesterday and Faith was so patient and helpful. Im vegan so shes helped me place an order for the crispy teriyaki bowl with no chicken. It was AMAZING! Even my 5 and 6 year olds were eating out of my bowl even though they had already eaten lunch 5 minutes prior. They have already asked if we can go back so we will definitely be back soon! Have to share after visiting a handful of times - the food is amazing! I ve never ordered something I didn t like here. The food is very fresh and always consistently good. With that being said, the service is consistently slow for what seems like no reason. Every time I come in, there are at least 4-5 people working behind the counter but only one person building bowls (it s kinda like a salad chipotle but better). I typically stand in line for at least 15 minutes solely based on the fact that only one person is taking orders. Is there anything that can be done to improve the service???

A young lady named Pricilla took my order and was super helpful! Stood in front of the counter for 10 minutes. Counted 7 employees and what seems to be a manager standing around. Not one person took the time to greet us not to mention take our order. After 10 minutes of standing there we walked out and went to Mod Pizza. As we are walking out someone asks if we had been helped. We just walked out. Amazingly as we walked into mid pizza. There were 2 employees helping customers and both greeted us and welcomed us. Crisp & Green should come next door and learn some customer service. Worse service of any restaurant in Rockwall. Update on review. As of 2/10/24 If I could rate zero stars I would. Despite their reply to make them seem like they cared. I sent an email as they requested on January 5, to the email given, and to this day I have yet to receive a reply. This place is a joke and I would stay away from it if possible. Mod pizza is the way to go if you are in the area.

This is my umteenth visit to this location-never had crisp and green before they opened. It is quite frankly my FAVORITE place to eat. Pricey? Sure, but the ingredients are always super fresh and tasty. However, today s order deserves a comment because I m disappointed. I thought my previous order was a fluke. But if I m going to be paying 13-17 dollars for a salad then I should address my concerns. My previous order wasn t that big a deal, they left out the olives. My favorite part about the order but not the end of the world. Todays order? The rice in my grain bowl is SO INCREDIBLY HARD that I think I chipped a tooth and I m waiting to get in at my dentist. i have been disappointed here so many times, but have yet to be upset enough to leave a review about it, until today. i placed my pickup order at 12:35, for a 1:10 pickup. i walked in to get it at 1:20. nobody said a word to me, and there was a line of empty bags on the prep counter. after about 3 minutes, someone acknowledged me and then started making my order. i said it s not ready yet? a girl prepping veggies with airpods in her ears said loudly ma am! there s only 3 of us! then she told me how many people had called in sick. it s unbelievable to me that someone would talk to a customer like that. my order was made and hastily handed to me without ONE WORD. all i needed was an apology. it s also tacky to tell the customer how busy you are and how many people called in that day. i do realize these things happen. but to take it out on the customer is unacceptable. really disappointed.

I have eaten at this location many times. I usually order inside because the App doesnt make it easy to include my Gluten Allergy information. Today I ordered through the app for time sake, put Gluten allergy in the name area and the notes. When I arrived 5 minutes past the Pick up time, my salad was in the process of being made. I asked the lady making it if it was mine, and she snapped back saying she wasnt finished yet. I asked if she could put the dressing on the side and she cut me off. She sat the dressing container on the very dirty counter, filled it, then threw it on top of my salad. I was trying to stop her and ask that it be put aside (due to cross contamination). She just put the lid on the salad and dropped it on the counter in front of me and walked away. She was by far, the rudest person I have ever encountered at this location.

This location has really gone downhill in the last month or so. I had a visit there today. The order wasnt ready as promised and they havent even printed the order to start making it. The woman who claimed to be the general manager argued with me and told me that I had to wait an additional 15 minutes as she said thats how long she would have to make the order. I don t come here often since the food is rather pricey, but this situation has happened more than once here. When I walked in, there was a line of people waiting and no one helping them. A girl comes from the back and says they were completely out of To-Go bowls and apologized to the lady for the wait. When it was my turn, I ask for the #squashgoals. She starts getting everything together in two separate kids bowls to supplement for not having regular ToGo bowls. At the end, she starts looking around through the cooked veggies and finds out that they re out of squash. She lets her manager know and she just responds I guess I can make some if you really want as if I m being extremely inconveniencing to them. If I had known that there was no squash for the #squashgoals salad, I would have switched my order. I thought about going ahead and switching, but the salad was already 90% made and there was still a line from the wait for the search for bowls. I did not want to hold up everyone else and I just wanted to get home. So I substituted the squash for Brussel sprouts and cauliflower, but she said I d be charged extra for the cauliflower in my attempt to make up for the lack of squash. So I had the #brusselsproutgoals. I don t recommend this. Does not pair well with everything else in the salad. Great fresh ingredients . But if I m going to spend almost $20 for a salad, I ll make a trip to McAlister s instead for a better price the salad I want and better service where I don t feel like I m inconveniencing the staff.

The food is very tasty and fresh; however, the service leaves a lot to be desired, even with new management. The last several times I ve been, I ve arrived several minutes past the scheduled pick up time and have still had to wait at least 10 minutes for the food to be ready. The last time I ordered, which was today, staff left out things I added to my food and subbed in things that I didn t ask for, and left out regular base ingredients in my husband s bowl as well. In addition, the top to my dressing container was not placed on properly and had spilled all over the bottom of the bag, creating a big mess and a salad with no dressing. When my orders are correct, this is one of my favorite places to eat. Just wish things were accurate more often.

First time , food portions for the price is excellent Rice could be a little bit more cooked would be much better , floor of the kitchen needed attention and the drink stations around (2:45pm slow time ) with 5 employees on the clock the store could be spotless , I own resturant business and I know how exactly feels when I get low rate , def will come back .

Although the food was immaculate and I really enjoyed the atmosphere the customer service was BEYOND HORRIBLE. I explained it was my first time and I needed some assistance on what / how to order. The were very unprofessional and did not want to offer assistance. They were out of ranch and forks and werent very unapologetic.

The You Feta Believe It bowl is amazing!! Ive eaten here several times and the meal has always been both filling and delicious. They have a fairly wide selection to choose from for making your salad or bowl (warm rice), so its not hard to get something to suit your taste for the day. They have an interesting variety of juice drinks as well as tea Definitely will return again. Thank you!

I rated the service low because as a business when you have three people as you walk in and not one greets you and the other refuses to make eye contact to appear to be doing other things is just absurd to me. Other than being so cold in the restaurant, youll need a coat, lol. The food is wonderfully fresh, the staff are always friendly, and there are plenty of options to choose from. Love getting a healthy filling meal here. Parking: If its around a busy time, sometimes parking can be an issue, or youll have to park somewhere around the building. There is another restaurant next door too.

Got the Cobb salad, it cost $18 plus tax. This was one of the smallest salads ever. I ate it and was still hungry afterwards. Not worth $18, maybe $10 at best. What a rip off to spend $20+ after tax and tip and to still leave hungry. Will never go back here again.

I was greeted when I walked in. It was my first time, so I took a moment to look over the menu (I LOVE the photos of 12 options bowls) The gentleman before me ordered two Thai bowls. He said it has become his wife and his Friday tradition. I ended up with the Seoul bowl w/Parmesan crisp. Definitely looking for the Dallas locations the young lady working there mentioned. I recently had my two day mastermind event catered by Crisp and Green and it was PHENOMENAL!!! The first day the owner actually delivered the delicious salads to my house with all the utensils and extra sides! The second day I picked up food for our second location and it was ready in time and the staff was so friendly and helped me carry the food to my car. But the most important thing I can say is the food was such a HUGE hit! It was fresh, delicious, nutritious and the portions were much bigger than I could even imagine!! ALL the attendees of my event were so happy and Crisp and Green definitely made me look good with what they served!!! I will highly, highly, highly recommend them! I know I will be using them for every single one of my events and family get togethers in the future!!! Vegetarian options: Even my daughter loved the tofu! The veggie options are AMAZING!!! Dietary restrictions: I had a guest that was gluten intolerant and they made sure they gave me the most delicious meals and options for her

Pre ordered 2 salads and a smoothie to pick up. Took them 30 minutes told me it would be 5. Took me 45 minutes from the time I ordered it on the phone. When I got home I found a long blonde hair in my salad I called the store spoke with the manager Maggie she has long blonde hair. She stated no one works here with long blonde hair and then stated I didnt pay for my order! Which I did! Using my AMEX!!! I will NEVER be returning. The treatment I received on the phone was a joke.

The atmosphere is very nice. Clean lines, bright colors, mostly physically clean. They have some delicious sounding options. They offer grain bowls, salads, acai bowls and smoothies. They have house-made drinks as well. The produce is fresh and crisp. I knocked off one star for price. One salad with an added warm topping plus a drink was $20. Its a good amount of food, but its unsustainable pricing for the average person. There are places like Salad and Go where you can get a giant fresh salad for 6.99 that are better options for a daily salad need. This place is worth trying at least once if you can afford it. But I would say this is the high end for salads. For price point reference on good salads, Salad and Go is cheapest, Salata is mid range, and Crisp and Green is high end. The two drinks we tried didnt have a lot of flavor but I appreciated the options. The parking is also slim.

Honestly the best place to get a salad ever!! I love the fiesta bowl. Nanette was super chill the entire time. I was a first time customer and did not really know what I wanted. She helped me figured out my best option was the fiesta a bowl. Because I have a sensitive stomach I was recommended to substitute the cheese for corn and have not looked back. I will always get the fiesta bowl with sub cheese for corn and its never a miss. Dont be afraid to ask questions as staff is helpful!! 100% recommended!! I dont always finish the bowl and have left over for lunch the next day. will be coming back 100%.

***Updated*** C&G promptly responded to my review and after engaging with customer service, I was provided with credit in the app (which I had to download and sign up for) that would cover a replacement of what we purchased. ***Original Post*** Have visited C&G several times and always get the Seoul Bowl. Todays visit was the absolute worst experience I ve had. Get to the very end where they add dressing and I m told they re out of bimbap which makes the Seoul bowl what it is. Also ordered a big island smoothie for my son which he told me when we got home had no hint of banana or pineapple which is why he chose it. Had I known they didn t have the sauce I could have picked something else out. So I spent $31 on a salad that s not what I wanted and a smoothie no one in the house will touch. At least my son like his.

The place is clean , however when you build your own salad there are upcharges, for cheese ,olives , and egg or whatever you want besides shredded carrot. The girl behind the counter said there was a small upcharge. Also had difficulty building it and getting the correct dressing. Long story short if you dont mind paying 20 dollars for a salad ,and incompetent employees then this place was ok. I would verify pricing by uploading an image of the receipt, however I cannot. Dont know that Ill be back.

The first time I ate in the restaurant I had a good experience, and I remember the salad portions being huge. I suggested for my office to order take-out from here because we have guys that need bigger portions. The salads are all so small compared to what I had in the restaurant. The bowl wasnt even full. Doubt well order again after this experience. Over priced for the quantity received.
