I spent 22 and my food was cold. Yes, I did Uber but you are only 10 minutes up the street. The fries were cold walking out the door. The first time I called the girl said they didnt get my order at that Wendy so I double-checked and called back another lady answered I explained my situation she said to call DoorDash. She said this Wendy was a franchise. To the owners please contact me. They had no right to send cold food out the door to be honest I didnt even complain about the burger because I was so mf hungry but the fries were cold yall suck. I recommend better employment and better food i know it is close to going home for me also dont give out old food.

UPDATED Used to be a lower class location,, but after they remodeled things are physically better!! Staff is happier, seem to be working and orders are more accurate. This locations inside is very nice now. All clean, new, fresh and well done. Food and drinks have been good lately! They also added a FreeStyle soda machine so guests can get their own refills! This is a huge improvement and helps take load off the staff too. Staff is usually nice. Chili still rarely filled to the full level, always low by a lot. Orders sometimes wrong due to this location being out of something or an issue. A bit hit or miss still I guess....

Consistency. Something thats very hard to find in the fast food industry. This is my favorite Wendys to go to because the food is always hot and the staff is always nice. Deonte, one of the managers, always has a smile on his face and provides the best service. Kid-friendliness: Frosty coupons!

Normally a great go-to for any Midnight Munchies or when your kid is in a theater play (Disney s Descendants at Rockwall Community Playhouse check it out!) and they finish close to 10 PM. And he s ALWAYS hungry after BUT. On this particular evening, the service was definitely substandard. And when the guy bringing stuff out to the car made a face and did the talking hand motion behind my wife s back b/c they didn t complete the order fully, as if her asking for her proper order automatically made her into a Karen . That was No bueno . I ll wait til HE is not on shift before retuning.

Placed an order on the App for pickup at 4:20pm. Arrived to pickup order. They had given my to a pickup driver. I heard the two employees talking amongst themselves. I simply told them to remake my order. Since you gave it away. Then they wanted me to wait for there mistake. Giving me this Bull. They have to go through steps? What steps? You already said you gave my order to a delivery drive. No verification what so ever. Will not Go Back to Wendys. Done. First time back in like 7 years.

Pulled up through drive thru and there was one car. Seeing this they arent busy at all like mky ds. Thats why I came here. Took so long and the car in front had one little bag. I order a combo and asked no onions and no ketchup. I have an onion allergy. I get home and guess what? Onions and ketchup. Geez. Cant even handle two cars? When I left not one car behind me. Over charged me by individually charging per item ordered. My 2 Sandwich meal deal coupon for $10 was a great deal!( You received 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 small fries & 2 small drinks ) except I didnt get it all for $10 as the coúpon stated. Individually charging raised my total order to 12.86 Also I had given a coupon for free 6 piece nugget with any purchase, so I ordered a sm fry to go with that. Got home, they were not in my bag....... Also had a coupon BOGO 6 piece spicy nuggets, well I received them both but they were not the spicy nuggets that I ordered...... Very Typical for most Wendys restaurants Ive used the drive thru to order.

Its a Wendys. If you want a hamburger this is definitely a place to get one. I only go because of the coupons. I give this particular location a 3 star because the lobby was closed despite the sign on the doors saying it was open. Despite all that the chicken is subpar in my opinion. The hamburgers are good, but kind of pricey for what they look like. The best thing is the Chilli but even that is expensive for what it is. The 4 for 4 would be good, if I was 5. It doesnt give a lot of food, just get a kids meal instead.
