My Friend, her elderly mother and myself visited the Rockwall location yesterday (9/24/). The food was delicious but the service was outstanding. Vandy went out of her way making sure we had everything we needed and even helped us put my Friend s mom in my truck. Vandy made our experience exceptional.

10 out of 10 I recommend!! I places a delivery order and it was fresh and hot with quality ingredients!!! The drunken noodles, fire crackers shrimp, and yum yummy shrimp was delicious. Now the only thing I didnt care for was the tofu, but thats not their fault. I just dont like tofu and thought I would try it. But everythings eyes delicious!

Vandy is amazing! We rolled in, travel-weary from a cross-country road trip and she greeted us with kindness. Then, she helped me navigate the gluten-friendly options for the kids. I was craving something spicy, so she suggested the coconut curry and helped me sub GF noodles instead of rice. It. Was. Epic. (Side note: I cannot understand why other restaurants choose not to educate their staff on allergy protocol as well as Pei Wei) Vandy brought plates and gluten free soy sauce to the table. She anticipated every need. Give this girl a raise! Kid-friendliness: Gluten-sensitive options means everyone can come to the table and enjoy!

This PeiWei was super delicious! Orange chicken and honey seared chicken was cooked perfectly. The rice was also really good and contained a lot of veggies! Only bad thing was the egg roll had a strange taste. Overall, was delicious! We will be back! Servers were very friendly as well. I am so glad I came to the Rockwall location. I received excellent service from Alan. He helped me with my choices, answered all of my questions and he was kind and courteous. Stopped in to try a lower calorie option, ordered bourbon chicken with lettuce, no rice. It came out absolutely terrible. Very little protein at all, maybe half a chicken breast worth, completely drenched in honey. While I envisioned lettuce tossed in somehow, I ended up with a bowl with literal lettuce halves in it. I can usually get a keto type of meal at most places, but this was a total failure. Actually, I felt sick after, and still hungry, went to another resteraunt for food. The whole meal was maybe 300 kcal and cost $14. Maybe Im just not the target market here, but you can goto panda get the super greens, and they have good sized portions of proteins to go with it. I just didnt see any way to get the menu to do something similar for me. Most of the meals as served were over a 1000 kcal, FOR LUNCH. Just doesnt seem healthy.

An annoying experience for one silly reason - their WiFi seems to be censored against guns. I was trying to research some shotgun accessories on my tablet while eating and any firearms website, whether company or retailer, kept drawing a This Site Cant Be Reached message. Even Bass Pro or Cabelas appears off limits. Some things would leak through, but it seems pretty clear there is some censorship at play. Just dumb.

Very good. First time eating here and the person at check out explained how to order and helped us spend a better amount of money for the portion of food you are given. We got a Feast for 4-5 and got 10 chicken dumplings, orange chicken, Kung pao chicken, sesame chicken,and honey seared chicken, with four orders of white rice. It also comes with donuts as well. Our second visit. Restaurant was very warm and uncomfortable. Too many tables forcing customers to walk around a person eating only 3 feet from the cashier. The unsweet tea is some concoction of green tea and fruit- sucks! Had the Kung Pao Chicken. Chicken was chewy and not cooked propery. Way too much garlic. The table next yo us sent sheir chicken dish back for the same issue. I should have sent mine back. Wifes chicken had grisle . Not a good value for the price.

The food isn t good. Soggy flavorless tofu labeled crispy on a bed of flavorless spaghetti type noodles. Did not include the sauce we ordered and overpriced. Panda Express is better and that s ridiculous for the price point

Estevan greeted us with hospitality and patience as we ordered for the first time after years of being away. We had been disappointed many times in the past, but let me tell you....this Pei Wei is amazing. This is not the old Pei Wei. Place was immaculate on arrival. Friendly and accommodating staff. Food was hot and delicious. We will be back quite often to this establishment. Great come back Pei Wei!

The food here is delicious. The rice was slightly under cooked, but so good. That bothered my wife more than me. The veggies were cooked well. Slightly crispy, but cooked through. Just excellent. Man hungry! Feed me! Would I eat here again? Many times.

I want to thank the manager (or GM?) that s running the place. Made my first time at Pei Wei a wonderful experience! It was my first time and was ordering take out during my lunch break. Through my experience and observation, he is hand on and seems to be passionate about what he does He definitely puts 110% effort into the customer s happiness and satisfaction.

I would recommend going to eat here. I asked the cashier for a recommendation and he said the honey seared chicken. I got it and it was delicious! I also had chicken egg rolls which were great too. All of the staff were very helpful with any requests. The only complaint I have is they were constantly asking if they could take plates away, I appreciate it but I would rather not be bothered every few minutes. I will definitely be back.

Up until about 3 years ago, I used get Pei Wei once or twice a week since around 2010. Thats a decade of constantly eating Pei Wei. Its always been really good. I dont know what in the world theyve done, but theyve completely cheapened their food. Got the Chicken Thai Dynamite and it was really lackluster. Got it a second time, and its just as bad. Looks like it was wonderfully made, but they changed so much. The Lo Mein is just Ramen Noodles, and the Crab Wontons were lacking. None of it seemed like it was poorly made; its just all gross.

Tried this location for the first time today. Wife thought a piece of her Mongolian beef tasted odd - suffered from apparent food poisoning hours later. There were also flies everywhere. Seemed a bit overpriced for what we had as well. Will not return.

Interior is slightly smaller and a bit different from the other Pei Wei locations Ive been to (downtown and Renner). Service is friendly and quick, we ordered the 3 platter portion which consists of 3 entrees of your choice, 8 wontons/dumplings or lettuce wraps and Thai donuts. We went with 8 wontons, bourbok chicken with brown rice, honey seared chicken with fried rice, and Mongolian beef with noodles. All very delicious,seems to be the same old flavors that i remember from the downtown and Renner locations. The area has several seating available but its quite tight. Theres a separate waiting area with benches for those picking up online orders and those whove placed to-go orders. Parking: Plenty of free parking.
