As much as I enjoy the food and service at Chick-fil-A what I seen Monday 9/16/24 is unacceptable. As I was waiting for my order. A yound lady that works there was placing her food order and as she was ordering another employee probably a manager or shift leader yells out across the restaurant that shes not getting a meal because she arrived late. I can see the embarrassment of the young lady ordering. As all the people sitting around me heard also. The correct thing shouldve been pulling her aside and telling her. Not screaming all across the restaurant to where all of us eating heard. Poor girl got so embarrassed. I could see it on her face. Do better on treating your employees Chick-fil-A!!!

I always feel that fast food restaurants just dont have any service, but this weekend, some staff made me feel warm, happy, and very friendly. They even asked me if I needed more soda. My child had a lot of fun at the amusement park. It was a good weekend. I hope I can bring her here when I have time. Every time a table of guests leaves, they clean up very cleanly. The toilets are also very clean, so I have to give them a good review.

This location needs better management asap. This is the only Chick-fil-a location that I go to where there is routinely large chunks of rancid tasting chicken fat on the nuggets and filets. I came in today because the North Goliad location was closed and the service was AWFUL. I placed a mobile order and when I got there, it took them 30 minutes to get my food out. While i understand that they were busy, they prioritized every other order including door dash orders over mobile orders. All of us with mobile orders were waiting forever. I just don t get the point in placing an order through the app if it s gonna take even longer to get my food. The whole point of placing a mobile order is that it should be ready as soon as I pickup. This place is a monstrosity and the North Goliad location is superior in every aspect.

I dont have a Chick-fil-A close to me (about an hour either way), so I was super excited to finally be in the area to get some. Drive thru was fast and efficient. Everyone was so nice. I just feel as if the food just wasnt up to quality, I remember. The chicken asted very bland and had a weird aftertaste to it. Fries were okay but werent even warm like the way were just cooked. Lukewarm for all at best. Also, it was a smidge difficult to access if youre on the other side of the road with the divider in the way, but I figured it out. Nothing you can really do about that. It wasnt congested either for only one way in/out.

The manager at this Chick-fil-A doesnt act like a Chick-fil-A employee. She is rude and yells at her staff. We went in on 4/11/24 for my kids birthday dinner and while seated the lady in the lobby was so sweet and kind and helped with anything we needed. My husband asked if he could swap drinks because the tea didnt taste right. When she went to switch it out for him she told the manager Karen what he said and she started yelling at the poor woman loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear. I will not be bringing my family back to this location we will go to the one on Goliad.

I love Chick-fil-A but I dont like this restaurant because it has bad service, at least at the time I shop, which is usually between 7:30 am and 8:00 am. Nice staff. Nice play area for kids. Kid-friendliness: Great play area for kids. For very little kids, there is a little sphere on the ground level with a steering wheel inside. My son calls it the bus . Kids roughly 4 years and up should be able to climb up into the main structure with tubing, windows, and a slide. There are Purel stations throughout the restaurant when it s time to eat.

Whats the point of a mobile app if it doesnt allow you to actually submit your order till you get there. I placed a mobile order at 10:18, was in line at 10:21 and for some reason the line was not moving. By the time I got to the person that takes orders at 10:32 she tells me since my order is breakfast I need to order lunch or cancel. Call the store and speak to someone who said they were a manager to ask them if thats common and she puts me on hold to speak to the direct manager. Hold for 6 minutes just to be hung up on and phone not answered again. By this point McDonalds has already stopped serving breakfast, so waste of time all around.

We had the pleasure of visiting Chick-fil-A with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. We noticed three handicapped parking spaces in the parking lot. The doors as you entered the restaurant seemed to be ADA compliant. One of our family members wanted chicken nuggets and waffle fries, and one of our family members wanted waffle fries only. There were a few open seats if you wanted to dine in. We did not notice any slip or trip hazards. There were not any people ahead of us when we placed our oder and our food came out fresh. I love the fries and just made an order online for drive thru. They made me pull forward and wait for French Fries then I started to get honked at because I was blocking the people behind me.
