Every time I go to Einsteins, its literally so close to perfect, it hurts. The food is INCREDIBLE, but I have yet to receive my coffee the way I have ordered it! Overall will continue to come here

Ordered 6 Bagels, un-sliced, not toasted. Waited about 30 minutes for my order after arriving, supervisor finally acknowledged me and asked what I was waiting for, the order happened to be sitting on the counter, failed to be be placed on the pick-up shelf. Walked out to find out when I got to my car, the schmear wasn t in the bag. Supervisor made no attempt to make anything right due to their failures. Unfriendly and unaware staff, really unfortunate.

About a week ago, my husband and I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches online. His had avocado and mine did not ( I am allergic), however I immediately noticed that my sandwich had avocado smeared where it had been cut in half. My sandwich appeared to have been cut with the same knife that my husbands was cut with. I am allergic, so I just cut off that part of my sandwich when I got home. I let it go, because I typically do not complain about anything. However, today I ordered a spinach florentine bagel with garden veggie cream cheese and every bite of the sandwich that I took (I ate less than half) tasted like their cinnamon sugar bagel. I did not order a cinnamon sugar bagel, so it appears the employees who put the sandwiches together, either dont use clean utensils between customers or they dont clean of the knives between customers. Allergies to things like cinnamon and avocados do exist, Einstein needs to do better with their quality control.

I can t even give a rating of the food as I didn t even receive it. I placed an online order and it said pick up in 15-20 mins. So I waited and went inside. Waited a while before someone asked me if I m there for pick up. I said yes. They told me they never received my order yet my account was charged. They weren t very understanding or sympathetic and offered me no solutions on how to make this situation right. In the food industry there should at least be an attempt to offer up a solution and to make things right, I guess I m wrong. I m glad such a new restaurant already only has 3.3 stars. Most disappointing experience I ve had at ANY restaurant in the state of Texas.

Ive been here three times and its has been a very positive experiences. Workers are very nice, food came out in a timely manner, my orders always came out correctly, and the food was always warm (when I ordered toasted bagels). Im shocked to see so many low reviews; maybe Im just going at a good time or Im lucky, but so far I have 0 complaints.

Cream cheese thieves . They get your order wrong on more than one occasion . Asked for cream cheese w Bagel - gave bagel without it. Who eats a bagel without cream cheese ? Train your team - customers are in a hurry to get to work , so we dont check every item in the to go bag. Cream cheese should be offered w Every bagel - period . People who have other preferences should state they have intolerance / allergy to cheese. That should be the exception , not the Rule . I order bagels from Einstein for my team at work - Rockwall location staff UNTRAINED and expect to pay for service / food you Wont receive there . Go somewhere else for breakfast .

I went for the first time this morning to try it out and ordered a maple house bagel.. that was disappointing. I would ve went back for a refund but had somewhere to be. The whole thing was cold. No part of it was fresh or warm at all. The cheese was freshly taken out of the package. Not melted or anything like the advertisement. Wouldn t come back here again.

I dont have anything against latinos but if you wirk with the public smile and be able to read and speak english. I ordered bagels with cream cheese etc asked for them sliced and toasted. They couldnt even read or understand. Very unhappy employees. Like they were depressed???? Hello Rockwall Einstein bagel yuppy ville. People your destroying Einsteins reputation.

CHECK YOUR ORDERS PEOPLE. I ve had issues with my last two orders . 1st order: drive thru order; half dozen sliced bagels and 8 oz cream cheese. Drove out to find no cream cheese and bagels not sliced. 2nd order: walked in, placed order, CHECKED ORDER, thought it was all there only to get home and I only had 5 bagels. I think all the tissue paper they put on top is to hide what s really going on in your bag. LOVE THE BAGELS, service needs some work.

Staff is really friendly. I never have to wait very long for my food at all. I know there s a lot of new staff being trained as it is still a new location. But the food is terrible to what I used to get at enisteins. I m not sure if it s just this location or just corporate greed and their shrinkflation (making the portion sizes smaller to keep the price the same) but the food is realllllly a hit or miss. More times a miss. Today, I ordered a maple house egg sandwich for the first time. I ll show pictures of what I was supposed to get, vs what I received .. McDonald s is literally better than this. Cheaper, and At least the quality is consistent. No syrup, and each bite you get so much more bagel than filling. I also ordered my favorite chorizo sunrise egg sandwich and sometimes it s good (always skimpy on fillings) but today it was just terrible. The avocado chunks were so hard and unripe. Not a pleasant eating experience at all. Very disappointed and I don t see myself returning here.

Sandwich was good but small.. it makes no sense to sell a bagel that size for $10-$11. I was not happy with it at all and still hungry after eating my meal. Size doesnt match the price at all. I also called to ask for extra mayor because I am in and airbnb and don t have mayo at the moment and still didn t get it. Overall meal was just a waste of money.

When you order online 2 hours (6am for an 8am) ahead of time, is it too much to ask to not have to wait 20 minutes past the requested time? No apology or offer to make it right just a we didn t get the order until 5 minutes ago . Like that was my fault. Over $100 for a group order and they were irritated that I was not happy. I dont control how terrible your website is.

Honestly, I had an awful experience for my first time ordering here. I came here with a friend we ordered separate, she ordered before me and got her order instantly. I waited for 35 minutes just to get my order. Multiple people who ordered after me got their order before me as well. After telling the manager in the pink shirt that I had been waiting for so long she proceeded to catch an attitude and not even update me about why I was the only one to have been waiting so long. I asked for at least a refill on my drink where she said no and I asked again telling her that s the least she could do after I had been waiting so long, where she rolled her eyes and gave in. Ridiculous how unprofessional and rude she was. Definitely a 0 star expirience.

Order a everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and bacon. Get home to find no bacon. Go back they try to hand me bacon that has been sitting for a minute. Price $7 for the 1 strip of bacon ripped In half bagel was by itself was very good the rest was just ok

Came in today to buy a bagel and a coffee and the lady at the register not sure if she had a bad day but she completely gave me an attitude. I am very passive but customer service is everything and she was very rude. The name on the ticket was Audrey. She needs to do better.

Customer service here is fantastic. Been twice and they have been super busy both times, but very polite. You can do a mobile order but no customizations online which is a bummer. Parking gets tight during peak hours. Drive through is quick. Highly recommend their Maplehouse Sandwich!

Don t usually write reviews, but just wanted to give the boss lady a shoutout! Did not catch her name but she seemed to be the manager as she successfully guided her crew through an extremely busy lunch hour; drive-thru line wrapped around the parking lot and order line inside wrapped around the lobby! Not only did she efficiently guide her staff through the lunch rush, she worked diligently right alongside staff to push through & praised her staff once lunch rush came to a slow. She was very friendly and made our first-time experience very welcoming. My husband and I also witnessed her handle a very rude/entitled customer with such professionalism and grace & was able to quickly diffuse the situation without causing a stop in the workflow of her staff WOW!! I give this fine & new establishment 5 STARS!! Food was delicious & a wonderful choice for lunch after church. Will be visiting again solely based on the customer service received by the Doña, aka the boss lady

Just opened. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Super busy drive thru and parking is rough when them and the taco shop are busy. Slow service because they make it all on demand, and its worth it. The breakfast sandwiches are great and always available. Love a breakfast all day option. High protein! Download the app, and you get a free bagel with cream cheese. Similar reward system as other fast food places. Earn free bagels, drinks, etc.

This restaurant is NOT OPEN as of June 5, 2024. Apparently the owner is opposed to posting the opening date online OR on the door. At least one review and comment gives the appearance this place is open, and I just drove 30 minutes to be disappointed.
