This is my favorite location of Snappys (the one in Richardson). The manager must be doing something right. I eat out all the time at numerous restaurants and somehow always end up with the wrong order and bad customer service, but not here! The employees are always friendly and Ive NEVER had any issues here. Great place to grab lunch/dinner. Highly recommend!!

I eat at snappy salads nearly every day. I was near Richardson so I came to this location and ordered my usual BBQ Ranch salad (great salad when made correctly). In the past they used to fry the chicken strips fresh when you ordered it and double fry them to make sure it didn t get any uncooked chicken. I m not sure if the policy changed but my chicken had been sitting there pre-fried (god knows when) and served cold. As a result my salad didn t taste good at all for a $20 (extra chicken, extra sauce) salad. I m not sure why you would cut corners on making it fresh to order when it doesn t take any extra effort.

I got the BBQ Chicken Salad (with added avocado) to share with a friend and it was delicious!! It wasnt soggy like some salad places- it was actually super crisp and fresh (especially the tomatoes and avocados). I also LOVED THE SAUCE THAT CAME WITH IT! The man that helped me was really nice, so service was great. However I ordered a chipotle wrap and they completely forgot the salsa with the tortilla chips, and it was uncomfortable because there was a guy soliciting banana bread inside the store, going around to each and every person. Where do I start? First thing, let me say that the chimichurri steak Salad is great when made correctly. I visited this location Friday evening. My girlfriend and I were the only ones in this location and they still managed to totally destroy my order. I ordered the chimichurri steak salad only to drive all the way home to find I didnt have the chimichurri dressing. We called back up to the establishment and the shift manager invited us to come back up to get the dressing for the salad. I drove back to the location to get my dressing and the shift manager offered me a brownie for the inconvenience. Wow! I took the dressing and preceded to leave and on my way out I encountered another couple returning their salads because their orders were messed up as well. Theres more to this story. I drive all the way back home, sit down and get ready to eat my salad only to find that they didnt bother to put the spicy avocado in my salad. At this point, I vowed to never return even though my girlfriend eats there 3 times a week. I mean, how can you totally destroy a salad which only has a few ingredients. I normally restrain from leaving negative reviews but this place is ridiculous.

Now listen, I don t leave reviews too often but when I stepped into this restaurant, I was shown nothing but hospitality and respect. First of all I was greeted by Gruy (pronounced grey like the color) and when I was feeling overwhelmed about the menu I was granted with every current employee s recommendation and preferences. I had THE BEST Baja shrimp wrap I ve ever eaten in my life (it is now faithfully my got to order). I don t touch a Snappy unless it s the joint in Richardson. You know, respectfully. Thank you for the continued love in the experience and thank you for the caring and friendly atmosphere. You will definitely see me often!

The red head manager with freckles enjoys giving minority delivery drivers a hard time. I gave the incompetent manager the order number and name of the location and she acted as if I was homeless, and wanted to eat all of Snappys alads lol. She treated me like a theft, and thought I was dumb enough to hit depart before receiving my order .Her discriminatory actions made her late for her order, and I still got paid. I will never let resturaunt personnel disrespect me when Im always kind to everyone.

Weve only ordered food delivered to our workplace, so I have no idea what the inside of the restaurant looks like. What I can tell you is the salads are absolutely delicious! The quality of the ingredients concerned me when we first decided to order from there; I kind of half expected some brown lettuce at the bottom. Their salads are amazing! I just knew about this place few days ago and have tried 2 different salads, grilled avocado and chimichurri steak. Both of them are so good. Very tasty and filling. The dressing is awesome. I just wish they gave me more of the arugula instead of romaine lettuce in the steak salad. Updated: I also tried the yellowfin tuna salad. The fish was so fresh. Love it! This location is super convenient and I love the food, but i took away one star because I can never seem to leave with all of the items I paid for unless I open the bag and check them all myself. I can t recall a time that I haven t had to remind them to put all of my food in the bag. They ll hand it to you, say this is everything and you ll get home to missing small items that you PAID FOR (ex: bread, soup, dressing, sides packaged separately, and more). It s really frustrating, so always make sure to triple check before leaving!

My husband and I frequently eat at this location about 2 to 3 times a week. The staff is very friendly and over the years we have seen a lot more changes in new staffing. There are times when the quantity size of toppings is less depending on who s preparing the salad and a few times last month, they were understaffed. Overall, it s a good option for healthier eating with vegetables. The price is about $12 on average for a lot of lettuce mostly, but I have to look at it from another view point. I am eating healthier vs the cost of about $6 for Starbucks (sugar loaded drinks) - and I stop complaining and just budget for it weekly. LOL.

The one thing I hate about this place is the employees never change their gloves when preparing your food. Several people handle your food. That same person will check you out, then make your food and or deliver food to other customers. I placed my order online. 3 minutes later I get a call from Snappy informing me that I forgot to select a dressing! Although, I left that option blank on purpose(had my own dressing at home), I was very appreciative that they even called. Thank you guys!

I love this place! Its like a Chipotle or Subway of salads. Their creations are tasty and quick. And the staff is friendly and accommodating. Their prices are a little high for salad... the yellowfin tuna came to over 14 after tax... but overall this has been a great experience every time Ive been here.

This location has gone steadily down hill since the manager, Cat, was transferred over a year ago. The high prices are not justified by slow service despite quality food. It is no wonder that this company closed all of its Austin & Houston locations. Their is no customer feedback telephone number and evidently the company has been sold to MAD Greens of Golden Colorado. At least the new owners name reflects how customers feel after visiting a this location...

Love this place. They have lots of pre-formulated options, but I usually do a mini or full snap, which is a build-your-own way to go. My favorite is the sesame-ginger dressing, just the right amount of tang and sweet.

Terrible. Nowhere to sit dirty bowls stacked everywhere. One one person making salads with 6 people in line and she was slow. I had to leave - nothing snappy about this place. I go to the store in Preston all the time and it is excellent. Very disappointed.

I love the Snappy Salad in Richardson. Such fresh ingredients, and so many choices. My favorites are the Grilled Avocado salad, the Texas Taco salad, and the Salad & Soup combo. Oh, and the bread... FABULOUS sourdough bread... large portions. YUM!!!

Loved my Snappy Meal today. The mini snap is perfect for halflings like me. And the sweet potato chips were freshly made, sliced almost thin enough to see through, giving them the perfect amount of crunch. Cant wait to come back again soon.
