Need friendlier bilingual staff. Changed my review. Just sat in line ten minutes and the bring my 30 dollar order back all old and stale. Everything. Went back and had them make fresh but what a waste, I swear it always this particular one. Update took my son back to this same dang jib because its literally behind my house. We were the only ones inside 10 minutes before someone decided to take our order. No please wait or anything. This place has the most worse employees and they are never freaking bilingual

I was hungry so I stopped by jack on the box to pick up my Uber order. In which was accepted by the system. I get to the store and the employees locked the door on me and just looked at me. The after 15 min the employee opened the door and told me next time to go to another location if I want to order late. No to mention my cold food and soggy tacos.

Shut this Jack in the box down. This Jack in the box no longer serve hot tacos anymore. You can tell them you want fresh cooked, they still give you the old stuff, thats sitting over the grease fryer. Im tired of cold soggy tacos. Get it together Jack in the box. The drive thru is suppose to be open 24/7 and when i pulled up to order it took a couple mins before somebody started taking my order. Not to mention their tone was not welcoming. When i got to the window to pay, the ladies seemed frustrated because they were cleaning. One then proceeded to cough loudly as if she were sick, while serving me. Not only but she didn t give me a chance to pay for an extra sauce and rushed me out. Horrible customer service.

Horrible area. The workers mocked, disrespected, and harassed my mother and my grandmother when they arrived to get food. The older lady, and the two other workers, mocked my mother and OVERCHARGED her and would not allow her to enter both drive thru and entrance. We USED to love this location and would swing by a few times a month on busy weeknights or for a quick lunch. Food was always good and service was always great UNTIL TODAY! For reference, this is the Jack in the Box in Richardson, TX on Arapaho Road - Store #4818. Highly recommend avoiding before you spend $23 on dinner for two and consequently feel guilty about the money thrown away on subpar food and the worst drive-thru attitude ever! We ordered a Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger with meat, cheese and bread ONLY. This was repeated when CHRISTE barked what did you say!. You can see in the picture below that after repeating our order a 2nd time, we received a Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup and mayo much to my daughters dismay but not surprise after the ordeal we went through at the drive-thru. She also ordered a large cherry coke but received a large vanilla coke instead. She ordered a large curly fry and did receive a large bottom of the barrel over-fried curly fries. I ordered a Chicken Fajita Pita because the picture on the drive-thru menu looked so appetizing. I will say this is the most accurate representation of false advertising Ive ever seen! The picture on the menu depicts a cold over stuffed pita with grilled chicken. I expected a cold pita but instead received sauteed chicken with sauteed onions and maybe two very tiny strips of green bell pepper. Maybe 1/2 a tablespoon of cheese, a leaf of lettuce, one slice of tomato quartered in a pita. The chicken shown separately amounted to 1/2 of a thin chicken breast. I also ordered a large curly fry and a large coke zero. I was given a medium regular fry and a medium coke zero. There was another large curly fry in the bag that I was charged separately for by CHRISTE. CHRISTE hates her job and hates people which is why I suppose they put her on drive-thru. She was aggressive over the speaker and cut me off every single time I spoke. Likely this is why she never heard my order correctly but I wager to say she just didnt care. I couldnt fully see my order on the screen b/c there was a computer error message hovering in the center blocking the full order and my total. When I pulled around to the window, she took my card and handed me our drinks. I questioned which one was which and she said the large is cherry coke (it was not. it was vanilla) and the medium is coke zero. I told her I ordered a large and she informed me that I did not. She proceeded to tell me that I ordered what she gave me. WOW! Because I didnt want her to spit in my food, I held my tongue until she brought the bag to the window. I also asked for a receipt to which she let out a big huff and sigh and walked off to a register. I suppose it was out of line to ask for a receipt or beyond the scope her job to give me one. When CHRISTE returned with our food, I showed her the receipt I had just studied and pointed out where the problem was with the order. She barked that she did not get the order wrong. I asked how could you know b/c you spoke over me, stepped on every word I said by barking is that it. She then with a very annoyed tone of voice said, what do you want, youre money back? I said no, I want to speak with a manager. She left for a few minutes and when she returned she said, managers do not work at night. I can come back tomorrow if I want to. We left at that point only to come home and unbox this ridiculousness.

We all know Jack in the Box - its fast food. It tastes better than McDonalds, in my opinion, though. I do find it annoying that they have signs advertising items such as potato wedges, and then when I order them, they tell me theyre not available. About like any other fast food, I rate it 3 stars. Its not great, and its not horrible. Their monster tacos are a good deal at two for $3.

Very frequently we find the store closed before 10 p.m., and some of the staff are really not helpful at all. Once I came in, I was walking, since I work nearby, the door was open, it was before 10 p.m., and a young man, which seemed to be the manager told me they were only serving through the drive through. I only needed some take out, and I had to stand in line outside among the cars. Another the the same thing happened, but a young lady ignored the young man and took my order anyway. In short, be aware of who you employ, and how well they are willing to treat the clients. Small gestures make a big difference

I actually received the worst customer service at this Jack in the Box that I have ever experienced. We dined in & he (Keben if that is his real name) got almost the entire order wring & clearly does not listen properly, but that is not the problem. He was so incredibly rude about his mistakes & got so defensive & argued with me about it. We order the same thing every time we go to the jack in the box & we know what we ordered, but instead of correcting his 3 mistakes he charged me money even though we had already paid for what we ordered. I agreed to pay for a slice of cheese since our burger didn t have cheese & charged me for a new cheese burger without telling me & it was too late for me to pull my card out to deny the charges. So I was double charged for my sons food. Then he actually refused to give me a refund when I said never mind we will keep what we had because at that point I had enough. He gave me so much unnecessary attitude & was not helpful at all. I don t recommend going to this location at all. They always get my order wrong every time I go there & obviously will not correct their mistakes too. Because of Keben my kids & I will never go there again.

A truly horrific location, appalling experience. There are leaks and dirty floors that have not been fixed. There was no soap in any of the restrooms (which raises sanitary concerns) and they apparently do not have any sanitizer or any replacement, which also raises sanitary concerns for the crew handling our food! The drink machine has been down for over a month with no end in sight. The food (chicken strips) I had was overcooked, fries were cold. Ive been to this location a few times over the past year (I am a fan of second chances) and every time it has ranged from bad to truly atrocious. I would never recommend this Jack in the Box location to anybody. The owner needs to start caring.

Im at the speaker and Im having to repeat myself over and over. I ask for a number 4 medium with curly fries and a Dr. Pepper. Dude taking my order has it as 4 curly fries. The burgers were very sloppy and it seemed as if they just heated up the patty for a split second. The cheese was just thrown on the burger not melted at all. I asked for extra mayo on 1 burger and add mustard to the other burger. When I got them they each had extra mayo and the mustard was pretty much non existent. Paying for good food has become a thing of the past. The employees do not care about your hard earned money. This location is no exception to the rule. Sad! Poor customer service! The Hispanic lady at the window had an attitude for what so ever reason, I do not know. Just an over all bad experience. I will not be revisiting this location at all.

Went to the drive-through and ordered sourdough jack with a few other items. Asked for no ketchup and tomatoes on the sourdough jack and had to repeat it several times. When I get to the check out I had to repeat my order again. I checked the bag and all looked OK. Get home and find out that I didnt get the sourdough jack but a regular burger that looked like extra tomatoes and ketchup. Wife was not pleased. Didnt go back up there to return it and phone number on the receipt was a fax number. I have had other issues there as in charging my order and a few days later get another charge for a different amount. I did dispute the charge with my bank and was reimbursed.

Love The number 21 and most of the time I only order the number 21 but when I stopped on Tuesday I noticed French toast where back on the menu and I was excited about that so I ordered French toast with my number 21, get my order now I m on my way to work Park my car to eat my food and noticed I don t have my orange juice for my number 21, went by this morning to order my Breakfast again and I told the lady that they forgot my orange juice she asked me for a receipt and I told her I didn t have it she told me she couldn t help me, so now I m mad because I paid for something I didn t get came . Call this morning to take to someone and it s a fax Machine .wow

This is by far the worst Jack in the box to visit. They ve closed the location early multiple times and also get orders wrong. I ordered one burger the #2 to be specific and a large sprite and was given a burger with bacon and cheese on it wi the a large coke. It s so unprofessional and inconsiderate when a business refuses to answer there phone or make things correct.

I dont know how this place is constantly advertising 24/7 hours. Ive had multiple experiences where I have gone up here during late hours and the drive thru is closed and no one is to be found inside. Either new hours need to be posted or someone is clearly not during their job and needs to be fired. When I can actually get food its been alright but the service leaves little to be desired and the hours need to be clarified.

Back to a 1 star. I m never coming back. I wait in the drive through for 10 minutes to discover they are only accepting cash. That makes me think someone is trying to rob the owner. Only taking cash is typically a dead give away of stealing from the register. Anyway I ve wasted 13 minutes of my day stuck in a drive through that only takes cash at 12:41pm on a Friday

Went here last night around 9:10 after my spouse got off from work. Pull up the the menu the guy was super slow coming back, I had to kept repeating my order because the rude fat boy at the cash register kept cutting me off. He then proceeds to tell me you gone have to speak up , so I spoke up and he then proceeds to tell me you know what you can get out the line I m not taking your order . I was ordering a #26 loaded breakfast combo and had to kept repeating myself he was slow coming back. I pull to the check out window and he still gone say I m not taking your order , so I asked for the manager and he gone say they re not here until tomorrow.

Food was cold and disgusting! The tacos they provided were cold and appeared as if they have been left sitting out.Gross presentation as well ! It appeared as if my sandwich was stepped on! Not to mention the mere fact that a simple order request wasnt followed. Funny thing is my first job was at a Jack in the Box so I am aware how food is supposed to appear fresh and made to order and when its old and or callously thrown together. Big difference between corporate and franchised own!
