Tristan made this experience a 10/5. We had the chicken fried chicken, wagyu double double and the specialty deviled eggs along with some cocktails- food was sooo good. Highly highly recommend going to check out the fifth and dining with Tristan. Will definitely be coming back!

Very cool low-key neighborhood restaurant. Had the chicken fried chicken and short rib dishes. Both were delicious. Drinks were great. Smoked old fashion is a must try. Our server Tristan was very friendly and welcoming. He treated us like regulars even though it was our first time there. Great overall experience.

We had 4 cocktails. The hibiscus drink and the banana one were the best. Did not like the old fashioned it seems watered down, although the smokiness was very nice. Also did not like the moda mole. Server was very nice and atmosphere is great. *I forgot to mention that I have a very high bar for cocktails and think most places the drinks are very bad or not good enough. That will give you some reference for my opinion. Anywhere i travel i always do extensive research on food and cocktail options.

Wow! This place did us right! It was May 1 and I was having a huge family event. Three other siblings I never I knew existed we re all going to meet for the first time! And this was the perfect venue for it. The fifth wish roomie the staff was amazing and patient and the food was awesome. The fact that we stayed there for four hours and was not even aware of how long we were there tells you a whole lot. That staff at the fifth treat you right in a certain window waiting etiquette. I only gave this place five stars because you don t have 10!!! Trust me you ll love it

Had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful restaurant for the first time with my daughter on 8/19! The atmosphere was absolutely Perfect! Instantly felt welcomed by the staff, as everyone seemed to have a very positive And happy vibe. Luciano is an amazing bartender i HIGHLY recommend asking for him he s the most sweetest bartender i have met. He socialized not just with me but with my kiddos as well 1 month old and my 2 year old and nowadays you don t see that. thank you for not allowing me to feel like a burden you have a big heart and you re an amazing person even without the name badge i know you re just the same way. I would give 10 stars! This is one of my favorite places to go. They change the menu seasonally and the new offerings are some of the best yet. I ve had the grilled redfish twice this week and cleaned my plate both times. Had the pimento BLT burger tonight delicious. The chef is able to get a depth of flavor in every dish that just leaves you wanting more. Kudos to the bar - I haven t had a bad drink there ever. I d like to give a special thank you to Brooke for being a phenomenal server. I ve never had anything but fabulous service here, but Brooke may be the best.

I recently dined at Fifth Fireside Patio and had an overall pleasant experience. The food was delicious, with a menu that offered a great variety of well-prepared dishes. The ambiance of the patio was charming, providing a cozy and relaxed atmosphere for a perfect evening out. The service was commendable. Our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, which added to the enjoyment of our meal. However, there was an issue with the credit card transaction. Unfortunately, I was overcharged, which dampened the experience a bit. It was a hassle to get it resolved, but the staff did eventually address the mistake. Despite this hiccup, I would still recommend Fifth Fireside Patio for its great food and lovely setting. Just make sure to double-check your bill before leaving.

Classy, Elegant and Upbeat! I understand why this restaurant has won awards. The experience I had was an unforgettable one. Everyone was so warm and inviting. The Hostesses were sweet. My waiter, John, was attentive, informative and very charming. My friend and I ordered the two appetizers; Fried Green Tomatoes and Biscuits & Gravy...DELICIOUS!!! And very filling! Thats all you need with a couple mimosas and/or screwdrivers lol. The manger, James, loves to walk around and greet his guest. Hes very creative and humourous. I found a hidden gem in this place...I will definitely be back

We are regulars here. Probably visit about once a month. Yesterday we took our friend for her birthday brunch. It was our first brunch visit. Service was off and we waited for water waited for a server while employees argued right behind us about who would take the table. This was about 1:30 so rush was over. We ordered bloody Mary s. Worst I ve ever had. Then the food finally came. I ordered biscuits and gravy with poblano grits and candied bacon. The bacon was great. The grits were hard and cold and made hours before. I think instant grits too. The buttermilk biscuits were hard and tasted and felt microwaved. But the heinous sin was the horrid gravy. Thick as wet sand and made with Italian sausage, not the traditional breakfast sausage, not bacon so it was just the wrong flavor and texture. Did they get that gravy in New York City? It tasted like lasagna. Table mates ordered items that came with breakfast potatoes so greasy and hard they must have been made yesterday. They had cheddar biscuits, also microwaved, hard and tasteless. So hard it could not be cut with a knife. The worst of all was that the Bloody Mary made the birthday girl sick- like food poisoning sick bc it was a very weak poorly made cocktail with old juice. The meal for 3 breakfasts and 3 bloody Mary s was over $100. As a chef, I can tell you I d have NEVER served that nasty food to paying customers. The biscuits could have been weapons.

Such a treat! This was our first time to The Fifth and next time we re in Dallas we will definitely come back! From the moment we walked in until we left everything was on point! The staff was lovely (shout out to our amazing server Tristian and the wonderful GM too!), the food and drinks were spectacular (the CDC checked every dish that came out of that kitchen and he picked the killer playlist in the restaurant!) and the ambiance was perfection! Highly recommend (I m picky and rarely give out such compliments)!! 10 out of 10!

We ordered the only burger on the menu with a side of tomato basil soup, pan seared salmon and green beans. Burger came drenched in mustard, so much of the Lettuce, Tomatoes and onions stayed on the plate. we got chips instead of tomato soup, when we asked for the soup, we got a side of sweet Ketchup. obviously she wasnt paying attention. Salmon was good. Green beans could use less garlic. Nice and quiet inside.

I visited The Fifth: Fireside Patio and Bar with some of my team and coworkers for dinner. I ordered the Grilled Redfish and the Bacon Mac and Cheese. The Mac & cheese was wonderful! The redfish was prepared perfectly and served with an apple slaw I havent encountered before and it was a great compliment to the fish and very tasty! I ordered a Key Lime pie to go and I have to say its one of the best I have had! It has the perfect amount of lime tartness, was so nice and creamy, not overly sugared on the crust and topped with a nice round dollop of whipped cream with a bit of lime shavings on it. I highly recommend this if you have some.room.for dessert! I will definitely visit again to try some more of the creations at The Fifth!

My husband and I had dinner here for the first time this evening with our baby. When we arrived there was a wait for inside seating, but we ended up snagging two seats at the end of the bar. We decided not to wait and to just eat there and hold our daughter. A staff member immediately brought an extra chair up for our car seat and placed it under the drink pickup area. The bartenders interacted with her and made her smile. One staff member picked her toy up when she dropped it on the ground. I just have to say they were so kind and accommodating to a family with a new baby trying to eat a nice dinner quickly and comfortably. And the food was great! We will definitely be back.

This place is a hidden gem! We came in for weekend brunch and were a bit nervous about being comfortable on a Texas patio in the summer, but they have mist fans, swamp coolers, and outdoor AC units. We were so comfortable! Our waiter was John, and he was so great! He was very personable and gave us great recommendations. One of the best service experiences we ve ever had! We never had a unfilled glass or to look for him if we needed something. 10/10 John! The food was shockingly good! I expected good food, but this was above and beyond. The fried green tomatoes were perfectly seasoned and battered. The other members of my party raved about the brunch burger and I thoroughly enjoyed the standard breakfast. The salad with the standard breakfast was so good, perfectly dressed and seasoned! Finally, the prices were great! Definitely less expensive than most Dallas brunch spots. We were already making plans to return before we left!

We were looking for a covered patio & this is pretty nice, then there was a torrential thunderstorm & they were able to close in the patio, so we got really lucky. The food is good, although alot of things are unnecessarily spicy (brussel sprouts) & very expensive. First time coming here and we very much enjoyed it. Will definitely be back! Rebecca took great care of us even though the restaurant was rather unexpectedly busy. I ordered a blueberry lemon drop, which I would definitely recommend. We had the blue cheese fondue appetizer, which was delicious. I ordered a wedge salad for dinner since I was pretty full after the appetizer. My husband had the prime rib sandwich. They were both tasty. We went to dinner here Saturday night. Our reservations were for 630. When we arrived, the hostess was walking us to the table and stopped suddenly. Looking confused, she ran back to the hostess stand leaving us standing in the middle of the restaurant.When she returned, she asked us again for our name. She asked if we the Fletchers which we were not. What had happened is the manager seated another party at the table, which had been reserved for us. Their name was the Fletchers . The manager walked by us still standing in the middle of the restaurant for their name. The hostess told us that the manager sat them at the wrong table and they were setting up a table for us. Several minutes later, we were finally sat, in the corner of the patio. Assuming the manager would come by and apologize for the confusion. At the end of our meal, the manager still had not made an appearance. Asking our waiter if we could speak to the manager, after we waited for a time, the manager still had not appeared at our table. we paid our bill and left. If the manager treats customers this way I would hate to see how he treats his staff. Needless to say we will never return again.

I highly recommend this restaurant. It has a great warm ambiance, friendly staff and very tasty food. The food is very reasonably priced too. They have a $16 meal that comes with a side, a drink or soup and a main course. Such a good deal! Vegetarian options: So many vegetarian options to choose from! My husband took me to The Fifth for a date surprise date night. We had reservations and requested to sit on the Patio. Very spacious! While it was still a bit too warm for the fireplace to be used, we still very much received that cozy feeling. Food and drinks were absolutely wonderful! Our server was so incredibly nice and knew the menu well (we went with his recommendation of the the Hibisco Suave - so good!). And you cant go wrong with the meatballs or Brussel Sprouts for starters - and this is coming from someone who HATES Brussel Spouts. Completely recommend this place and cant wait to go back!

Had such a top notch experience for dinner with a couple of friends seated on the patio. Brooke was an amazing server - so knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, and perfectly attentive. Drinks were delicious and so pretty. Loved the redfish and bread pudding especially. And the coffee too! The quality of the food, drinks, presentation, hospitality and service were far superior to a previous visit a few years ago. Will definitely return.

Went here for a date night and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. We let our waiter recommend drinks and food and everything was delicious. We sat inside but would love to try the patio next time. I would have liked to see a bigger wine selection..probably my only critique. We really did like that the manager(?) recommended one of the wines to us because he knew the owner of the vineyard. We ll be back soon!

I won t be back. They are clearly understaffed when it comes to servers. They had one guy covering a whole section and the host had to step in to help. He forgot my bacon which I don t blame him because he was waiting on 10 tables by himself. Unfortunately, the bacon thought was brought out after the fact was unedible it was so burnt. The only good part was the French toast. Wish my experience could have been better for the price.

Dog friendly!! Enjoyed a relaxing brunch in the patio with the misting fans blowing away the summer heat. The goat cheese frittata was so light and fluffy, we got full without feeling weighed down. The lux and bagel (yup the dish comes with one bagel) was excellent too

The atmosphere on the patio near the fireplace was a perfect night. Would be a great place for date, night or dinner with friends and family. We had the fried chicken and with potatoes which was excellent. This server was great, very friendly and gave recommendations willingly. Only hiccup was the mocktail menu. We ordered the same drink twice. Both times it was wrong but at that point we just let it be. It was a mocktail with coconut milk and were giving a cucumber drink and then a lemon ginger drink. Nonetheless, we will be back. Enjoy trying something new. Great place. Great food. All the food around us looked really good as well. Will try something new next time.

First time there and went for brunch on Sunday. The food was delicious! It may be my favorite traditional breakfast yet. The jalapeño cheddar biscuit, candied bacon, side salad where excellent. I asked for a side of gray as well. The breakfast potatoes and fruit fresh and tasty compliments. Service was good. We will be coming back for sure. Parking: There is free parking but it is to the side of the place. It was slightly confusing where the main entrance was but they did provide signs with arrows. Parking lot near by can be packed as its a shopping center. May have to walk a ways

The service from the hostess to our server was great. Couldn t quite understand the description of the special so we went with what they had available on their menu. Boy (insert sad face). The wedge salad was DRENCHED in dressing. I asked for medium rare got rare. The seasoning on the steak was great. My mother got the pork chop and it was 1/3 fat and undercooked. I ve been here several times and we love it. This last time I came with my boyfriend to have dinner and our waiter was Tristan B and he had an amazing attitude and really made our dinner enjoyable! He helped us chose and suggested great dishes and drinks. We recommend you ask for him to be your waiter. The service he gave us definitely exceeded our expectations, as well as the food and drinks. Just tried this place this evening and it was fabulous! I got the salmon and my mom got the red fish. We started with the bacon brussel sprouts. All was so delicious!!! The salmon was crusted and cooked perfectly and on top of broccolini and a green sauce I could swim in. Best salmon Ive ever had. Moms red fish was on a fluffy bed of the most amazing apple Cole slaw! Im already ready to go back and try everything on this menu.

Local place in a small shopping center tucked away in a nice community. They have a nice outdoor patio that appears to have a louvered cover in case it rains. Food comes out quickly and is tasty. The bourbon carrots as part of the short rib dinner were a bit sweet for my taste, but they were cooked to perfection. Servers are friendly and prices reasonable.
