Finally made it to Texadelphia and it did not disappoint!! Very clean and a great atmosphere, and ANTHONY gave great table service, was super attentive and answered all our questions! My husband and daughter enjoyed their food, but I was disappointed. Ok, to be fair, the Philly fries were amazing, but I really wanted a cheesesteak and thats where I was disappointed. Then I nearly choked on my drink when I saw the receipt. We werent expecting $90, and we didnt think we ordered enough for that price tag. Despite disagreeing on the quality of the food, weve agreed its not good enough for the cost. I doubt we will return. Dietary restrictions: If youre going keto, you can turn the hoagie into a salad.

Its disappointing that Texadelphia is no longer a walk-up and goes through the line to order type of restaurant that has a clear open kitchen to see the food being cooked. The bread was hard and stale. The server was rude and slow. The chips were stale. The sandwich was horrible and I got a refund for half my sandwich. I will not return here. I went with my two cousins, aunt and friend, and none of them liked their food either.

I am a HUGE cheese steak lover so Im very every picky when it comes to them. This was my first time going and I will definitely be back. The food is AMAZING. I love BBQ so I recommend the hickory but you cant go wrong with of their steaks.

The food was ok. But why I am writing, is to tell all customers that when the bartender, who was a young brunette, hippie type looking guy, ask if you want a drink while you wait, make sure you understand that he is going to charge you for that drink while you wait! He charged me $2.99 for a subpar ice tea with an old lemon, with tea spillage running down the side of the cup. And to top it off ladies and gentlemen, the cup was not even of the $2.99 variety, maybe a $1.50 at best. He stated, Oh I am sorry for the confusion. No, if you had really been sorry, you would not have charged me for a drink that you offered as standard procedure. TERRIBLE!!!

Me and my wife got dinner to go from this restaurant after we began to crave some phillys for dinner. I ordered a 6inch and wife got the mini for $24? No fries or even a bag of chips? Keep in mind the mini is half a 6inch. Waaaaay too over priced and the food just honestly wasn t that good. Would give a 0 if possible

Lunch was quick here when you ordered and paid at the counter. This location recently (June 2024) converted to full table service; now you have to wait to be seated, wait to order, wait to pay, wait to get drink refills, etc.. It is no longer a quick lunch place. Menu prices stayed the same, but sandwiches are ~24% smaller (6 vs 8 previously). We actually spent less than usual as no one ordered drinks.. For whatever reason, we usually order drinks when ordering at the counter, but not when ordering at the table... Why? I dont know. Overall a disappointing change for one of our quick lunch spots.

Absolutely insane experience. Waited 45 minutes for a cold sandwich. Everyone else in the restaurant had the same experience. Lots of food was getting sent back. Waste of time and money to eat here. Lots of chopping noises with not much food coming out. Whoever decided to add a bar to this location is an absolute moron with zero business sense. Server was clueless and unapologetic.

I have stopped by twice to eat (both times a 20 minute drive) and the first time it is closed for renovations and the second it is closed for what reason other than it is Monday I guess. Just came in for the first time to try. Ordered lunch to go. I had the South Philly made with beef. It was good, and the house made cheez whiz was awesome. Suzette is a bright spot, so helpful and cheerful. She threw in a bunch of sauces for me to try and made recommendations since I hadnt been here before. Waffle fries were seasoned which was unexpected, but were so tasty!

Way over priced. Unless you drop a $20, youll leave hungry. Queso was watery. Chips were gross - powdery some how. Sandwich was great just too small for a medium. Worst of all... Their bathrooms had the nauseating smell of diaper station and cleaner. It pervaded through the walls and out to your table. We moved tables but couldnt completely escape it.

Visited here for the first time yesterday. The cheesesteaks were amazing! We also got the loaded Philly cheese fries that were outstanding! Covered in cheese, meat, and jalapeños! Our service was ridiculously fast and they weren t empty by any means. The atmosphere was great, several TVs on to watch. Overall, the vibe was good and the food tasted really great! Can t wait to go back and try some other items!

This is an awesome place to eat! The food is fabulous. The only reason I didnt give it five star rating is because we had a little hiccup in the order. We happen to get there at the change of a shift and it didnt work so well for us. But the manager stepped up and made up for it. Suzette adjusted our bill because of the delay that it took in our order. I thought that was extremely professional! She also offered a couple of discounted things to draw us back in since we were two hours away from our home. Trust me we will be back! Five stars for professionalism overrides the little hiccup of service any day in my book! :-) thanks Suzette!

The food is what I come to expect and like at Texadelphia. They changed locations since the last time went were there. The service was okay but given the times that we are in, it was okay, but not great. The atmosphere would have been great if some of the families that were there, knew how to teach their children how to act in public. The screaming and acting up were driving us and other patrons crazy. Finally, it was like an oven in there and they didn t have the AC set properly to keep it cool enough.

This location is quite comfortable. Plenty of seating inside and a nice outside area as well. Liked all the Texas decor. Staff was friendly and helpful with two of our party who had never been here before and needed advice on the menu. Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Fresh limes available at the drinks station. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal and experience. Parking: Mid-day and mid-week, there was plenty of parking available.

We had the original Cheese Steak and the Avocado Turkey Burger and both were excellent. Perfectly prepared, served hot, and with fresh ingredients. Service is friendly and quick, and the restaurant itself is clean and well laid out. Its reasonably quiet, so you wont be yelling to be heard. Theres also plenty of parking. The only downside is their location. Its a little hard to get to, especially if youre traveling north on 75. You have to bypass it, then return south on the access road. But its worth the effort. A Texadelphia Cheese Steak is one of the best sandwiches around! Parking: Parking is easy and convenient Kid-friendliness: Kids will love it, and there were several kids there

I go to therapy one street over. My husband came & walk over to this shopping area. After my therapy he said, I would love to eat at this place. I am so glad we did. My husband ordered me a kid cheese steak meal & he had a cheeseburger platter. He couldnt stop talking about how nice the young man was cooking our food. The food was so delicious. It was just okay. The large sub of The Texican was meh. It lacked flavor and was salty. It had a lot of cheese, so it was really hard to taste everything else. I switch out the chips and got fries, but the cheese dip stayed. It didnt go well with the fries. Some might like the cheese dip with fries, but I didnt. I wished they also gave the option to switch that out as well. I did have a good experience though since I rarely eat Philly cheesesteak, so I wont complain about visiting. My wife ordered The French Dip, and she enjoyed it. She said the au jus was plentiful, which got soaked up by the roll, making it juicy. Despite that, she said it was missing something, but she cant quite put her finger on it. She says its a decent place nearby if youre craving that particular style of sandwich. Overall experience, Id give this place a 3/5. For the experience, yes, but for the food, Id say its up to you. Im going to give this place another try, but I dont think I would come here too often. The first impression was subpar.

First off, the all the people i interacted with were fine, they were not the problem. i got a large philly cheese with fries no drink to go. It cost $17 which irked me but I was craving a Philly cheese steak and hunger guided my wallet. Barely any fries in that box but the cheese steak looked great! But when I took a bite, theres no way they put salt on this thing, or pepper, or any gd seasoning. It was bland! It was like eating a sad cheese steak dipped in water. I only finished it because I was hungry. The fries tasted unseasoned, but it honestly tastes the same as Arbys curly fries. The foods meh at best but the price for this quality is atrocious.

Only suggestion was to use more onions. I myself really enjoyed their Queso. Definitely made fresh and was not watered down like so many restaurants. Really nice vibe. Worth trying out and not too expensive. Cute day date.

Wish I could leave zero stars; I want to preface this with the fact that I have been to this location multiple times before and other locations. I ordered a build your own Philly, and it ended up coming with onions on it even though I had not asked for it, and was told that it came automatically with it(even though I didn t see that listed on the menu anywhere). They did end up remaking the it, which was nice, but idk if they added something extra on the Philly cheese steak or if the BBQ sauce it was served with was bad, but no more than 5 minutes after finishing my sandwich I had to run to the restroom and literally threw up the entire sandwich I had just eaten. Mind you I had arrived to the establishment healthy and with no stomach pain or nausea. But after eating my sandwich, which I didn t even end up finishing because my stomach had started to hurt a bit, which I had assumed was due to eating a bit to much, however that was much farther from the truth, as I had to run the bathroom before I threw up all over the floor. Extremely disappointed and disgusted by the experience.

Came to this place on a whim was going to eat at the poke place next door but liked the atmosphere and the seating area here more. That s where the positives ended. First, tried to order a Truly which is listed on the chalkboard menu they are phasing it out but haven t updated the menu. Annoying, but ok no problem I ll get something else. But I don t understand having an outdated menu, especially because it was a chalk board that can easily be erased/changed in like 20 seconds. For food, ordered a bowl (the sandwich on lettuce instead of bread) they brought a sandwich to my table. When I told them that I ordered the bowl, they took the sandwich back to the kitchen and came back to my table with a salad that had the meat and cheese mixture with tons of pieces of bread mixed in on top of lettuce. So they obviously just lazily scraped the meat/cheese out of the sandwich bread and put it on a salad. I didn t want any bread with my meal but I still got it! Not to mention there was hardly any meat they were like tiny dried up scraps that you d find at the bottom of a bowl and the cheese was completely dried up and everything was cold. Just generally not appealing at all. I also ordered two of the sauces on the side and they also didn t come had to ask for them again. I know how hard it is to get good people and to run a food establishment but we were literally the only people in the place and to not even get fresh and hot food was a disappointment. I wish them all the best but won t likely return.

I typically go to the one in Old Town as theyve always had the best and consistent food. This was my first time to this Texadelphia location and my meal was perfect. The Texican was served piping hot, the chips had the right amount of salt, and the queso remains my favorite of any restaurant queso. The interior of the restaurant was clean and service was friendly and checked in several times to see if I needed anything.

Texadelfia great WINGS? Who knew! Stepped in for a bite with the hubby last night since he was craving a Philly. Im gluten-free, so I was prepared to go with the Philly fries, but wings caught my eye instead. I dont typically venture away from what an establishment is known for, but Im glad I did! I had 1/2 Korean and 1/2 Mustard blend and they were AWESOME!! The Korean had a slight sweet heat, that leaned more towards savory. The sauce was sticky, similar to a BBQ Sauce and sprinkled with Sesame Seeds(Love)! The Mustard Blend was their Mustard Blend Dipping condiment in wing form. The consistency of Honey Mustard, but without the sweet. More like a less pungent Dusseldorf Mustard that works effortlessly with the juicy and crisp wings! The wings themselves were well seasoned(A+) which most establishments dont do, but it really does make all the difference. Fries were fresh and hot, and the Philly was Phillylicious! Next time you visit? Check the WINGS!

Texadelphia is great, but this location is a rip off. I like the chips and queso from here. A week ago I ordered a large queso from the original location the price was ~$8.50. Everything was great. Today I get a hankering for some more and I tried this location today and got the same order. The price for a large queso here is $10.99 a 23% price increase which I would have been ok with except when I get to my car the queso is in a smaller container thats more than half the amount of what I received at the other location.which equates to about a 55% price increase over the other location. Such a rip off, I wont be going back to this location. Texadelphia is great but if you want to try it skip this location and try the one off Lover Ln in Dallas.

I can never receive good customer service on the first try at this location. There s always something missing from my order. They have no problem to fix the order and apologize about but the only inconvenience here is to the customer having to travel back because something is missing. Why should a paying customer have to provide reassurance that their own order is correct? In addition to this, I provided a comp ticket to buy an entree and receive another 50% off the next entree. With my purchase I added an 8 piece wing along with the entree s and the worker decided to take half off the wings instead of the 2nd entree because they were the same price. This is nowhere near good customer service!!!!

This place is not the place you want to go to if they are going to underestimate your intelligence. I got a burger with just cheese and ketchup, but instead they we everything on my burger. I told them how I wanted it, and when they got it, all they did was scrap off the everything and I could still see the indents of the tomato, lettuce, and everything.
