We got locked Into a facility and couldn t get back to the room until 2 hours after checkout time. Someone either stole our belongings or threw them away. We called and the manager or whomever it is lied about it. We had an Apple AirTag in our bag and it said belongings were still at the hotel but no one could manage to find our things. ** We also didn t feel safe here, we had the room for 4 nights and only stayed one night because of crackheads knocking on our window at 4am. Will def never do business with this place again and will also be trying to dispute the charges.

Room reeked of smoke which could not be deodorized out, bed was not comfortable (you could hear the springs moving in the cheap mattress with every turn of the body), and the security latch at top of door was missing the female mate (you could see door was kicked in) and the deadbolt lock (barrel) would not go all the way into the hole in the door frame, leaving the room very insecure.

The room is spot on clean. Fax they finished cleaning it when we arrived. The only problem I have is that the doors dont shut all the way and theres big gaps all around the door frame letting in heat from outside.

The room was dirty, there were dead bugs in the bathroom, mold in the refrigerator. Very loud freeway traffic all the time. Grounds were not maintained. Very bright parking lot lights, even blackout drapes were not enough. Rooms

I truly appreciate the service and happily enjoyd my stay here. Very great customer service and support. Very convenient to the highway and by a stroke that offers great food if yu dont wanna drive. Clean hotels comfortable beds with wifi and cable. The front desk is around the clock support and has great service. They do allow pets. Great for a weekend off the road if your a truck driver. Rooms: Clean, wifi, feather top bed and pillows great hot and pressured shower. Nearby activities: Out side patio with nice grills for an occasion to have some fun in the sun Safety: Quiet and safe Walkability: 0.0miles to walk to the nearest store lol Food and drinks: Right by a pilot store that has in-store restaurants

Housekeeping doesnt come by as often as they should but that all depends on how many housekeepers they got to work and as well but other than that its a nice place to stay Rooms: Room they are real spacious and I love the shower heads in the shower they are awesome its like standing under a rainforest Safety: Just make sure you lock your doors at night cuz theres a bunch of people that walk around and some look at you kind of weird but other than that no problems

Room was not up to par, but bearable for a few hours. I stayed here because it was close to the baseball fields I had to go to. Place needs to be renovated & CLEANED. There was not one roll of toilet paper and he made me come to the office to get it.

Would not recommend this motel at all. Room 227 was filthy, the ac was not working properly, the bathroom door wouldn t shut, the bed sheets had a horrible smell to them. The toilet wouldn t flush properly, the front door had a huge cap at the bottom of the door and the sink was stopped up. We called multiple times to report the problems and at 8pm they wanted to send maintenance. This room should have been cleaned and fixed before check in.

Dirty rooms, I moved the bed next to the wall for my grandson not to roll off to discover a disgusting mess, the new frames are lightweight and easy to move. I thought I was getting queen bed only to find out after I went to the room and back to the office that all were full size now and the website hasnt been updated smh. We had 2 rolls of toilet paper one hanging almost gone and the other less than half, not nearly enough for a 3 day stay for 1 person let alone the amount my daughter uses. Why is the light for the bathroom on the outside inconveniently located out of reach? This place was newly remodeled? Only one coat of paint on the door? The black rubber shower divider was attached poorly and was half loose. Couldnt be bothered to clean out the light fixtures. I do have adhd, ocd, am a perfectionist so maybe Im expecting too much? Ive stayed at the other 2 options in town and theyre not really better just more expensive. Sad thing is Im probably gonna stay here again in 3 months and I hope it wont be worse but I expect it will be.

I had a very good experience. Because of the mixed reviews, I asked to see the room before I paid for it. The lady and young man at the counter were very friendly and professional. They had no problem letting me see the room. I wasnt completely happy with the first one, so they had no problem giving me a different one. Checking in was quick and easy. This is not a high-priced, 5-star hotel, but it is very nice. My room was clean and in decent repair. The beds were nice and clean. The shower is very nice with good water pressure. Parking is good. They have a pet area and a gazebo with picnic tables and a BBQ grill. The property is very quiet, clean, and well lit. Its right off the highway. You can walk right next door to the truck stop/ gas station if you need anything. They do offer CDL holders a small discount. I have nothing bad to say.

Rooms: It was newly remodeling but already had problems. The bathroom door wouldnt shut correctly. The room was not cleaned daily nor was any amenities replaced while I was there. I ve been here for a month I believe and everyday it s been something from the noise from the maintenance or the workers around, insects running from room to room under the cracks on the floor, from it smelling like mildew to even being giving a curtain with mildew on it after I asked for a new curtain, NO HOT WATER ! You would have to wait HOURS to shower or wait until the next day to shower because there is never any hot water. This has honestly been the worst experience I ve ever encountered being in a motel. I do not recommend and I will be leaving. WASTE OF MONEY !

I am currently staying here and it honestly doesn t make any sense why I have to wait hours or even time myself to shower at a certain time the water is always cold. Not even warm enough to hop in and wash up really quick .. I ve complained about this issue and of course nothing was done highly disappointed at this place because this is now my second review. This hotel is awful. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, but we are moving to another hotel today, after only 1 night. Rooms: The curtain was halfway fallen down; my husband managed to tack it up using existing nails and holes in the wall. The bed was super uncomfortable, and while it was supposedly 2 Queen Size beds they were more like double bed sized, and only one pillow per bed. While the shower was pretty, and a low-entry, there was no shower curtain, so the water got everywhere, even into the sink area. In the middle of the night there was a small cockroach on the vanity by the sink.

Every time I show up to pay for the room, the lady at the front desk is rude and always ask to see identification, which is the same one i showed the day before. There is no sense of community for loyal customers that have extended stays for weeks at a time. I would not recommend staying here for even a night. The guys are more professional and courteous.

Im currently staying here. When I first checked in I was a little worried but once I got to the room, I was very pleased. It was nice and clean and smelled cleaned. I like that it has a walk in shower with the rain shower head. The staff is very nice. My only complaint is I have a dog that is always on a leash when I walk him but some of the other guest who has dogs doesnt have them on a leash when outside. My dog doesnt like other dogs running up on him so thats the only complaint. All dogs should be on a leash while outside. Felicia

The room was a bit smaller than the pictures and very slight damage to some walls but certainly cant complain with the price and Im very happy with the stay overall. The service was great, every time I needed something the owners were immediately getting what I needed and always polite. Even when it was late/early. I have to say the best thing by far is how hot the water can get and the very new/modern style walkin shower. Certainly will be staying again and for longer if my job permits

Front desk people were very nice and they were professional. The Room itself was not clean, walls were dirty I spent an hour cleaning the first night. Tables, sink counter, toilet. Location was not what I was expecting, structure was run down dirty, theres mattresses outside everywhere.The 2nd night from 12-1 AM people right outside my room fighting, screaming for about an hour. Kind of disappointing.

The room was Filthy in ALL AREAS. Bought and used nearly ALL of three cleaning products room had mold , no hot water, used three cleaning rags until each were covered in black! Front desk attendant was very nice- but could only offer that the property is under construction and the hot water is turned off during the day and takes a while to heat up.. HOT WATER NEVER APPEARED- shower head didn t work, water leaked everywhere- and even after cleaning for over an hour room still had a smell.

Very loud area, i couldnt sleep well do to random people outside the door. Room looks good just dont get to close to the walls and you wont notice how bad it is. Return visit- Was givin a room with a jacuzzi tub, it doesnt even work and there was mold. Honestly dont believe they clean these rooms. Stayed at this Motel 6 in Jan. 2022. The room was relatively clean and heat worked well about 60% of the time. The front desk management was always friendly, receptive and attentive to my requests. Other guests were quiet and stayed to themselves. No hanging out in the parking lot, smoking outside of rooms or being disrespectful of or to other guests. I stayed for three nights and had enough clean towels and linens for my duration. Housekeeping came once during that time, which was okay for me. Also, affordably priced with gas station and two places to eat on the lot adjacent to the Motel 6. Other restaurants and fast food places to eat were just across the highway, fives minutes away. I rate this location 3.5 stars

I am a truckdriver and just spent the night the other day and it was very cold and the heater didnt work so i went to the front office to let them know and all they did was give me a small heater that stoped working as soon as i pluged it in so it hot so cold that i ended up going to my truck the company i work for has an acount with motel 6 so i will let them know about the bad service and wont be spending the night at this location anymore

Very prominent semen stains on the duvet. Talked to the front desk, he said it was fine because it had been bleached. I dont believe him. Im not sure how long it had been there, but were in Texas and Im pretty sure that after 6 weeks, its a felony. A forth of bathroom door was ripped off. Literally just ripped off. SOME of the mold in the bathroom had been painted over, but barely. Towel rack was full of dirt and public hair. No one took out the trash on any of the 3 days we were there. Thrash was piled up outside and overflowing on to the sidwalk.

Dirty, garbage all over parking lot, sticky room floors, dirty bedding and dirty towels. My husband had to go buy cleaning supplies and spend an hour scrubbing the bathtub and toilet before we could even use them
