Poor communication and follow up. Staff/Team does not share notes internally so be prepared to start over once you are passed off to a team member. I was passed off from Doris after being unable to reach her for 4 weeks. I had to start over (from the absolute very beginning) with her colleague. This individual had none of the information; loan amounts, loan terms, etc. Very unprofessional and very unbecoming of someone in their position. Im cutting my losses with this group and starting from scratch with someone else.

Sewell Sewell Beard, LLC. has handled numerous legal transactions for us on our Alabama property. They have helped us locate highly qualified land value and appraisal specialists, dealt with Realtors, individuals, City and County governments on our behalf as well as land acquisitions for rights of way. Everything has been handled to the highest standards. I highly recommend their firm for any legal issue you might need.

Not a good experience at all with Doris Sewell!! I hired her to assist with issues with a commercial landlord. She basically read the lease (which I had already done) gave me the same info I already had and charged me over $4K for a few calls, a very short letter and inefficient phone calls. Geesh why is it so hard these days for people to actually do a good job! I had made it very clear that I didnt mind paying the $300 hr fee if they were going to be beneficial on MY BEHALF!! Its like she worked for the other attorney and the landlord. After disengaging I was able to get done what she failed to do. It makes me wonder if hiring attorneys these days are even worth it. I guess my mistake was hiring a firm that obviously are used to dealing with people and companies with unlimited funds.

Alana and Aiden are the best. They helped me through a divorce and made a stressful event not as stressful on me personally. They were very professional and attentive. I was referred to Sewell Swell Beard by the broker in charge of the entire Texas at one of the national real estate companies. Aiden promptly reviewed the case and gave his initial thoughts as to what to expect.
