Ordered alfredo and chicken pizza. First time here. I ordered a medium pizza that was a little larger than a small paper plate...the smallest medium pizza I have ever seen in my life. The pizza crust was hard and crunchy and not very flavorful at all and the alfredo sauce and chicken wasnt much better...very disappointing. However, the chicken wings I also ordered, were large and tasty. Would I go back? Probably not ... certainly not for pizza. The manager and other two staff members were very friendly however and they do have a military/veteran discount.

It s becoming a tradition that we visit the fire pizza almost every week. Is so delicious, with a perfect crust every single time. Order to your liking. Add as many toppings or don t. Wings are also good indeed. Pair it with a refreshing iced cold beer on tap. And the service, omg! Sweet Kiwi is always a delight to have as our server. Always kind and attentive. We just moved back to the area... Ive been wanting some good pizza and heard this place was good. It didnt disappoint. The man making the pizza and running the oven did a great job. The pizza was well made and tasted great. We tried the Nederland restaurant, and it was not close to as good as this one. Its funny they are the same place, but the care they put in the pizza was much better here. We will definitely make it back! I was also happy to see Salami as a topping choice. Its hard to find here. We fell in love with Salami on pizza while living in Europe...so we were pumped to see it here!

Absolutely LOVED everything we ordered at Brick Oven. I ate too much because everything was so delicious.... I thought for sure I would need a to go bag because I usually have a whole other serving to bring home when I eat out, but we ate almost everything there!! The prices werent ridiculous and the customer service was great! Shout out to our server Mel! Shes amazing. I recommend this to anyone and everyone!! Two thumbs up, for sure!! Kid-friendliness: My very picky 9 year old ate her whole meal!! I promise, thats saying a LOT!!

Ive eaten at the one in Orange, Nederland & Port Neches. The one in Port Neches is always the quickest & nicest. My waitress Melinda was super patient, friendly and quick to answer any questions I had and was excellent with her service. Keep it up guys!

I never really write reviews, but I ate here for the first time yesterday evening & was quite honestly very satisfied. Not only were the staff so friendly and inviting, but the pizza was really good! The dough was probably my favorite part. Also, I think Melinda was the name of my waitress if Im recalling correctly. Super speedy service, friendly & helpful since I didnt really know what kind of pizza I wanted. This place sure is on top of their customer service. I wanted to try something new & heard from a friend that I should definitely give Brick Oven in Port Neches a try. I will be back!

The waitress was really good. She was really nice polite and got what we wanted, with a smile on her face. It was just me and my husband with one other gentleman eating at a different table. One of the workers there stayed at his table talking the whole time. He was so loud you would have thought that they had a full house. My husband and I couldn t eat in peace because of it. But other than that, we really enjoy the food. We had the chicken with spinach quesadillas. Recommend you try it.

I dont typically like pizza. And if I do like pizza, its is a thick bread crust that I prefer. HOWEVER. This was so delicious! The crust had the perfect crisp to chew ratio. I cant eat tomato products, and the specialty pizza I chose didnt have a pizza sauce base. But the menu also has a build-your-own aspect. Plus, other dietary needs options. Service was great! Restaurant very clean. We came at a time that was very quiet.

Just picked up our order and the service was so good. This is a very professional pizza place. They asked if i needed extras that i forgot to ask about (packets of parm and red pepper) after i paid and made sure i was satisfied with my order before i left. Got home to Dig In and it is possibly the best pizza i have ever had. The pizza was beautiful like a masterpiece of art. These people know how to make a costomer satisfied 100%

The food is GOOD, really good. My issue is every time you go you have to check your ticket to ensure they aren t charging you for free kid s drinks and ensure they aren t charging you to put a pizza topping on the side. Every time we go they have to change our ticket. The first time it seemed like a mistake, the second time it seems like they re trying to get away with up charging you for things and hope you don t notice. Bad business practices

Brick Oven sent me a coupon so I decide to use it and treat my daughter and hubby. Ordered fromPort Neches store. NEVER again! The guy took my order and told me the total $19 and change and said they would adjust it when they got the coupon. Ok no problem. My son in law went and grabbed it, got back and receipt said $19 and change. Called the store to see why I didn t get my discount even though they scanned the code. Tried for two hours to place an order online, website was not working. So, called at 12:00 noon to place an order to be picked up at 4:20pm on my way to work. When placing the order the first thing I provided was my cell phone number and my name! Ive never really eaten or ordered anything from there, but I do pick up many orders from the place. Staff is always friendly, especially the last time I visited. The lady at the front was wonderful and a delight to talk to. The food smells wonderful and the restaurants are always clean and the atmosphere is very good.
