This shopping center is already in decline. It remains as the main one in the Port Arthur area, and for stores such as TJMaxx, Target and Dillards. It doesnt invite you to hang out, so its just a matter of buying and leaving.

The little play area indoors has been around since ancient times it feels like-yet it never fails to keep the kiddos entertained. Everything is always clean and well kept in that area too so great for the summer heat.

Central Mall could be a whole lot better and probably get more customers and more tenants if they would fix their parking lot and lower their monthly lease rent. They have not done any upgrades to the mall in probably 25 years!!! A new look would spark curiosity of customers and businesses to come and shop there and also lease from them!!! JUST SAYING!

Well I was in target yesterday which I love the people but with the pharmacy I had a problem I was there first. An she made me wait even after she addresses me. Until other people comes other Women ok 2 of them an she laughed an talked with them. She was going to skip me again. But the other Ladies saw what was going on an they ask for her to take me next. She did. Service was ok with her. All the men are friendly an nice always.

Havent been to this mall in a while and very disappointed... Most of shops not opened.. Lack of appeal.... Bathrooms and kiddie area dirty and ran down... We used a wet wipe to wipe some of the climb on toys and after one pass it was black... The floor mat was just as disgusting.... It was hot and wont be back... Whoever is in charge should be ashamed or closed down.

This Target location is always kept clean and neat but we found several items were out of stock when we visited on 2/18/23 for some reason. Shelves were pretty bare in some departments (light bulbs, cosmetics). Overall a good shopping experience. Check out was fast and friendly.
