It s my first time come here,and I m glad that I give it a try,the food is excellent. Shout out for their roast duck,it s perfectly cooked and flavorful. The orange chicken also on the point. I will definitely come back.

Food is fixed fresh. We dined in or you can get it to go. Large portions for sure an very budget friendly. You won t be disappointed an you will be fully satisfied. I had General Tso chicken an my husband had the chicken and veggies. Egg roll and fried rice are very good!!! Best Chinese food port Arthur has to offer.

Two things I ordered that were decent were the orange chicken and the Lo mein. Nothing special, but it wasnt bad. I ordered the chicken and broccoli. Chicken was mushy and not flavorful. Sauce wasnt that tasty. The dumplings werent good. Tasted like supermarket frozen dumplings with a basic sauce.. The egg rolls were very oily and cool on the inside. I live too far away to bring the food back so I had to just eat that $60. Smh. Ive never written a bad review before, but this had to be said. Most definitely wont be back.

I m surprised this place isn t more popular! The food was delicious, I got the sesame chicken and lemon pepper wings. The food was fresh and homemade. Upon arrival it was a bit early still so the pork was still being made. I really appreciate the authenticity and quality of food. The service was exceptionally well and the lady who brought me the food as well as worked the cash register was so sweet and attentive. I really enjoyed the food and service. I hope more people check it out!

1st time trying this place but left very disappointed, food didnt taste right, the sauces so watery and the cashier looked like she was mad been rude to us, the chicken wings we ask to be crispy but when it got served no crispy at all, 2 wings cooked half way, we left so disappointed

After driving few hours, I felt very hungry. I am a Chinese food lover and like to try different cuisines. The food was good. I liked the roast pork rice combo.Food was very delicious, and the fried chicken wings also. They gave me so much that I couldnt finish it .

Its 4th of july and we decided we wanted Chinese food last minute so i called and they were closing a bit early for the holiday but were very eager to serve us even 30 minutes before closing. This isnt something i enjoy doing to restaurants but they assured me they would happily serve us! The food is soo good and it was fresh even though im sure we were the last customers of the day! Thank you guys!

Food and service were fantastic. Attached is the dumpling, Szechuan beef, and jalapeño chicken with extra spice. Everything was extremely flavorful and fresh. I m impressed not only with that but the portion sizes are going to be hard to beat. I absolutely see myself coming back here frequently especially when the lady at the front was very helpful in helping me pick out a couple items to try for my first time there. Very hard to find good Chinese bbq in the area. Parking: Plenty of parking space, crossing Jimmy Johnson is a pain if you re going the opposite side and have to cross over due to the construction.

My husband and I came here yesterday with my family and we tried a lot of food, especially the roast duck, which was delicious. The waiter told us that this was a new flavor and we were very happy to taste the delicious food. We will come back because we like Chinese food.

I was hopeful. I was let down. The Orange and Gen TSO is so chewy and stale it is inedible. I believe it was left out and reheated. House Lo Mein has zero flavor. Egg Drop also lacks flavor and is very thin.

They need to get someone else answering the phone. When I tried to order take out the lady didnt understand what I wanted and couldnt answer basic questions about their food. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with her and didnt manage to place a complete order. Hung up and got other food instead.

Ordered takeout, food was hot and ready when I picked up. We tried Szechuan chicken, asked for it extra spicy, it was tasty but there wasn t a lot of heat. We also tried the general tso and orange chicken, the taste was almost identical. The crispy duck was not our favorite, it had a pretty strong flavor, it was also our first time trying duck. The veggie lo mein was good. Prices were fair. Overall we would return, to try more menu items.

I suggest to not come in when they first open and wait till they are all situated for the day. We came as the first customers and we was told to give them 5 more minutes for the roasted pork. Was there a total of 45 minutes waiting and watching people who came in after us receive their order before us so I took the initiative to ask how much longer for our order. They continuously tells us that we had a big order. When we finally received our order the guy who was chopping the pork aggressively came at us and said y all have big order, if y all want good food you have to wait I left without saying another word back to avoid altercation. But the guy who was chopping honestly chopped everybody else s orders before ours regardless that we placed our order first and still had the nerve to yell at us for check in our order after waiting for 45 minutes. I m happy that our local area is finally having a spot for roasted pork and bbq that isnt here but with this customer service I ll rather make the drive to houston to get roasted pork then stand against them again. Pork was too thinly sliced but overall decent but not excellent. Customer service was poor. I left upset due to this so no, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I absolutely love this place. The food is great and the two cashieers are incredibly friendly. Probably the best Chinese food in the area. The ducks do have quite a bit of bones in it but the orange chicken that was recommended to me was phenomenal. The portions are also worth the price. Highly recommend! Vegetarian options: My mom is vegetarian and you do have to ask what is available but the fried rice and the lo mien are really good options. Vegans too, just ask for no egg in the fried rice! Very good portion sizes.

I had high expectations for this place but it was a complete failure. What a disappointment. The food is not much, a few boiled vegetables with pork belly (very little, duck (it was just bones and cartilage) plus white rice without salt. I also ordered an ice tea for which I paid 20.55 for everything. I dont think I will go to this place again.

I m sitting here reading all of these bad reviews, mentioning that the restaurant still has remnants of the old restaurant. I m so sick and tired of Southeast Texas reviews, on these local businesses,that have nothing to do with what they do. I as a local business owner, completely sympathize about the cost of opening a business and its initial cost. If you can t afford to change the wallpaper, you don t deserve one star. The food here is great. The people are always friendly, they serve duck it is the best Chinese food in this area by far. Leave a review based on what the business does this one serves Chinese food and the Chinese food is delicious. That is all.

Overpriced for what I received. For $19 on a half duck then I expect to get half a duck, not a third. I know this lady looks at me in my work clothes and thinks this guy doesnt know anything about Chinese food, wrong! I grew up around Toronto Chinatown and have eaten Dim Sum throughout North America. I wasnt expecting much in Port Arthur and to their credit the BBQ pork was good, but you ripped me off on the duck. You want good duck you need to go to Humble or Richardson where they spend the time to crisp the skin. I dont like to usually give a negative review since I only tried their food once, but you gave me 70% bones and kept the meat for yourself. Lost yourself a potential long term customer.

Food was good, I just wouldn t feel right eating at a restaurant that doesn t follow proper Labor Laws. Overheard an argument between Employees, I believe one was a manager, and the other a busboy or a waiter/waitress. Argument was about their Tips, about how they weren t receiving tips, & not receiving card tips either. Overall, it just wouldn t feel right. Some good food.

Crispy wings - 4/10 bland but edible Fried rice - 5/10 rice had an artificial liquid smoke flavor to it General Tso - 5/10 nothing special Egg roll - 4/10 store left it on the rice so it got soggy and covered with rice White rice - 7/10 surprisingly sticky as if they used a new crop I probably wouldn t go back for these items. Lunch pricing was the best part about the General Tso dish

Went here for lunch, and I wasnt disappointed! When I walked in and saw whole roasted ducks on display, I knew I was in the right spot. I got the #9 and almost ate my fingers... I highly recommend this restaurant !
