I have only been to Park Avenue Cleaners once. I had recently moved back to Port Arthur and was looking for a place for dry cleaning. I was not disappointed, the ladies at the front counter were friendly and courteous. They gave me a gift bag filled with pins and magnets and Ike & mikes.that was awesome. I will be back.

I absolutely love this cleaners. The first day I put my clothes in for cleaning I received a welcome package. This has never happen with any cleaners. The first impression was great. I received a notice when my items were ready. Everything was done prefect. I drive 25 minutes to get this type of service . I would recommend this cleaners to all in the area.

I was in town for a family members wedding and after driving 4 hrs, let s just say my suit was in poor shape and in need of professional care. With time of the essence and right after Christmas, I searched local dry cleaners in the area and Park Avenue Cleaners popped up with a great rating so I figured why not! Let me tell you that was only the tip of the iceberg of my experience. Walking in the door, you re greeted by a very nice and courteous staff that also knows how to hustle and work efficiently! I also had the privilege of Rebecca being the one in which handled my transaction. She was AWESOME! Super sweet and humble personality I left not only happy and confident in my choice for my suit, but with a smile on my face and just a sense of joy. It s crazy sometimes when you think about it how most interactions have their impacts on others, or what a simple process can have the potential to create. took my wedding dress directly from the alterations business to the dry cleaners in the same shopping center. When I dropped off the dress it had a few marks from the alteration. When I went to pick my dress up it was missing buttons, had snags all over the fabric and a huge stain on the upper chest. I refused to take it in that condition. the owner called me and berated me. Told me they made the dress 100% better than when I dropped it off. He refused to take any ownership and hung up on me. When my husband went to pick up the dress there was no one for him to speak to and they had take buttons off the OTHER SLEEVE and sewed it on the other sleeve. This place is HORRIBL! A $2k wedding dress ruined 2 days before my wedding. DO NOT USE THEM!

I am a business consultant and said that his website wasn t user-friendly, nor was he reaching the amount of people he could be reaching. I was not calling his baby ugly I was telling him the objective hard truth, and did not know it was the owner. As far as the service it s great, but for a grown man, to cuss me out and tell me to never come back again, was a bit childish and honestly there s too many cleaners to take your dry cleaning there. I only give 3 Stars for lack on consistency, price increased but service performance didnt advance. This Cleaners is always have New Staff which may have a huge affects on service consistency performance. Have had dry cleaning done there several times, an within a two week period disaster took over. The staff provides excellent customer service and the owner or boss really need to take notes from them My mother s brand new white suit In which she was to be buried in was ruined, the broach closure on the jacket that close the jacket must ve gotten cleaning solution on it , it just crumbled in my hands. He replaced it but not in time for her to ever use it again. I have to buy another $169.00 suit. Then I had a sweater that stopped at my waist, it was stretched out of proportion, well below my knees. The owner refused to replace it, and was rude and unprofessional. Told me they remove stains that they created (looked like black plastic) and he told them to fold it instead of hanging it .as if that made a difference, it s already ruined . Folding it didn t change anything.I asked if he would just replace the sweater and he flat out said no . I then told him I would not use him anymore and give him a bad review on social media and he goes that s fine, I m talking you out of my computer system. He s a crappy !!! business man.!!!! He doesn t even deserve a star!!!

I normally dont have problems with this cleaners but today, I was made to feel like they were doing me some favor to fix a problem that they did not do in the first place. I picked up a dress for a wedding yesterday and the satin front was noticeably wrinkled and held on the hanger with a clip which left a mark. I brought it back in and Im assuming the owner/manager came over to speak with me. I expressed my concerns about how the garment looked and he just grabbed it and went to the back. When he returned there was still a mark on the backside so I pointed that out and once again he grabbed the dress and went to the back. When he brought it back up again it looked much better but I did did ask him should I not have returned my garment today because it seems that he was annoyed by having to rectify the problem. He told me, I fixed the problem, didnt I? He continued to ask me what exactly I wanted and I replied to him that better customer service would have helped. After telling him a problem and him grabbing a dress and walking off without even saying, Im sorry I will take care of this, is not how you run a business. He then replied, do you want to start something? Really??? Wow! Gone are the days of courteous behavior.

Discolored two dress shirts after two attempts of fixing it. I had to argue with the cashiers to force them to contact their manager to address the issue. I believe the manager makes it a rule not to receive phone calls from his staff unless its an emergency. Rusty iron stains on the shirts with yellow and blue dyes spots all my clothing. They had my clothing for a week with no results. I was told the manager would be in 20 minutes and he would give me a call. That never happened. Horrible service.

Place is a joke. Dropped off a comforter was told a certain day to pick it up after 5. Explained when I dropped it off that I HAD to have it that day. Asked twice to be certain it would be ready that day. Came to pick it up 3 days later when they told me it would be ready and it hadnt even been washed yet. Was still sitting there the same as when I brought it. Then this morbidly obese girl with a horrible attitude started snapping at me asking if I wanted it done or not like I was wasting her time. She then told me I could pick it up the following day at 1pm and it would be wet. Afterwards she just walked off and left me standing there. Do not drop anything off here. There is a Munroes around the corner that will serve you like they value repeat business and get your garments cleaned when they tell you they will. I wont be back.
