Stopped by for lunch, in Port Arthur location, very busy but didn t take long to place order. Everyone was greeted as they walked in. Everyone including manager Elizabeth were hands on. Also team & manager seemed to be helping the trainee who did very well. After rush manager and trainee came out to clean tables and manager asked the customers how everything was.

Always consistant. I really appreciate how staff has recently stepped up to customer service and friendliness. Only complaint is that I wish they had a better plan for drive thru cars when asked to pull up. Most always they are told to wait in handicap designated parking.

Stopped in to pick up lunch at the drive thru. Set for a few minutes at the speaker waiting for the order to be taken. I specifically ordered a plate with super greens only, teriyaki chicken, and orange chicken. I have some issues with diet and I dont eat rice because of it. The young man who took my order seemed distracted. When I got to the window and paid he started making my drink and went straight for the coke when I had ordered unsweet iced tea. He realized his mistake, dumped it out, and considered refilling the same glass with the unsweet tea. Im very sensitive to sugar too, and I would have definitely noticed but fortunately he grabbed a new cup. I got the rest of my food in a bag and thats where it stayed until I got to my job site where I was planning to eat. I opened up the plate and of course its the two types of chicken I ordered sitting in a pile of fried rice. On the upside the chicken was okay, but your people need to pay a little bit more attention to the ticket and not just assume on orders.

Pulled up at 9:26 and was told limited menu. The only sides they had was super green I get wanting to sell out completely but I drove 20 miles there and was unable to be served probably because of corporate policy not so much the store employees themselves but somebodys making the call quick cooking at 9:00? Why not just close at 9:00 why not have most of your items on your menu available until closing time? What an inconvenience and a disappointment customer service is truly dead

We stood in line quite a while but the line just wasnt moving. There were 2 people waiting for a carry out order at register. The servers ran out of broccoli and for some reason the line shut down with no one able to get food. We left. It was obvious we werent getting food for some time.

What is the point of having so many people working if they just stand there like idiots NOT helping customers. It is ridiculous watching employee after employee straight up ignore waiting PAYING customers. The workers dont even greet you and they have a bad face. I spent half an hour waiting for the spaghetti and they didnt even tell me. Afterwards, I stopped to order my plate and the workers didnt even bother to ask me anything, as if I wasnt there, I spoke to them like 3 times so they could If they paid minimal attention to me, they should be kind.

I wanted black Angus beef, but they were out of it In the middle of the day at lunchtime but didn t offer to cook more just said they didn t have any. So I chose the broccoli beef instead. And I paid $9 and then drove away and looked in the bag to find this! Literally like six pieces of meat and four pieces of broccoli. Ridiculous! I should have gone to Sun Wok - lesson learned.

It has been a long time since I visited one of my favorites in Port Arthur! I had my Sophie with me so I couldnt go in, but we went through the drive-thru. As always, the food (hot and spicy kung pao chicken, sweet and sassy Beijing beef, and stir fried rice) was hot, great portion sizes and such a reasonable price. Sophie liked her tidbits too! Love this place, the only problem was I didnt get extra napkins for the stash!

So last week me and my mother went to the PA panda express, and my mom was having a bad day which caused her to say a few negative words to one of the workers. They wouldn t serve us and i understand that. My mother just went today to get me some food because i am sick and i guess they recognized her from the last time, but she was very respectful bc she knew what happened last time, and they didn t give me any of the right food, nor got my drink or my chop sticks. Real bad service, just because of a one time incident. They Basically took her money cause they got all the wrong things in my order and didn t get half of it. Y all need better service asap. And i swear y all spit in my food. i should sue!!

I did a mobile order get there they cant find my order than I was told they didnt have the food I ordered. And the cooks didnt want to cook anymore. I requested the district manager while there no response. Than they didnt refund me. And than I was forced to take the last scrapes of the closing at 9pm. I watched them Service the line but should have filled the mobile orders so what is the purpose for using the mobile app. Wasted a rewards on this order. I was so disappointed I couldnt eat. Tonight, out of all nights my husband and I wanted Panda Express. He works 5a-6p and I work an 8a-5p. Panda was more convenient. Anyways, I ask for Super Greens, they say it ll be a wait & I simply say That s Ok . I was met with a BAD ATTITUDE & DISTASTE at the window and was told to park in the lot and they would bring it out. I STILL KEPT IT Cool. The young lady brings the food and I get home and open our containers .. I will say that all the food was present. The thing was that the food was Old. The super greens were Very Very tough, scarce and no flavor/salt. The broccoli was like I just picked it up from HEB without cooking/steaming it. It did have some juices on it but I believe it was from the Chicken/Mushroom though. Needless to say . I m highly disappointed.

Ok so the cooks are amazing! God has blessed them beautifully with my favorite talent! The food is top tier! It s not over cooked, it s not chewy, its no dry. The meat is tender even after it s been cooke, deep fried and breaded. The rice is fluffy and flavorful! I love this panda JUST for the food. I dinned in today and the atmosphere was chill, I liked it. The service is great bc they move fast but they re so serious! I know not everyone loves their job and nothing needs to be said but a smile is the. Est response to any greeting. Just saying otherwise it s an awesome place!

Absolutely disgraced at this behavior I will be reaching out to district and regional management so yesterday was just another day visit to my favorite restaurant now not so much sure I would ever spend a dime in this place I and several other women of color were in line at this location I went to wash my hands while my fiancé stood in line the restroom was filthy n the drive thru headset was hanging on a baby seat I retrieved it turned it in the drink station was absolute disgusting so as I went to the line there were two other ladies in line stood for roughly 20 minutes at around 6 pm I believe it was as no one ever greeted us at least 7 workers were so fixated on bagging orders and drive thru orders not one worker was worried about the customer so finally after waiting 20 plus minutes the first young lady was called second customer 20 more minutes she just decided to leave no kidding the restaurant has footage I was able to video this encounter a little but we finally ask hello is anybody gonna greet us we were told that the online orders were more important and that they had to get to the people who paid first this is what they teach and what they are trained I guess this was utterly disgusting we were never acknowledged asked for the manager told to go online and that there were no managers so yeah absolutely disgusting behavior

Very bad experience, unfortunately, it is not the first time that I have received bad service in this place. I arrived with my wife to buy food and it was Easter Sunday, there was no customer, only two people were eating, they were standing at the counter and there were about 6 young people and none of them. Some of them were serving us and they were talking and I stood there for four or five minutes. My wife spoke to them and said hello to them three times and they didnt answer or turn around. What they do is wrong because they didnt answer, until we left one of them didnt call, unfortunately its not the places or the restaurants that are bad but the workers, managers or franchise owners should pay more attention, since Without customers there is no business and check the reviews and complaints here are bad and in very bad taste, I will not return to this place .

Trying to eat my lunch while this lady yells at these employees, disrespecting them in front of all these customers. She was belittling them in front of the entire restaurant, threatening to fire them. Very unprofessional. I felt very uncomfortable and I am not coming back to this location. Order my food through the drive thru. Smell it through my bag and could not stop gagging. Food smelled horrible. Didnt even look at the orange chicken. Definitely didnt eat it. Went straight to Whataburger!

Why are y all ALWAYS OUT OF WHITE RICE?!! Y all don t even bother opening until 11 but by 5 o clock yell are out of white rice for the day what does that even mean out for the day just go make some more white rice it s really not that hard.

There was hair in my rice. Im on lunch and I cant go back so it was a total waste of time and money (02/24/2022 UPDATE) placed an online order and took my lunch break from work 20 minutes after. Once I get there they said my rice would take 45 minutes to prepare WHY wasnt anyone preparing my order 20 minutes ago when I placed it? Huge inconvenience on my lunch break

It was OK but really busy so almost all popular items were empty(orange chicken, beef broccoli... Only premium items left). I asked how long of a wait and was told 15 to 20 minutes on each thing I asked about because he would have to tell the chef to start it & none was going. I ended up picking the walnut shrimp because it just came out and I didnt want to wait. I paid a couple of minutes later and right after I paid everything was restocked? Oh well. The shrimp was fine though. Honestly it was more annoying that we didnt get any sauce for the wontons, no soy sauces, etc... And had to keep going back to ask for them because they dont have any packets out to get yourself.

I only get the Beijing Beef it s always good. Only issue is, if you think your gonna show up a hour before closing for food, I can guarantee that the menu will be limited because they start to shut down early. I understand they ve been there all day and wanna go home, so I don t hold that against them, BUT this is a business
