This was my second time eating at a potbelly. Once again it didn t disappoint. This location has a very clean feel to it. Employees were all very nice. I personally like when restaurants add the calories where we can see them easily. So, thank you for that.

I ordered The Wreck Sandwich for pickup at lunch time. When I got it there was only one slice of turkey and cheese on the sandwich. It was missing Mayo, onions, peppers, and pickles. It had no veggies. This careless mistake has happened twice. I will not be back.

My wife grabbed a couple of sandwiches today for us to take to the pool. She asked for mayo and ranch on my sandwich because the normal amount of mayo is a little less than Id like. No problem. Except when i went to eat my sandwich there was either barely any sauce, or no sauce at all. Then my wife noticed hers was the same way. Please pay more attention. Placed a mobile pickup order. Ordered two sandwiches and two soups. Only received one cup of soup. Called them. The guy said either come back or money refunded. I told him I was coming back. On arriving the soup was not ready. The girl got the soup. No foil ( which they usually put on). NO BAG. No crackers. No spoon. No, I m sorry you had to come back . Nothing. She did have a smirk. I had the feeling she did it on purpose. I can t imagine why. I did not leave a tip. It was a to go order. They did nothing special. I leave a tip when I have been served. I also work with the public. I bend over backwards to be nice. I don t ever receive a tip. This was ridiculous and a waste of time and gas. This Potbelly s often has bad service. I want be back for awhile.

Ordered a veggie Melt sandwich for pick up and found a piece of chicken in it. I am a vegetarian and it s against my region to consume meat or even eat the contaminated food. It was ignorance / carelessness from the person fixing the sandwich. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered a Avocado, Cucumber and Turkey Sandwich. When I got to the associate making my Sandwich she asked if I wanted to Cucumber and Avocado. I replied yes. I thought that a little peculiar as thats was on the Sandwich. She then asked if I would like to add anything. I have never been to a Potbelly prior, so I asked what where my options. She replied there on the wall behind me. After getting home to eat my Sandwich I discovered the Avocado was hard as a rock and not ripen at all. I had to take it out of the Sandwich completely and not eat it....

If I can upload photos of the sandwiches, I ve been getting for the past two weeks I really would. Every since I started working as warehouse a month ago, I started getting the kids combo Swiss in Turkey because of my boss. I ll admit that the first two weeks I was getting my meals and I get the same thing every time but the first two weeks it was so great plumped juicy delicious. It made me keep going back it made me want more every time for the past two weeks. I ve been getting the worst made sandwiches ever today. I love getting a sandwich that I had to take three bites out of the sandwich to get a bite of meat three bites just to get to the meat. I also had eggs for extra meat I want to turkey plus ham it was like they decided to even it out and just give me one strip of turkey one strip of ham with all of those toppings. I am highly disappointed and today was the first time that I ask for a refund because I was that upset and hungry. I cannot go back to that place after my sandwich today no one asked me why I wanted the refund no one cared. They just took my food bag don t want even if that is even look at my food to see what was wrong with it he just took it back and gave me my money back. I was very nice and polite. No one even cared, especially with me having over 700 points accumulated because I eat there so much in a week. No one asked me if I wanted my sandwich remade. I respect the manager there because when my boss got bad service, the manager made it out to him so I thought that was the best place to go to and I thought that someone would ask me what was wrong considering their manager is very very caring about the type of stuff so I hope for the future I hope the manager teaches these workers to be a little more like him. All I wanted to do was eat I ve been here since 7 o clock this morning and here it is going on 4:30 PM and I just so wanted a meal from them and it was so disappointing today that it has been the past few times over the past two weeks.

Long story short, I used to love this location, but ive been let down a lot lately. But the last 2 times Ive ordered via the app, there has been a problem with my order just this week alone. Long story if you care to read it - The first time I was sent an email saying The ordering system was not able to transmit an order scheduled for today. My order was canceled and refunded, so I just decided to skip it not worth the trouble. The second time my order was received at 746 pm, for pick up at 845. I got there early at 820, explained I tried to call and see if we could pick up earlier, but no one answered. I was sure they were busy, and I told them that and just asked if theres a chance they can have it sooner than 8:45 that would be great otherwise no problem wed wait. The gentleman found it in his phone but the order hadnt printed out in their system yet. I dont know when is it supposed to print out but I just think its odd that they didnt have my order printed out yet. Regardless they got our food done and we left. The other part I was disappointed with is that Im paying an extra $1.30 for mushrooms and I got four tiny mushrooms on my whole sandwich, Im sure this is because of company inflation tactics but its just pitiful looking.

David is that his name. Terrible customer service. incident went in ordered food. And it came through wayyyy more expensive than normal. Mind you I go there every day for lunch / dinner. Kids meal, chips water. Tell me how that s 13$ . When I bring this his attend he brushes me off by saying yeah ok whatever so whats the problem? I ordered the wreck, tasted fine but expected a bit more meat in it. Staff made it quickly and asked what to put on it etc. Nice decor and plenty of space by the tables. Soda fountain was also good. No wonder this company is going downhill. Sit at the counter for 5 minutes when there was no one in line and three employees walking around stocking chips. When the single sandwich maker finally looked up, I told him I would like a Cuban. He looks up at the picture trying to figure out the ingredients, and asked me what kind of cheese I wanted. I said whatever cheese comes on a Cuban. He said I have no idea and didnt ask any of the numerous employees in the vicinity. Additionally, when I unwrapped the sandwich that I was patiently waiting to devour, it was broken in multiple pieces. Who thinks that is acceptable to serve a broken sandwich when someone is paying new sandwich prices?

Went through the line with my service Animal(who has his bage on at all times) and checked out nicely till sandwich maker guy comes to our table to tell us we cant have our Animal in the restaurant rudely. My boyfriend and I frequently order from here through the app. We usually love it, but lately they have not been consistent. On several occasions we ve ordered late (around 9pm when they close at 10pm) and once we get home with our sandwiches we notice there s something off. Tonight I wanted a meatball with mushrooms and onions, but I received a meatball with chili on it and no red sauce. My boyfriend s Italian sandwich has been incorrect on several occasions too, but normally doesn t have any issues if ordered around lunch. I don t know if it s retaliation because of the time we order, but it s become very frustrating.

My recent experience with Potbelly Sandwiches left much to be desired. We placed a sizable corporate order, only to find a significant oversight upon its arrival. Not only was sandwiches missing entirely, but the ones we did receive were lacking essential ingredients. Disappointed but hopeful for a resolution, we made the effort to return to the store to rectify the missing sandwiches. However, our hopes were quickly dashed when we encountered an unapologetic response from the staff. Despite our valid concerns, they adamantly refused to remake the sandwich fresh and gave us some that where at the pick up station. The lack of accountability and customer service displayed during this interaction was truly disheartening. In situations like these, a sincere apology and an effort to make things right can go a long way. Unfortunately, we received neither.

I went in at lunch to order two salads to go. One of the salads had some customization - no hummus, no tomatoes. When I got home, I noticed that the store also removed the chicken and cucumbers. So basically, it was a plastic container of lettuce for $9. I called the store to get that salad refunded (I live 30 minutes away, but the store was on my way home). Do you want to come in and get that refund? No I m 30 minutes away, can I give you the receipt number? Sure Long story longer, there has been no refund to my card. I won t return to this location.

Potbelly has been our favorite sandwich shop until today. We got 2 sandwiches today on National Sandwich Day, so it was BOGO day. I wonder if they were trying to short change us because it was BOGO. We believe we each had at least half the meat on our sandwiches. I like to get A Wreck on flatbread because I like the meat to bread ratio, but today wasn t good. I looked at the meat, and there were 2 thin slices of beef on one side of the bread (I sub salami for extra beef) an 1 ham and 1 turkey slice on the other. I have been getting this sandwich for at least 10 years, and I have never seen this little meat. My husband s Steakhouse Beef (a premium? sandwich) was the same way. I m sad to say that I won t tolerate this type of deception - paying more for an inferior product. Unless I know that things improve, we won t be going back.

My first time experience wasn t very good. I just got off work and needed a quick lunch. I walked in and it wasn t busy. Walked up to the counter to order and there were just those 2 young people just chit chatting away while ignoring me. One person was even on his phone. I was standing at the counter for a good five minutes waiting for them to finish their conversation. I know they saw me waiting to be helped but continue to ignore me. Potbelly is pretty good in general. They put large portions of protein and other things you order onto the sandwich so its not just bread. But for some reason they warmed my tuna sandwich? I did not specify not to warm it, because thats obvious, but they sent it through the warmer which left me eating an uncomfortably warm and gross tuna sandwich. If you order something meant to be cold or that you want cold, be sure to tell them!

I really like to eat sub sandwiches. There are only certain places that make decent sandwiches. I used to like Subway 20 years ago. But then I started going to Jimmy John s. The only problem is that they don t warm the sandwiches. Their sandwiches are very good though. I ve tried some other places like Jersey Mike s and Quiznos. I was really impressed with potbelly. I wasn t planning to go there but my daughter just got a job there so I figured I d go in and see how the food was. I just ordered a small turkey sandwich. It was a pretty good size sandwich and it filled me up. I got extra jalapeños with provolone cheese lettuce tomatoes onions. They toasted first melt the cheese and warm up the bread and the meat and then put the toppings on it. The bread was really good and overall it s probably one of the best sandwiches I ve had at a fast food place. I will definitely be going there again.

I arrived at 3:06 stood there and not one of 2 people even acknowledged me, I guess it was because Im Africa American cause than a gentle walks up and Tyler tells him iy will be a 5 min wait at this time it is 3:15 and I had ask 3 times can I cancel my order and Tyler tells me to write down my name and he will cancel. A great spot to grab lunch! The sandwich selection is good, and they are made to order and toasted right in front of you. The soups are really good, too! The chicken pot pie is my favorite! The staff is friendly and will help you with the best service. It is a very clean facility, as well. You might have to wait in line for a few minutes if you arrive at a popular time, but they keep the line moving. Great pricing as well!

The sandwiches here taste amazing and there is a lot of variety to choose from which is what makes Potbelly so great. My favorite sandwich is the Italian which is pictured here. The sandwiches here are a 5/5. However, I wish their sides were a little stronger though. Their macaroni is just average and I haven t tried there other sides yet, but I d be curious to try their chili. So overall, I have to rate their food at a 4/5. The service here is normally okay, but it s not that great. The store is normally pretty clean though and it is in an awesome location. Also, they have a small patio area which is nice for eating outside!

love potbelly! I come here at least twice a week but the cashier lady has a negative vibe to her that really makes me reconsider eating lunch here as often. I always tip %20 and all I do is ask for a water cup and she looks so annoyed everytime that I do. I don t drink soda and the water cup is tiny, all the other cashiers give me a regular cup because i m a friendly regular but i m really not feeling this persons vibe and kills the otherwise perfect atmosphere of this place.

Went into location at 5:35PM, 2 employees working and the place was empty as it was early for dinner. One employee was refilling bottles with sandwich stuff, the other was helping me. She was more interested in cell phone but that didnt bother me. There was no sweet tea (none brewing) no napkins to be found, not a clean table from what I saw. and of all the potbellys ive been too ive never been disappointed. Management should do an eval on the employees.. Clean tables and napkins are actually important and cell phone use on clock ? I know id lose my job if that was the case. The sandwich was sub-par meaning .. its my regular item i get and it was ok .. not great and not as good as ive had in the past. I will continue to enjoy pot belly sandwiches but I will not return to this location.

I enjoyed the sandwich and Mac and Cheese. That was great, BUT the reason for a 2 star was the restrooms. Both were disgusting, and smelled horrible. I personally had to open the cabinet in the restroom and clean the toilet before using one of the two bathroom. I completely understand it was lunch hour, but someone should always be on top of that. They both were dirty and smelled horrible. Me as a customer should never have to clean the restroom before using it. Do better next time guy.

I came here a few days back at night with my husband to pick up some sandwiches, I ordered the avo turkey sandwich to just found out it has NO avocado on it! We have been in other locations in Plano and it s always been good compared to this one, also the man in the front was kinda rude. Multiple customers came in and were served while multiple others were made to wait. The customer service is shameful. I literally walked out. The bread was over cooked but the skinny chicken club was nice but nothing special. I also had the Mac an cheese as filling but not flattering. Total:$17.60 through DoorDash I wouldn t stop to eat it but if I m hungry and it s the only menu in my drawer I ll order.

Not sure what went on with the chicken pot pie soup. I always get it and it s always delicious..yesterday it was thin and tasteless..not at all like it normally is. I was super disappointed because I drove 45 minutes to pay for something that was completely unenjoyable! I hope they were having just a bad soup day!

Filthy place. Floor, tables, fountain area! Gross. Of the 4 team members behind the counter, 1 was actually doing any work. The other 3 were goofing off and laughing. No one came out to clean tables. The bathroom was a spectacular mess. No cleaning done at all. there appeared to be a management meeting going on while we were there. About 8 folks were chatting at a table. One person was reading reviews that customers had sent in. They were laughing. This place has gone in the crapper. The weird thing is...the food tasted great! Go figure. If we would not have been starving, wed not have stayed. And wont go back due to poor customer service and filth galore!

I honestly NEVER leave reviews. No matter how awful. I run a business myself so I really understand. Especially being short staffed. However this is about the 6th time I ve had an issue with this place. Never on time. Catering order to get delivered put down the address and all. Exact suite location. They claim they couldn t find it so just took it back and never let me know. So I paid for $150 catering order to not get delivered 3 hours passed the time I needed it for my own employees. Amongst SO many other problems. Again, I get you might be short staffed. Where isn t! But man. Do better.

I came in during lunch time yesterday and ordered a Turkey Swiss sandwich and golly I have not had a sandwich so damn good in a very long time. I even went back through the line and ordered another to take home. I snagged this picture with my Canon 1DX Mark II and wow you just tell the quality from the 4k photo. Definitely recommend 100x over.

The boy who took order for us was nice but the girl who was asking us what s for topping was so rude ! First of all, She doesn t look happy taking our order. She told me what s the topping and she told us wrong sandwich name so I gave her what I want and turned out it was not the one I m gonna eat but for the kids. This location has gone down hill. I have had several poor experiences with the same employee. He is condescending and extremely rude; seems to be taking out his personal problems on the customers. Will not be ordering from this location again. If you go here and this employee is working, expect to be treated like dirt, and to witness him treating co-workers like dirt.

This location went severely downhill. I used to go almost every single day. After they changed their menu it just got horrible. My boyfriends sandwhich wasnt toasted. They are always having issues with their website so I cant even order anymore if I wanted. Ordering in person is way too stressful for me so if I cant order online I just wont at all. They changed their menu so now my half sandwhich and soup order is more expensive only for the sandwhich to now be skinny. This is severely disapointing.

Overall, I wasn t satisfied because there were three employees in the establishment and one customer ahead of me. It s SO SIMPLE to just say hello. Make someone feel like they are welcome whenever they walk into your building because there are so many other choices they have to choose from when it comes to buying a sandwich, soup, or cookies. Update: Management gave me a call, apologized, and advised they would work on customer service. Considering that most places won t even acknowledge fault, I m changing my review from a 3 to a 4, because they went out of their way to give me a call and acknowledge a mistake. I do have to say, sandwich I had was pretty though. I ll give this place another try for sure.

BE AWARE!!! Worse experience EVER! employee rushed me out of store, she was completely unprofessional, sandwiches were not as ordered, I saw her spitting on one of the sandwiches, i threw up seeing her spit dripping of our sandwiches, what kind of human being does that?! I ve tried Potbelly before approximately a year or so ago and it was alright. But boy let me tell you, something has changed. The BLTA was a life altering experience. The pizza sandwich was also awesome. I m on my 3rd day in a row coming here and I ll be back tomorrow. I work very close and order online and when I arrive for the time my sandwich is scheduled it s always waiting for me and still hot. Prices are very reasonable for a high quality product. Can t say enough about the sandwiches I ve had this week. I want to work my way through the menu but I might be stuck on that BLTA. Staff have been very friendly as well. Thanks for your hard work guys!

Great sandwiches and salads, but unfortunately, my smiles (aka rewards points) on the Potbelly app have started disappearing. I started using the app about a year ago, so I am convinced that these points expire after a year. This should not be buried in the fine print. Better yet, dont let smiles expire at all.

We ordered delivery for a family lunch, and it took well over an hour. When the food finally arrived, three peoples meals were missing. This missing food took another full hour to arrive and we were not compensated in any way. In total, several members of our family waited over two and a half hours today for their lunch.
