I love the pond they have makes me feel like Im at the dock. Reminds me of Cali. I ordered a classic Cali burrito it was awesome and came with green sauce and fries and the wife had the poke bowl with salmon both very yummy. I had there IPA and the wife had piggy drink. The IPA was good balanced but I like more hops and the piggy drink was good but sweet for my taste nut the wife liked it. Service was great and go outside and take pics

UPDATE: The best drink on the menu is Orange Julius which is now only available at brunch which is new although I havent been here in a while. Why is that? Makes no sense and they refused to make it for me. They used to have a really good grilled shrimp with chimichurri and now it seems like it was replaced with a fried coconut shrimp which tastes exactly like that one you can buy from walmart freezer section and fry yourself.. not impressive. Sauce was decent though. Service and atmosphere is still amazing but I may not come back since the menu options seem to be going downhill. ____________________________________________________ PREVIOUS REVIEW: The patio is beautiful, server was really great and the food was mostly amazing although I did not like the protein bowl very much. Went out with my friends to have dinner and drinks. Whole fish is really good! We didn t care for tacos but loved ceviche. Drinks are very pretty. The place was busy with people. Boardwalk outside of the place is super nice too especially in the evening. I think it s a fun place to go to for drinks.

My daughter 17th birthday and our first time going. Our waiter name was Riley. He was so helpful, respectful and friendly I highly recommend him. His smile deserves a tip. If you decide to go eat this delicious food ask for Riley you want regret it.

This place great! I love sitting on the patio for brunch whether Im solo, with girlfriends or on a date. Its at the Boardwalk at Granite Park which is a great spot with the pond, fountain, ample seating and fire pits. Food is always fantastic and Ive never had bad service.

Delicious spot in a beautiful area. It s right by a lake, so coming here will give you a nice outdoorsy walking area. Place itself, food is delicious. I had the grilled adobo chicken, and loved it! Also is there coco colada with rum, and it was literally an unfrozen pina colada, so good. The glassware for the drinks is cute, and presentation of all items here is great ^^ service is excellent, and I definitely will come back here again for future lunch dates or dinner dates with friends n family

Loved the vibe. 5 stars for the vibe. 4 stars for the food and cocktails. I tried socal chicken karaage, shrimp on the halfshell, del mar shrimp tacos, and beer battered fish tacos. Loved everything. The shrimp on the halfshell could have been better with a little more salt. In the cocktails I had seafoam surfer and almost paradise. I am not a big fan of grapefruit, so didn t like almost paradise much but the seafoam surfer was amazing. Overall I loved the place and would definitely recommend. Edit June 15th 2024: Not sure if the management and chef has changed but they have removed the good dishes from the menu and replaced them with some bad options. Who makes a chicken karage with a wing!!! The chicken karage they had when the restaurant had opened was with thighs and it was so good but now it tastes bad with the wings with skin. Overall the taste of food has degraded significantly. Not coming back. Reducing my 4 stars to 2 stars. Note: Pictures I have put here in this review are from the good times. Didn t feel like taking new pictures as the food was not at all good.

This is my first time at this bar and I absolutely loved the atmosphere, the service, and especially the food. Kodie and the bar staff were so friendly and very accommodating, they made it such a great experience. However, I just heard that you all will no longer be serving the chicken roll tacos and I have to admit, I think that would be a huge mistake. They were one of the best things Ive ever had the pleasure of tasting. I really hope you all re-consider removing them from your menu. Other than that, no complaints. Great job on the restaurant and I hope to be back soon!

Had a blast with the kids here to celebrate a birthday! Josh provided jovial service and banter and the manager went above and beyond to make the meal special. So much I can say! Mario, our waiter was fantastic. He recommended drinks for us and also had zero proof cocktails for my husband. We ordered almost every single appetizer . We didn t even get to the main course. The spicy chicken needs a little more seasoning on the breading. Not my fav. The Ceviche is chef s kiss! You can request different spice levels. Grilled shrimp on the half shell were tasty. The queso is so good. The Elotes were yummy as well. The Calamri has a light fry on it and they re all meaty. There was a sweet/sour spicy sauce under them. Cody, the manager also came by and chatted with us. Loved the atmosphere, the decor, the outside area, and the staff. We will be back to hang out! I am in town visiting, I had never been to this place to eat. It was great, and the atmosphere was beautiful . The service we had for our table was amazing , but I noticed one worker who was greeting at the door there was no hellos, or a smile she even walked around as she guided people to their table with a look of that is not where she wanted to be. Overall, its the people that come in that make the place beautiful. Parking: We didnt have a problem with parking Kid-friendliness: The grandchildren didnt have a problem here, there was sure something on the menu for them.

Was excited to go here. No one but 2 other people sitting at the bar. Sat at the bar for 5 minutes, bartender made eye contact several times. No acknowledgment. Table and seat were wet. Husband spoke up, finally came over. I m guessing the manager gave us our drinks no charge which I appreciate. However, once we ordered our food we were not checked on ONCE the entirety of the rest of the night. No refills, no extra food ordered. No more drinks. As not once did he check in with us. Was going to order meals and all too. But as soon as another couple came in he immediately cleaned off the table and was super approachable with them. Highly unprofessional service from the bartender. This was my first night out after being stuck at home all week with an injury. If you want to be ignored the whole time while the bartender pretends to be busy right in front of you with no further check in, guess go to that guy.

If you go, avoid the bar. Bartender actively ignored my wife and I to the point that the gentleman, who I believe was the manager, had to step in, ensure our orders got taken, and comp d the drinks without asking. Manager made the experience much better, and is doing great. Entire time bartender ignored us, made low quality versions of drinks I ve had before, and left messes all over the bar for guests to come into - including myself who had the entire bar and some of the seat soaked. Wonderful place, but replace your bartender, otherwise avoid the bar.

12/2/23 I m editing this review because I went like a year ago . Been back about 4 x every time the food is consistently good as well as service . It s now going to be my where should we grab a bite place !!!! .and You have got to go when they have their holiday pop up which is now . I went for my bday and we all had a ball. It s decorated where even a depressed person will come to life . The servers were great and they were very accommodating . They reserved a table for me but the prior people were there 4 hours .. as soon as they left they switched us to my table without a hitch . The snapper w green coconut curry sauce was so good I m going back w my kids and grandkids hopefully next week . Go now !!!! It s fabulous I loved it ! I came in in the back section last night (04/10) around 6:30 with a dark haired friend. I say that hopefully find and to kuddos our server (brown color floppy hair young guy). He did a fabulous job, I loved the food, The service, and the ambiance. But honestly this review is geared toward my service. He anticipated my moves, was always present, but never hovered, and was kind, but not overly enthusiastic. Vegans and Vegetarians rejoice! SYC has you pretty well covered. They have a wonderful roasted carrot hummus with all the vegetables and they have some amazing Cauliflower and potato tacos. I will say the tacos have a lot of Indian flavor which I loved but not everyone does. In fact, I think some chutney would be a great add to these tacos to cut the spice. My husband had a burger and enjoyed (the fries were crack!). Id love to see more vegetarian and vegan options but hey, we veg heads know we are lucky to have one option! This is an awesome spot with great views! I highly recommend. The GM, Chelsea came out and talked to us and our dogs were welcomed on the patio! I loved this experience! Vegetarian options: There are two vegan options only one is clearly marked (Tacos) so my guess is the roasted carrot hummus is not actually vegan.

With the weather already warming up into the 80s in Dallas, a patio was definitely the place to be on this good Friday! Suburban Yacht doesnt disappoint. They have a large happy hour selection. Drinks and bites are $2 off menu price. Their Paloma is my go to. Its strong and has a little more flare than your average Paloma. My girl ordered margaritas...and she tried all 3 flavors throughout our time there. We also ordered the Calamari.. yum, perfectly cooked, not chewy at all. The rolled chicken tacos (taquitos), were very good. And we ended with the ceviche, which was seasoned just right! It was just what I needed after a long month. Definitely check this place out for yourself!

Perfect experience. Like literally the best place to randomly stumble upon! My friend and I were just looking for a bar that was close to us and this happened to be the one! It was sooo nice to be welcomed upon arrival with a perfect smile and hospitality! We went to the bar and there seemed to be a regular there who wanted to welcome us and that was a great start to the experience. THEN, the extraordinary bartender! I think her name was kaylee? But she was so sweet so kind and so courteous! I felt like my friend and I were being difficult so i felt so bad! But she literally just rolled with the punches and was still so kind I asked for the cutest drink they had and she gave me this! It was soooo sweet of her to even care that much! I m literally a manager, as well as my friend, at a different corporation, but we both agreed that they were such a well ran staff! The food was great! And the atmosphere was just so beautiful considering it was kind of warm out and the whole patio was open. Loved it and we agreed that we will definitely come back more frequently.

Went here during the Christmas pop-up with a group of 5 and had a wonderful time. There was a bit of a wait, but its easy enough to kill a little time at Union Bear a few doors down! Came by with wife Sun night. Was slow because of the Cowboys game. Our server was super nice and warm smile. Service was good. Ordered the 3 tacos. Did the carne asada, fish and pulled pork. Wife got a cocktail. She really liked it and it came in a cute pick flamingo floaty. You get to take the floaty home. Also the clam chowder was really good and a nice portion. Came here last night for the first time with one of my best friends and this place was amazing! The ambience and decor is nice. It definitely gives beach vibes. Despite the heat we chose to sit outside to get the ambiance of being outdoors. There were large televisions that showed the image of sand and water to give the vibe being on an island. I came into Suburban Yaught Club with extremely high expectations. I expected a diverse menu and delicious cocktails. Let me start by saying my salmon was delicious! It was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. That being said, there were not many menu options that would have me coming back. The flaming hot elote dip was also fantastic! The other food was mediocre and the drink options were meh. The sangria I ordered was alright, but nothing to rave about. If youre in the area and want to stop in, definitely do it. But, I wont be making a special trip to go back. The service was a little slow.

Our favorite chill lunch spot! Love the atmosphere and service. There hasn t been a meal or drink, I didn t like. It s also not easy finding a restaurant with room or accommodations for a toddler and an infant that both need high chairs. My wife ordered a cocktail, basic beach and came with a little inflatable we got to keep! I ordered a draft beer called golden opportunity. Ordered calamari and it was super delicious. With a chili sweet sauce. Ordered their California burrito, which is kind of course to the one is California. It was very cheesy so if you like cheese it will be great. Amazing food! My wife loved the watermelon cooler! The Del Mar Shrimp Tacos and Baja Beer Battered Fish Taco (favorite) were great! The California classic burrito was great too! Careful if the sauce, its a little ! The street taco plate was great too! Amazing food! The service was a little slow, but thats okay, the atmosphere was great! Well be back! Would highly recommend!
