It s been more than 12 weeks on my eviction case and there has been no straight update. Every time I asked or reach out there is a story but no specific progress. Loosing my trust on this firm to resolve my matter. No transparency and no accountability. Stay away!!

Mark Girling got the job done, I have been to court 6 times and he put a stop to that. I got my house back, got rid of the squatters. Now I have legally got a judgement against them. It was a little pricey for me I do recommend them

I found everyone I spoke to at the firm to be helpful and very prompt at getting back to me. I mainly dealt with Holly and Mae who were very professional and supportive. My impression is that the firm is ran very well. They immediately went into action on my behalf. Thank you

The absolute worst communication and are holding me back from hiring a collection agency. As every day goes by I m losing money. They provided an incomplete judgment and it s 45+ days old. Iv been trying to get ahold of them for 2 weeks now and they refuse to call or email me back as they owe me the rest of my retainer. Also charged me for a 1 minute phone call to ask if my tenant moved out after I have already told them he did months prior. This company is very unprofessional. Edit: Mark Girling called me back after reading this review to address my concerns and I formed me that he is experiencing turn over within the company and one person is swamped with work. Understandable but this is costing me time and money. He says they would file the necessary paperwork that should have been done weeks ago by Friday(no promises) and would give me a phone number to get ahold of Linda who has been handling my case. I didn t receive the number and my trust within this company is next to non-existent with my experience so far. I want to see results not hear excuses. I m still owed the rest of my retainer. About 6 months later im still owed the rest of my retainer. This law firm is absolute poo. Avoid at all costs

Attorney Gurling came to court hearing unprepared, without throughly reviewing the case. It was a disaster. It turns out all of the lawyer jokes are not jokes after all. In his case they are all true!

Will be filing a litigation soon. Terrible experience. Promised to evict my tenant in 6 weeks max. Ended up being 12 weeks. Team is not responsive. It took them 4 weeks to deliver a notice to vacate. Marc is not checking in on his team at all or on the progress. I had to beg for updates, and every update is $60. Do NOT recommend. Stay away.

I was not prepared to be a landlord and my ignorance made this case more difficult than it should have been. Girling Law helped me with damage control and back on my feet. I will continue to work with them proactively advised in future decisions and recommend them to average Joes like myself. Total scumbags ran my retainer down to 78 cents because I complained about them making a number of mistakes during the case causing me issues and additional attorney fees to correct prior to appeal eviction hearing. They were lucky enough to win in JP Court but it was only because it was cut and dry and the renter already had moved out two days before the trial.

I don t know where to start with this review but I wish there was a ZERO star to rate. Our experience with Marc was EXTREMELY horrible and a nightmare to say the least. They ask you to pay the retainer fee before they send you a contract to sign. They sent me an email stating that if I do not sign the contract, they will refund me the whole amount which is expected from any company. They sent it to me on Thursday late afternoon and I responded on Saturday morning. After waiting 2 months, Marc refused to pay me the retainer because they claimed that they did work for me (really!??!) and then he went further by threatening to sue me personally. So let s think about this for a second I was about to hire a lawyer who in turn wanted to sue me? LOL! Keep in mind that the amount wasn t $100. We re talking thousands here. He lied in every message he communicated with me. When I began the dispute process, he used absurd language with me his client by calling me cheap, deceitful, dishonest, a cheater, etc. The funny thing is that when he was insulting me in the emails, he kept referring to information that wasn t even true to my case, which confirms that he never even read my file. I rarely write reviews but I strongly feel the need for this one. He is a lawyer that you should NOT hire or deal with. I wish I never contacted his office for any service. When you read my review I really hope that I can save someone from doing any business with him and prevent a LOT of headache and stress.

Mark Girling put them in their place a worked a reasonable outcome. With out his help it would have severely crippled my business. Quick, efficient and reasonably priced. I had a real bad scammer and the woman who acted as his wife in one of my rental homes. They paid first month rent and deposit then not another penny after I spent thousands replacing flooring and paint. I listened to the stories about when I would get paid, checks that were coming. I gave a three day notice to pay or quit but did it all wrong and they ignored. I wish I had hired Girling before they missed the second month s rent. They were evicted in a few weeks, a judgment obtained and I received a small refund as the initial payment was more than enough for the whole process. I highly recommend calling Girling for eviction work. It took all the worry off me and I was able to rent the home again in short order for a higher price.
