Best dog park around, in my opinion. There are many nice people, too, most of whom really monitor their dogs. The place has available water, a large dog and small dog area, and is meticulously maintained. Their is plenty of parking, and miles of paved hiking trails. Highly recommended. Playground: Great splash pad for kids. Toilets: Plenty. Seemed clean.

lots of the photos on this page are for Tom Mulenbeck Rec Center. Anything that has a pool or a slide is going to be at Tom Mulenbeck. There is a splash pad and an excellent playground at Windhaven Meadows. There is also a big dog park that has sections for large dogs and small dogs. 9/10 Would Recommend

My 4 grandkids, ages 6, 6, 8, and 10, really enjoy playing at this park. They call it spider park because of the mesh ropes they can climb all over. It also has a splash pad they enjoy. The restrooms provided are nearby, and there are picnic tables available. There is also an adjacent dog park.

It s fun for the kids , the life guards are very professional and kept eyes on the kids . The front desk staff were helpful. The 4 stars for the inside water , i felt it was not super clean as the rest of the pools

WOW. This park is great if you love taking walks, if you have fur babies, if you have kids, if you need a place to have a small birthday get together, love biking, or just need some time in the sun. Restrooms are always clean. Grass is always trimmed. There is a nice picnic area with plenty of space. And just has a really good environment. Would recommend this park to anyone looking for a nice place to get fresh air.

Excellent location for all kids. Safe and secure. Can get very crowded and weekends and when the weather is nice. There is a dog park on one side, sometimes clueless dog owners bring their dogs into the childrens play area!

Never knew the name of this park if its actually a park. Its awesome deer here the last time I came. I enjoy#SUP.. stand up paddle-boarding on this lake often.. very peaceful place. Lord, its so good to spend some time fellowshiping with you away from the hustle and bustle of the city. #Dallas #Texas

The sunsets are really nice at this park. Came back to enjoy it during the day this time. The restrooms are very clean and there s a huge dog park. The playground has a large variety of sensory and motor activities for kids and the walkway/bike trail is really relaxing. Lots of parking available & a fun splash pad for the kiddos. This is our new favorite park!

Good location, lot of activities. Huge play area for kids, big playground and a water fountain area. Spacious picnic area, long walking trails and a couple of dog parks. Overall a great place to spend evenings and weekends with family. Playground: Big playground for various outdoor sports like Soccer, cricket etc. Toilets: Neat and clean well maintained. Dog-friendliness: 2 dog parks both are quite huge with all required facilities. Picnic area: Big, lighted picnic area which can easily accommodate 50 to 60 people sitting on benches

Super fun! Gave it a 4 cause I wish the splash pad had sponge padding instead of just concrete. But other than that, its a nice pool, we didnt get to use the inside due to adult time only rule. But we will be back!

We visited from out of town. What a wonderful place to take the kids! 52 dollars for 7 people. The pool - wow!!! Best indoor pool ever! I wish we had something like this in central AR. Too cold for the outdoor pool.

Probably the one of the nicest playgrounds in the nation. There are lots of equipments in different varieties in a beautiful park. Kids of all ages can play here. They get to climb, train on various physical movements, and sensory. My son had a great time and felt safe to play here.

This is a great park. Has a splash pad, separate dog park. It has a trail which is around 0.9 mile for a single round. There is a kids park which is very good and has a lot of unique stuff. The only problem is that it s super crowded :-)

I havent swum in 5 years but have started back. This facility is designed in the 1960s style which is unfortunate for a facility built in 2008. The Plano West swim team deserves a better facility to use for a team that in prior years have turned out state champions. In addition during certain times of the day it is tough to find Swim Lap Lane Availability. The water temperature is good for lap swimming. Not too hot not too cold.

Not happy with the restrictions on the water slides. Even if my son is tall enough he must be able to swim 25 meters?! The slides done empty to a pool but a channel of water 4 deep. That s egregious; the city run water park in Carrollton had my son and his friends riding their slides with zero incidents safely. There are many other options available with city water parks and consequently I do not recommend this one.
