When everyone else was asking for a huge sum of money, Kimberly Maam stepped in with a very fair Fee for her Services. It was a very short notice and I did not have much time to file my I485. She heard me very Calmly and said do not worry I WILL TAKE CARE. And she did take care, the more I thank Kinser Law Firm the less it would be. We reached out to the firm for an immigration question and booked a telephonic meeting. Our call got rescheduled few times. We got a call from the lawyer before the scheduled time because she was available. Responses we got for the lawyer were simply yes and no. We could have find the answers with a simple google search. We were not asked about the background and any relevant details.

They don t return calls or emails. Calls always go to voicemail like they know we are calling. When we do get in contact with some their excuse is always due to covid. It s been ongoing for six months now.

Amazing attorney. Will help anyone out above and beyond. Whatever is going to happen, she will be upfront and Guide you. She has been attorney for my visa purposes and also my friends and my familys. Never had a problem. Was reading lower rated reviews which was there. All I have to ask them is REALLY? I personally never had any delays or wrong information. I would like to suggest one thing more, read a review that she charges for everything. Of course she should, or else go to a cheap attorney and get screwed over. All I got to tell you is You are an amazing attorney, Kimberly. My visa might or might not get approved which depends on USCIS, but you are awesome. Ms. Kinser definitely knows what shes doing. I was surprised with the amount of knowledge she had prior. The questions asked to me during our initial pre-case taking appointment in order to understand the case were enough to convince me. What i have learned with my experience that E-MAIL is the best option to contact her rather then calling or showing up at the office. The effort she put responding the recent RFEs and research behind it was great considering the fact that she did complet all the pre-requisites in the very beginning and still received RFE.

Kimberly is very professional, diligent, experienced, and honest lawyer. She handled our case from 2012 and we got success every time she filed petition for us. We finally got a green card without having any issue. She always gives right advise and also notifies the consequences of the case. I think the success of the case lies based on the complexity of the case. No attorney gives 100% guarantee for success. But. she always try her best to handle cases successfully. I have never seen any mistake from her side while handling the case. I will always recommend her for any immigration related cases.

l would not recommend thats all I have to say my fiancee visa was revoked because of Kimberly Kinser the reason we hire a lawyer so we wont make mistakes but in this case its the lawyer not satisfied with the work she has done on my fiancee K1 Visa......I will respond Kimberly Kinser after a mistake why didnt you tell us me and my fiancee not to renew Japan residential entry ? Why??? Thats the reason why my fiancee visa was revoked after I landed in Japan and the law was amended in 2016 of April you as my lawyer shouldve told us not to renew Then want to charge me $3,000 to $4,000 for another Visa a mistake you did Kimberly Kinserly after you charge me $2,770 plus took my fiancee to get visa and revoked 2 years and a half Im not happy and I thank God my family and friends are helping me God Bless and by the way in 2 years in a half I only saw you 3 times to charge me more money to revalidate my fiancee visa thats not right Im done

Money hungry ego driven lawyer. Worst ever doesnt return your calls never in the office always sick or with her dogs. I paid her over 15,000 to file L 1a case and I got nothing. My case was sent to the wrong address repeatedly. She claimed she filed it but doesnt provide receipt notice. Forget getting a refund. You hear on the radio show and she is nice and personable but in reality, an unethical and lazy person. DONT USE HER.

I am truly grateful with Kimberlys service I dont have words to thank her enough for all she has done for my family. It was a long process but she managed to handle everything at a professional matter. My husband had consulted several attorneys whom most of them said couldnt do anything to help us fix his status. My husband got encarcerated while we were in this whole procedure with a dwi not to mention he already had a bad history but somehow she managed to help us get him out and he is now a resident.
