Laura and Dawn had an uphill battle with my difficult disability case but we stand in victory with a favorable decision- Laura is by far the best Disability attorney I have ever had the privilege of working with and it has been so worth the wait! We both were worried after my hearing but I followed through with everything that was asked of me including fighting with my doctors to fill out the forms needed by the court! It s been a battle but Laura never gave up and she truly loves what she does and that s being a voice for those of us who cannot speak for ourselves- thank you so much for all you do in serving those of us with disabilities

Filing for disability alone is really stressful especially after being denied twice, so I looked in my area for an attorney that might help, even listen to my case. I am young so that makes it harder to get approved. Even before they took my case, Dawn at the front desk, was beyond helpful, professional and caring. I knew I had chosen wisely. Her and Laura contacted me often to let me know what was going on each step of the way! Even during the pandemic! Assisted with all the tedious paperwork and files needed and never had to worry. I hired this firm after carefully considering many options. For me, disability was something that I found very hard to get approved for, even though my abilities completely prohibit me from working. And, without approval, my life as I knew would end. After being denied initially on my own, I put my life in Laura and her assistants hands. During the process, they were kind,helpful, and even sympathetic to my needs. They were knowledgeable, and kept me informed the whole way through. Dawn, who took my calls, was patient and always kind. And Laura, she knew every aspect of law that would lead to a favorable outcome. I highly recommend Nancy Amick if you are seeking an honest and responsive attorney. Nancy explained the pros and cons of my divorce and child custody agreement and gave me the advise I needed to make the best decision given my situation. My divorce was settled to my satisfaction without having to go to the extreme expense of court.

I would highly recommend Laura Gadness to represent you on fighting your disability case. She worked so hard and won both me and my husbands disability cases. She handled all the paperwork, requested all the medical records, did all the phone calls and leg work. She was very professional and she even traveled to Oklahoma City for the court hearing because we originally were in Texas when we signed up with her but we had since moved while fighting for our case and she came to Oklahoma City for the court hearing for both me and my husband from Plano. They answered all of our questions and put all of our worries at rest. Look no further and go with this Law Firm you will not regret it. She is wonderful!

I would highly recommend Laura Gadness for representation of disability claims under social security laws. She is very knowledgeable of the inner workings of disability claims. She guided me through the paperwork requirements and maintained contact through the entire process, which took nearly two years (which is not unusual). She level-set expectations and shared that it was common to get denials during the first two phases, but that we should proceed to the hearing phase anyway. Laura always responded quickly to my questions. At the formal hearing, I found her to be completely prepared with my case and professionally argued the merits before the judge, resulting in a favorable ruling!

I filed for disability with another office and was so confused with the paperwork. I felt like I was doing all the work myself. I found Amick, Stevens and Gadness and after the first consultation they completely took over! I knew I was in great hands! They would call every now and again to get updates when needed but they took care of ALL the paperwork and phone calls. It is a very lengthy process but they hang in for the duration and are so helpful and encouraging. I did end up winning my case and I know it was due in part because of these incredible people!

I was so blessed to meet both Nancy and Laura at a networking group and I made an appointment with Laura for a 1 on 1. As we were sharing, I told her about my son who had been left disabled after a terrible accident and had subsequently been denied disability benefits. We were so disheartened when this happened as you might expect, but did not have an attorney represent us because we did not know we needed one. Laura asked to see the case, talked with my son...took his case and won! She has gone the extra mile for our family against all odds and we will be forever grateful!!!!
