We had an absolutely terrible experience, both with the food and the customer service. We ordered Chicken 65 Biryani and specifically requested that it shouldnt be too sweet. Yet, what we received was something that seemed more like a dish prepared in China, drenched in sauce. When we pointed this out, the staff were completely unprofessional, acting as if they were educating us on what Chicken 65 Biryani is. To make matters worse, they even asked us for our preferred spice level while ordering, but clearly, that didn t matter. Completely disappointing! We trashed everything in front of them!!!

This restaurant is always inconsistent. On weekends, the food quality is better but never have food during week days. I ordered Chicken pakoda and Hariyali Chicken. Both were so bad and hard as a rock. Overall, it was a letdown and not something I would recommend.

We have been eating here regularly but their food has become really bad now. Posting this as we are eating. Too much of unnecessary spices, no taste, kadai paneer has so much oil and too much of salt. Noodles had weired spices. The worst is they do not accept feedback. Not eating anymore here.

Ordered goat dum biryani it was the worst food I ever had. They literally marinated pieces with chicken sauces, gravy and color so it doesn t taste like goat at all. It just looks like chicken biryani and Pieces were so hard and was not able to chew them properly. No taste and it is not fresh at all. Not worth the $16 price. Would never order food from here again. I hope they seriously focus on the food quality.

I was expecting something similar to the one in Irving. This one is inside a supermarket. I wanted some shrimp with curry but contrary to the one Irving ,they dont sell it here. I took the chicken one and it wasnt good (cartilage/fat) and didnt have that much chicken (it was around 9pm, so i dont know if they ran out of good chicken. The curry was really good. The person taking the orders was kind and the service was good.

The food was still very good. I had ordered chicken fried rice and it was a mixture of noodles and rice. Not a huge deal but Im just super picky on how my noodles are cooked which is why I didnt order the noodles and got rice instead. Noodles were mushy but it was still good. Definitely 100% take notes from desi district Frisco on their chicken fried rice. Whoever is in the kitchen making it in Frisco is an absolute legend.

I had chicken lollipop, samosa, chicken tikka kati roll, cupcake. Disgustingly they served cupcake first which is very hard and when asked they told by mistake they served demo item and then they replaced with other cupcake which is taken from freezer behind the counter, after sometime they serve chicken lollipop and samosa. The lollipop was very hard to chew and not in a condition to eat, Samosa was good no complaints. Now the last item arrives which was cooked and served hot but the taste sucks. I was very hungry and wanted to have some good food but this place really made me upset. I hope the management takes care of the food they are going to serve.

This is horrible don t know how some people can even like this place any dish that has soup or curry has way too much tomato sauce. I almost burnt my mouth the first bite but the curry is not hot but the chicken is burning. The price is way too much considering to the quantity. The chicken is flavorless too, would not recommend going here. I would rate this a 0 but there is no lower then 1 star. Worst Indian restaurant.

I am pregnant and ordered a Medium spice biryani. I m South Indian and able to tolerate very spicy food. The biryani I tried from this place was horrendous. The spiciest biryani I ve ever tried. Ordered idli samabar. Sambar is half of curry leaves ,red chillies ,drumsticks and for 3 idlis not sufficient at all. They will charge 3 dollars extra for smabar. I could eat only 2 idlis and to finish 1 more idli I was asked to pay 3 dollars for sambar. Staff is very adamant. Chutney is very spicy and went direct to thrash.

Ive been ordering special chicken biryani and chicken dum biryani consistently for a couple months now and enjoyed eating it quite a lot. The recipe for this has changed recently and it tastes very different. I personally believe that the earlier recipe was much better so I request you to change the recipe back to the previous one. We ordered a chicken burger, but what we received was something beyond disappointing. It consisted of a bun, a chicken patty, and an overwhelming garlic and chili powder mix (vellulipayakaram). This was not at all what we expected from a burger. To provide a better experience for customers, the owners and chefs should taste the food they serve. It felt like false advertising to call this a burger when it resembled more of a garlic sandwich. We paid approximately $10 for this garlic sandwich, which we found completely unworthy of the price. Furthermore, when we requested extra cheese during our order, we received hardly any cheese at all. This experience left us quite dissatisfied with our meal. I understand that our feedback may not significantly impact your business, but please consider the experience of customers who are investing their hard-earned money. If its not possible to improve the dish, it might be a good idea to consider removing it from the menu to avoid further customer disappointment.

NO NO NO DON T please don t buy food and waste your money. Nothing , absolutely nothing close to Irving branch. The biryani we ordered was worst and of very low quality. I asked the lady in the store, if it s same taste like Irving. She said yes .. When I went home and I realized I have been cheated. It was nothing close to biryani It was rather pulav, with lots of turmeric color. I am super disappointed I will rate them -5 if they have negative rating.. I WILL NEVER BUY FOOD HERE AGAIN. UPDATE : 04/16 : Spoke to Owner. He personally discussed this review and advised that he intervened and made changes to the staff and cook. And he assured that Biryani at this location, is now being cooked to match the taste and quantity of Irving. I haven t tried yet. But you guys can surely try and advise others the same.
