I came in and there was no one there to help me so I ordered on the self kiosk even though I saw workers just standing there and talking. I waited over twenty minutes for just a burger and fries and the employee who finally handed it to me was rude. The food wasn t good either and it was greasy and cold like it had been sitting there for a while. Never coming back!!!

The food is hot and seasoned well. Timely service. I participated in Lunch With a Loved One at my kids school. A portion of the money was donated to their school through PTA. It wasn t easy to find the donation section. Aron G. at the Plano location saw my confusion and immediately came to offer assistance. He was very helpful. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly portions and easy to eat on the go.

This is our go to place monthly in Plano for Shake Shack. Legacy west is harder to find parking and its way too busy. This is a quieter place, but runs efficiently when they get busy. Sad to see American Express getting rid of their Shake Shack credit. Went all out for our last meal here- double truffle burger special, fries, malted milkshake. Enjoyed everything! Highly recommended and well surely miss our monthly Shake Shack

The Kiosk that we tried multiple times didnt take our order. It kept saying order out of sync. So we asked for help and Aron G. Politely abliged. Good food. Atmosphere is fast food. My buddies and I went there for Friday lunch and we all enjoyed our food. My chocolate shake was delicious, and the double cheeseburger was great. The fries were very edible but not as good as the other items. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.

Went here for the 1st time 8/14/24, ordered a Shake Burger; burger came with 1 piece of welted lettuce & 1 nail size of onion, who does that. Watched a guy use 1 wipe to clean 3 tables; this is called cross contamination. Recommend cleaning your own table.

FANTASTIC staff on today s evening shift (Thursday Aug. 15, 2024). Stopped by here for a quick dinner and am thoroughly impressed. All the staff were very attentive to customers and their needs, something I haven t seen at a fast food restaurant in a long time. I want to specifically highlight the gentleman with locs, glasses, and a green bandana head wrap. He took my empty tray for me and also lowered the blinds so the Sun wouldn t blind us. I seen him go from table to table asking customers if they needed anything and taking their trash. I appreciate him being so dedicated to his job, I don t see that very often!!! The other staff were attentive just the same. Food was amazing as well! Bathroom was very clean. Highly recommend this location. I will be back.

The food wasnt good and the lettuce on all of the sandwiches, burgers, looked like they were full of warts, this usually means theyre not peeling away the bad part to get you the good fresh part, the menus are tricky so read carefully twice or youll end up getting something that you didnt want. Food took over 20 minutes for only 2 chicken sandwiches and a burger and some cheese fries, and also everything was cold like it was just sitting in the air for a long time. I went back to fix the order and they just messed it up again. My suggestion is that retraining is urgently needed! I wanted to love this Shake Shack but they let me down big time! smh

This location is the better of the 2 located in Plano as you usually can get in and out without any issues and your order is always correct . The food comes out quick, hot, & seasoned. The area around the location is not congested allowing for ease of access. I came in on an empty Tuesday afternoon (maybe one other person in drive thru). Ordered a Shroom Burger. Took about 10 mins for my order to come out. I took one bite of the burger and it hit me like a truck. The crunch, the crisp, the freshness, it was one of the best burgers I ve had. You could immediately tell it was freshly made and the cook put in the work for that burger. I will say the size of the burger was smaller than I expected. For a $9 burger, I would expect a normal size, but I guess times are tough for everyone lol.

We recently revisited the Shake shack on Preston and Park. We ate their initially when it opened And the food was good, however, I m not sure what happened, but it has declined significantly. I ordered the shake chicken sandwich, my son ordered the double shake burger, and my husband ordered a regular burger. When the food came out, my son s hamburger was so greasy and the bun was full of butter and grease. The burger itself was almost not edible. I had to ask for another bun without grease, because the one That came with my son s burger didn t even barely cover the burger and was covered in disgusting grease. I have pictures below to show how bad it was. You would expect for almost the $52 that we paid that we could get a meal that was edible. I am very disappointed in the quality of the food. I feel like it has gone downhill since it first open. I don t know if it was just a bad day, but definitely enough to make us never go back. My chicken sandwhich was saturared in oil. I m sure the shakes are good I ve never tried them but they look good. At least they won t be full of Grease.

For the life of me, I cannot understand the unmitigated gall this establishment has to ask for a tip when checking out. You have to place your own order and then pay for it. You basically do not interact with a single human being except to pick up your order when they get around to calling out your name. They cook the food and then set it on the counter, just like tens of thousands of other fast food establishments have been doing for over 50+ years. Where do they get off asking for a tip. And, they didnt even get the order right when we were called to pick our order up from the counter. Had to ask for our shakes, and one didnt even have the ordered whip cream. And, one order had a gluten free bun, but it was not marked gluten free, so how am I to be sure it truly is a gluten free bun? For (3) sandwiches, (3) fries and (2) shakes (nothing special) for $54.00, Ill go elsewhere next time.

Overall really enjoyed. Tasty burger, seemed a little small, but actually its nice to have human sized portion and not something stupid huge. Fries were also good. Areas for improvement, the pictures barely resemble what you get, less toppings in real life, and they need to offer a water cup that is bigger than a Dixie cup. Still in the rotation, good burgers with fresh meat and tasty sauce.

Ordered an avocado burger and three big issues, cross contaminated on grill (extremely spicy even without peppers due to grill not cleaned), missing the avocado, and too and bottom bun soggy from sitting. Not good for a 15$ burger. When I asked a gentleman for a remake he said they couldnt since it already hit my table. Sweet tea I ordered was actually perfect, but no refills. Overall not bad, but the price makes it horrible.

Aboultely, delicious, fresh, high-quality burgers, chicken sandwiches, and bites. I didnt get a chance to try the shakes, frozen custard, or their wine and beer. Next time, for sure. I usually like Shake Shack but this location is just weird. They specifically asked for a tip, which I gave, but service is non-existent. They gave me a number to put on my table, yet they yelled my name to pick up my order. I dont mind picking up my own orders but why did they even give a number in the first place? There was no ketchup to be found where the ketchup cups are. No one even bothered to bring ketchup when I asked. I understand this is a fast food place and should not expect much but I do not appreciate the pressure to tip, especially when there is no service at all. Not coming back.

Their kiosk ordering menu doesnt describe what does or doesnt come on a burger. Turns out you just get a plain burger with condiments that come in little packets on your tray. Good luck finding someone to bring you more than just one ketchup . My burger was overcooked and just slapped together...the bun was smooshed and the meat was hanging half out when it was brought out. Water cups are the size of bathroom Dixie cups. The day we were there it was 45 degrees outside but the a/c was still blasting inside. We were freezing and our food was cold before we could even finish. Id have been much happier with McDonalds given this experience.

First time eating there. Not impressed. I ordered a BLT for something a little lighter, and it was very sad looking. Just a piece or two of lettuce, a couple of very small tomatoes, and some very thin pieces of bacon. $6 for something barely larger than my ketchup packet. Also, drinks are rather pricey. Three dollars for iced tea in a cup a little bit larger than a solo cup. I won t be returning.

This place is really super nice and clean. The self checkouts at the time wasn t working with the card readers. Ordered our food at the cashier with no problems. We ordered the bacon double cheeseburger, avocado double cheeseburger, regular fries, spicy cheese fries and 2 large drinks. The burger patties are the smash burger type. My bacon double cheeseburger was very juicy and cheesy. The taste was just terrific. One of the best smash burgers I ve had. Fries was nice and crispy with the right amount of salt. Would i recommend this place? I definitely will!!!

Very delicious, the place is clean and pleasant. Their ordering system is very easy to use and I love that you can customize your order including your allergies. Dietary restrictions: Very good with the topic of allergies, it gives you the option to select if you have a food allergy. In my case, I breastfeed and my baby is allergic to cow protein, which is a very useful option for me.

Yuck! The grilled cheese sandwich they served my daughter was totally burnt and looked like it was an old grilled cheese sandwich that was pulled out from a trash can. It was totally disgusting and I returned to the counter. The kitchen staff made her another sandwich but she was too upset and could not finish it. Even though my daughter likes grilled cheese sandwiches from Shake Shack I will not be returning to this location when she requests Shake Shack. I have been to other locations in DFW and other States and this one does not match up to the Shake Shack standard. Shake Shack at Plano Pkwy and Park you have to do better! Very disappointed. Meal was not worth the price. Grossly over priced. The fries with cheese had cheese that tasted old with cold fries. Burger was smashed down and skinny. The strawberry shake was good but meal was a little over $20 and was no where near worth that price. The burger also seemed very undersized.

Delicious burgers. Our kids really like the fries as well. The nice thing about the burgers are that they seem appropriately sized and not gigantic like a lot of burger places. The building, being relatively new, seems to be clean and well done. The AC definitely works as both times we have been there everyone is cold inside the restaurant. Not too terribly cold but going into the Texas heat doesnt feel too bad after being in there. Ultimately, we will go again as our kids like the burgers and grilled cheese.

Just went to Shake Shack for the first time and was truly disappointed! Placed an order for 4 people for the Shake Stack (beef with mushroom) and fries to go and the total was $68.22. The girl taking the order then tells me to select the tip amount. I asked a tip just to take a to go order? She said it was for all of the workers in the restaurant. I thought they were paid wages for that, but gave a $5 tip anyway. I guess the tip was to small, because when the order was ready, she and another girl stood behind the counter and yelled my name for me to come pick it up, when they were carrying orders to other tables since we were given numbers. The burger was average in taste but they are the size of most places junior size burgers. The fries were average crinkle type fries, nothing special! You would think for the price of the food at the place; with small portions.

I do like the food. Unfortunately the service wasnt great. We walked in to order at the counter. No one was there. Two guys in the back ignored us at first then told us to use the kiosk to order. We were paying cash so we couldnt. He said he cant do that and would have to wait for a manager then told us there were only 4 people working and wed have to wait. Got our food and it was good as usual. Better customer service...cmon man.

This location is terrible. We ordered online for drive through pick up. I got a message it was ready so I pulled up and indeed, it s NOT ready. So I asked what they wanted me to do and they said wait. Then they tried giving me two random drinks which I hadn t ordered and then when I told them what drinks I ordered they acted like they didn t know what a fifty/fifty was even though that s what it is on the menu. I ve been to a few different shake shacks and this is by far the worst one I have ever been to.

I was overjoyed upon learning Shake Shack was opening up in my neck of the woods, and Ive been there several times since. Whether dining in or going through the online order drive-thru, the service has always been a positive experience. The menu is a bit pricer than other burger joints, however, and a single patty burger (currently $6.59) probably wont fill you up. But taste-wise, they are definitely a top contender for fast food burger restaurants. I especially enjoy their crinkle cut fries with cheese. And also the limited-time Hot Ones menu items would love it they were permanent!
