Barbieri Law was able to provide us with great results, however, there were a couple hiccups in the service. Something to note, Ive worked with several law firms in the past and I understand they all nickel and dime, but it felt like a new level here. Other law firms Ive worked with would enter exact minutes for billing, however, this law firm appears to round up anything that took less than 12 minutes up to 12 minutes(they label it as 0.2 hours). May not seem like a big deal but it adds up when theres dozens of entries like this split a part each month. Also, instead of grouping up, lets say 3, activities that would take 12 minutes into one single 0.2 hour entry, theyll just add 3 separate entries for 0.2 hours. So if someone did 3 tasks that were like 1 minute(like responding to a yes/no question within an email), youd be charged 36 minutes. I chose to take away 1 star in my review for this. The other hiccup, I asked a very critical question to the firms front desk and they said theyd get back to me. The firm charged me for asking the question and for the front desk persons time, which is fair. The problem was they never got back to me with the answer and I had to follow up again. They recharged me for asking again and also for the front desks time. And yes, forwarding my email to someone else took 0.2 hours. I let them know that I was not happy about me having to pay for their mistakes and they did nothing to make that right. I chose to deduct 2 stars for this instance.

I was out walking my dog and he got over heated. I walked into this place desperate for cool air and ice water for him. Sammy greeted us and helped us out right away. She was super friendly and helpful. She also told me about the firms capabilities and background in the mean time. She seemed very passionate and enthusiastic about the work this firm does. If you need a DUI attorney in Plano, you can do no better than Heather Barbieri Law Firm. Criminal attorneys in the DFW area often just have an assembly line for fighting DWI charges. Barbieri Law Firm, P.C., is by far the best firm I have ever dealt with in my lifetime. I spoke to several attorneys regarding my case and they all didn t have a good outlook. When I met with Mrs. Barbieri she gave me hope and assured me things will be alright. We were assigned by Ms. Gavin for a DWI case which was also a violation for my felony probation. They were doing weekly warrant checks for me and luckily none came out. For my DWI, I knew I was innocent but the law system has burned me in the past. We decided to file a motion to dismiss which turned out to be a mini trial (8hrs). It was hard to hear the cops state so many inaccuracies when they were on the stand. Ms. Gavin prepared for an amazing motion which proved that this was a bogus charge. The prosecutor knew it was but all they wanted was a conviction. Ms. Gavin was very confident, calm and collective. She laid out all the facts, evidence, and also viewpoints that I didn t think about. She especially had a strong closing statement. It put a smile on my face how well she represented me. It s hard to hear lies from the prosecutor and the cops but she made me very confident throughout the whole process. The judge s outcome was unlawful detainment, unlawful search, and unlawful arrest due to how Ms. Gavin presented the case. She didn t treat this as just a job but you can tell she genuinely cared and she was very patient. She listed to everything I had to say. This is your freedom and you can t put a price on it. I highly recommend Ms. Gavin and Barbieri Law Firm. Thank you, Ms. Gavin for representing me and fighting for my freedom

This has been my best experience with a law firm in the US yet. Barbieri Law, specifically Doug Gladden and Taylor Brayton, are a cut above the rest. I came to them with an incredibly time sensitive and outside the norm issues and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Doug was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly who to reach out to and how to solve our issue even though it wasnt something theyve dealt with before. His expert guidance, impressive legal knowledge, and the amount of contacts he had at his disposal turned what was fast becoming a personal nightmare, into a slam dunk, and within the time frame I needed. My bondmen wanted me to stay in Texas while waiting for this court. With the help of these lawyers, they were able to switch that around and able to let me go back home to Georgia.
