My wife and I have been familiar with the excellent service level and reputation of SMD for years so it was an easy selection when we were seeking guidance on a business acquisition. Our medical practice accounting/bookkeeping firm gave us one week notice that they would not have the personnel to service our practice. That was bad enough, but it occurred when we were having issues that needed eagle-eye attention. Based on a recommendation, I called Sean at SMD Consulting and Accounting.
