every year we have Eid Mela, they dont put any trial room for us. They charge all the booth owner a lot of money but Dont care about the women. We have to go to nasty rest room which is always dirty. Please Dont be Self fish. Do something.

We had our daughters HS graduation party at Crystal. From the get go, Br. Abdullah was very easy going with us. He made the process very easy. My only issue was that this place is in such high demand that we couldnt get the desired time slot for the event even though we contacted them 6 months in advance. As we came close to the event date, the food selection they recommended was top notch. Every single guest at the party spoke very highly of the quality of food. I want to thank the crew on the day of the event for taking such good care of us and the guests. I would highly recommend my family and friends to look at this place if they are planning on having a big event.

Crystal is a phenomenal wedding venue. We hosted my brothers wedding reception there Nov 2023 and they went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met. I have never met such an outstanding and accommodating team in my life. Special shout out to Shaabir, Hanan, and Abdullah for being the amazing team that were our go to contacts throughout the entire process. We also had used crystal for our decor and food service for the Nikkah and just like expected, it was phenomenal. Truly I can not recommend a wedding venue like this one. More than just a venue it s great for decor, food, and more. It s a one stop shop for all, I love Crystal

Naeem, the manager and his team as well as Shak, the kitchen manager did a phenomenal job at making sure everything went smoothly. We booked this hall for our daughters wedding. No doubt the decor was awesome and there were no complains about the seating. The hall was ready on time, as per our wishes. Henan the decor lady took care of everything in detail and we were pleased to see the results. - On the other hand, we requested a few chairs for which we were told that they can not provide more than 6 chairs as we had booked for 100 people and demanding for more than 100 chairs is not allowed. - Pay attention to the small details while booking. We were being sold $2.5/bottle of water. - Starters were served and they were not refilled unless I demanded them to, for which I was not suppose to worry. We had requested vegge rolls in starters but they didnt have enough so they brought refill of samosas. Which we had not asked for. The papri chaat was very dry. - We had tasted Jimmys and wanted to get food from Jimmys but we were disgusted with the quality of food provided. - Sindhi Biryani smelled like it had gone bad. There were more green chillies than rice in them. No No to Sindhi Biryani. - We had chicken Seekh kababs in menu but some of the kababs smelled like they were bad. Since I was host, I didnt taste but when I smelled it from a guests plate, I went to taste n smell it on the table. I was horrified when we confirmed that some smelled really bad as they were mixed with some good ones. For some, I could tell they were not chicken rather of meat but of course I didnt have any machine to prove. - some of our guests threw up because of the rotten food. - When the food was eaten, I personally checked that almost all the dishes were full of food but when they packed, it was less than quarter of what was left. They never turned ON the cheffing dishes sterno (food warmer). Very irresponsible regarding the quality of food. we had to apologies to our guests for bad food. I do not have to give them lessons of how not to make their halal earning haram by making us feel horrible with food etc. No words from caterer could undo what was done. A complete failure and disaster as per food is concerned. May Allah save me from harming anyones business unethically.

The hall is good, but the owners nickel dime you for everything. The worst part is they dont give you the left over food after the event is over. I dont understand why they dont give the food which is paid for by us. (Not sure if the owners and the staff eat it all?) after our event was over the event manager rudely comes and tells me that they changed the policy and even if they have huge quantity of our left over untouched food, which we paid for, they wont give it to us. This is a very stingy and unprofessional practice by the management. Just like you go to a restaurant and you buy the food and if there is some left over, will the resturant deny packing the food for you?

This past Saturday I did my daughters aqiqa party here for a lunch. The food was excellent. Although they cater from Jimmy, the taste for catering is significantly superior. The ambiance is good. They went above and beyond in making everything right. It s not cheap to host but there are also very limited options in the DFW area for banquet halls with good food. Waseem bhai especially was very nice and courteous. He has a great personality and he s very helpful. InshaAllah will be back.
